Jeff and Chris were very helpful. I needed the catalytic converter replaced on my car and they were the most affordable option. I tried to cut corners and thought about getting the part myself then having them put it on. It made more sense financially to just have them provide the part and put it on. They were very nice and helpful.

This shop was perfect! I had a scheduled appointment for 9 AM. They started the work immediately and were able to figure out a resolution(cut the rusted parts of the muffler/exhaust and weld a new piece to connect them). I left the shop 40 minutes or so later. I am sure this is the fasted and best service I've ever had in almost any industry. Thanks guys!

No doubt this is the best place ever ! Owner and staff go way beyond expectations and can and will fix your vehicle while they educate you along the way. Expressing gratitude is an under statement for these guys ! My car had a host of issues and Joel diagnosed , knew the parts to get it running and bam ! Im up and running . They more than just muffler shop ! Can do anything !!! Thanks again !

It's difficult to find shops willing to work on old cars and do custom work, so I was happy to find Jeff at B&G Mufflers. He did exactly what I asked for and did it right the first time for a reasonable price. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. I highly recommend B&G Mufflers.

Absolutely fantastic job! Not only did these guys listen to my wants and needs for tying into and replacing a few things on my fully custom exhaust, but when I arrived in the evening, they stayed late to get it done, and fully sound checked the whole system for leaks with a stethoscope and soapy water! Made several checks/tests, and then coated all the welds with ceramic spray paint to help inhibit rust there. Top notch work! Both looks and sounds amazing!

Great place. They've done an outstanding job every time I've needed them. The price is a hair on the higher side, but the quality of work is well worth it. I will gladly return as the need arises.

B&G is a Business you can expect Honesty, Professionalism, & Timeliness. B&G personnel are experienced & knowledgeable unlike some chain businesses with people that are showing up to draw a check & go home. I was in the metroplex away from home when my catalytic converters were stolen off my truck. B&G worked overtime to ensure that I didn't have to waste money on an overnight hotel stay. Trust B&G to take care of your vehicle

These guys are GOOD at what they do! Took my loud van to get fixed and now it purrs like a kitten. You would have thought I was driving a hot rod before I got it fixed. The gentlemen at this establishment are top notch. They know their craft and they are very professional and courteous, not to mention they had my van ready in a couple of hours! WHAAT!!?? Yes, I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that needs muffler work and related work done. I rate them 5 stars.

My exhaust got sheared off right at the clamp from the muffler to the exhaust pipe. I brought the Jeep in 2020 from Massachusetts, and it has 11 New England winters on it. I did an oil undercoating (while in the northeast) to keep it from rusting but it is getting old and was damaged shortly after being serviced. A friend told me Jeff is a reliable and responsible business owner and would tell me if this was going to be an expensive project or reasonable. He took a look and said the muffler and exhaust pipe were both still good and he could "put a sleeve on it." From start to finish it took just under an hour and my Jeep is like new and total cost was under $100.. B&G not only does repair and replace, they also do custom exhaust work. Thanks Jeff for being able to give same day on Saturday service and making my Jeep quiet again.Service: Exhaust

Super impressed all around! Just had a great experience here. My wife needed a catalytic converter installed. Spoke with Jeff and he was so helpful. After a very short time talking I knew he has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He explains things very well and helped me understand some things.True, honest, very fairly priced, and the work was amazing! The car runs so much nicer, we are all around very impressed with this shop and the quality of work.We fully expected to leave it overnight, or have a part to order, but the work was done within a few hours as well. Can t say enough nice things about this place. Will definitely come back without a question if I need something for our other car. Thanks again for helping out so much!!

I didn t know what was wrong with my car, and being new to Texas I wasn t sure of where to go. However I walked in and was greeted by the owner.. explained my situation and they had time to check my vehicle at that very moment. The Man who inspected it was AMAZING. He was nice and very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong! The owner gave me a price that was very affordable and I was able to get it fixed right then and there.. sometimes us woman don t feel comfortable in repair shops etc. because there s this fear of getting manipulated to pay more.. however this was absolutely not the case. They made me feel comfortable and I knew Me and my car were in good hands. Overall the service was superb, and I m very very appreciative of them. Walking into that shop was a blessing because I was fearful I would be out of pocket an astronomical amount for the repairs.Thank you guys again..The Lady from Wisconsin/Packer Fan

Catalytic converter was stolen and needed to be replaced. Spoke to Chris and given estimate. Replaced in less than an hour. Told me oxygen sensor would be in 3-4 hours but car was safe to drive. Fully repaired less than 3 hours.Final cost less than estimate. Highly recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

It's been about 3 years since I had any work done at B&G, however I Had a friend recently go there and it made me want to write this review. I had more than a few different exhaust modifications on 2 vehicles I owned done exclusively at this shop. The pricing is fair, customer service outstanding, welds are great, and they are extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer. Great shop and great people

Went to B&G for a custom true dual exhaust setup for my 07 Dakota. This was the first place that did not hem-and-haw about if the job could be done. Other places I went to would try to sell me something I didn't want because they just want to do simple jobs for quick money. It's a family run business and they did a great job with my truck. My only complaint is that it took them almost twice the time to do the job than they had initially expected (still got it finished within a day). BUT it was understandable. I had a complex setup and B&G would not settle for quick-and-dirty work (nobody should). They do the job right the first time, even if it takes a little longer. I watched them work for a bit and I fully expect this exhaust system to last a long time. They were also able to get to me immediately. Price was fair and was about what I expected. B&G comes as highly recommended. I would not hesitate to bring another vehicle back.

This place is amazing. I was expecting to pay hundreds more but came up to less than $400 to replace my catalytic converter. And from the looks of the work. They did an amazing job. Got my exhaust worked on here by Richard. Fantastic experience! Richard was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Price for the work was more than fair. From my experience here I would say they are very knowledgeable, professional, fair, and above all honest. Couldn't recommend higher. PS. I normally don't write reviews but I felt these guys deserved it. Hard to find people this Honest.

I should start off by saying that my 2004 SVT F-150 Lightning does not visit many shops as I mostly do the work myself since I don't trust it in the hands of many others. The money I've dumped into this 600hp truck is nothing compared to the sentimental value this means to me as it was handed down to me by my father that has since passed away.After reading one negative review on here (3 years ago) I decided to not make this shop my first stop. I visited 3 other places that told me my problem was not repairable and I'd need a completely new exhaust system (complete aftermarket kit all stainless steel)....quoted between $1500 - $2100 plus $650 installation. For some reason this place in Grapevine that I had read about first when I began looking at exhaust shops kept going through my mind. I rolled in and showed Jeff pictures of my problem and he told me that he could try and patch the leaks and if it didn't work then he'd know once he started welding and that the problem wouldn't be any worse than what I was already experiencing (a leak is a leak). I dropped the truck off to him at 9:15AM and asked him when it would be ready as I was expecting it would be there a few days. He tells me it should be ready around 1PM that same day. To my surprise my phone rings at 1:01 PM and he says it's ready and everything went well....when I asked him how much I owed him he responded with "that hadn't even crossed my mind....I guess we'll call it even at $75".Wow, that's a savings if I've ever heard of one. I will spread the word within the auto enthusiast community that there is this really great shop awaiting your projects up in Grapevine with a trustworthy and knowledgeable team.Thanks again Jeff, keep up the good work!

These guys are great! They're honest, hardworking, and look out for your best interests. I thought I needed to replace an exhaust manifold estimated about $600 between parts and labor. Not only did they help me on the cost of parts. When they started working on it they were honest when they found out that the exhaust manifold wasn't cracked but instead found out the leak was coming from some loose bolts on a tube flange, costing me only $50. If you want honest work go to these guys, they'll treat you right.

The shop is incredible, highly skilled and professional. Prices are fair and reasonable, I had a custom exhaust system welded in by them 3 years ago on my 93 Camaro, and not a single problem with any of the work. The welds are still solid and strong, no leaks or issues with their work.

Had a catalytic converter chopped on my truck and these guys got it finished up in a matter of 1 hour! Texted me back promptly, and have fair prices. These guys are highly recommended!

Amazing. Its all I can really say. I brought my 1995 Toyota 4runner that had major exhaust leaks to them since I've use them in the past and those guys were so professional and good people. Hi everyone.I want to say a BIG thanks to Jeff ; and my GOD bless him and his coworker for doing a such a good job on my truck ( had a problem with a sensor in MUFFLER pipe )Their attitude and human being and politeness it s priceless .The job was done professional in very good time frame and a very decent and REAL PRICE.I will recommend this place to all of my friends knowing the quality of what they are doing .God bless you JEFFGod bless your business B & G .GOD bless America .

I was happy to find this place to fix my exhaust assembly after being told by Cadillac that I needed to replace everything for $2300! Lucky for me they were able to do the repairs right away in under an hour. I definitely recommend this place. Great service!
