This place installed the glass and glass door on my shower and when it leaked badly the manager Jay said that he can't get seals to fix it and to call another company myself. I called the other company which wouldn't sell to me since I wasn't a retailer. I called back to Jay and he said he didn't carry the seals and couldn't get them.

First, Courtney is THE BEST to work with...She is professional, dedicated, organized and detailed. She also follows-up to assure spectacular service. We need more Courtney's in this world! The gentlemen that replaced my window were prompt, efficient and professional. Their work was perfection. I highly recommend this company.

I've been dealing with City Glass for awhile now. And I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I feel like family. One call, and these people handle the rest. Great work. Excellent workers. Reasonable prices. True professionals. They even did my window screens at home. I'm happy. Keep up the great work. And let's not forget my lady Courtney. She's an angel. Gathers all the info needed. And always makes sure I'm happy with the results. Thank you

Courtney was great!.. She quickly gathered all the information I needed and was very professional. I originally was just going to repair I broken window, now I'm looking into having all the windows in this home replaced by this company. I was even able to be quoted over the phone for free. I like this company they were clear concise and to the point. And for that I am thankful.

Amazing group of people. We needed a specialty glass and City Glass did it quickly and much less than what I expected. Would highly recommend these guys for anything glass related. Courtney and James are some of the best people to deal with. Thank you City Glass.

Scheduled service calls three separate times to have a window replaced in my home. The first appointment, they no showed, didn't call and I wasted 1/2 my day waiting on them.Second day I scheduled an appointment at 10: 00 a.m., they cancelled at 9:15 a.m. with the explanation that due to rain - which we had none - they had cancelled all residential service appointments. They rescheduled for the following day at 10:00 a.m.. At 10:50 a.m. the following day, I called to find out why they weren't there. The lady that answered the phone apologized that their owner/manager called all their installers off their appointments to help with a job and would swing by my place when they finished...at some point.Shame on my for even trying a 3rd time, but this lack of courtesy for their customers' time and keeping their scheduled appointments is not indicative of a professional service organization.

Very timely and professional. The person who installed my tempted glass cleaned up all broken pieces and make sure everything right. Highly recommended!

Best customer service! Call them at 9:30 am by 11:30 am the guys were installing the glass.
