I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service and care provided by Champion Collision Repair. I worked with Joe and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism as it came to seeking a repair of the driver side doors of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee which were damage from a hit and run incident. I received an honest and reasonable quote for the repair without feeling pressured. The job was done in a timely fashion and now my vehicle looks like the damage never happened. I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided and HIGHLY recommend Champion Collision Repair!

Joe, at champion collision repair, was great. Went above and beyond to take care of my car needs. It was one of the best experiences I ve had at a collision repair . Took care of everything , I needed done repairs. My car looks so fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Hello! My dad had gotten into an accident last month, and the passenger side tire was completely broken. You could not drive the car because the alignment was so messed up. We had originally took it to our dealership body shop and they had estimated it to be about a 2 month wait. Of course my dad was not happy about that because our car is his only way to work and so he needed the car out faster than that. So my dad just so happen to call up champion collision and the owner said he could pick up our car that same day and get it out as fast as he can. So we said yes, he picked up our car, and fixed it in a week and our car is just like new again! A job well done! We will definitely be coming here again if we have any more car issues. I definitely recommend bringing your car here they do a fantastic job!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my heavily coveted 2003 Mercury Marauder in for front end damage which I ve been wanting to restore so piece by piece was purchased by me so I know how much everything costs. This is a very rare car but parts aren t so much, I paid $3850 for a Mercury grand marquis grill,fog lights weren t replaced I was told they would be ordered and they would install them it s been 5 months no phone call no nothing wrong headlights were put in I was told my radiator would be fixed the day I got my car back it went to another garage and it s been there since the release of my vehicle from this company and now I gotta deal with that company that radiator leak cause more issues with the engine it s just been a headache .. all I ask is $3500 for headlights and a grill ? I had a new hood lined up fog lights and a whole paint job for my vehicle that s the least you can doPicture outside is before the wreck picture wrecked and picture after the wreck.. any body shop know to type in the vin and it will givvtgem full parts listing this is not what I paid 3500 for it changes the total appearance what headlight and grill cost 3500?

Champion Collision was suggested to me by a friend after they had some work done on their car. It took less than a week for them to get the repairs done on my car, and they were super kind and polite - they worked with me to get everything in and done, and went above and beyond my expectations. I had an accident and I needed my car be repaired quick because of my work. It was Thanksgiving holiday and every shop I called was booked upto one month. When I tried Champion Collision, they told me to bring the car right away. They were even ready to come and towed it in my house, if it was not drivable. I got there Alex was waiting, gave me an estimate in minutes and they worked with insurance to repair my car in 2 weeks. These guys are good.

This place was an amazing find! They are fast, affordable, and do excellent work! I called around to several different collision centers and this one was the best priced by far. I was grateful to get in and out so quickly. Even though they were unable to find a piece for a part for my car, but had to buy the whole part to fix the damage, they were able to get the part in and meet the completion deadline, all at a low cost. And the quality of work they did on my 2021 Chevy Spark was amazing! Thanks Sam and Alex for such fantastic customer service and getting my vehicle fixed in a swift and timely manner!!! You guys are Champions and you Rock!!! :)

I recently brought my car to Champion Collision Repair Center in Arlington for repairs after it suffered extensive hail damage to the hood and roof. Having been unable to shelter the vehicle during the storm, I was understandably distraught over the damage to my barely three-week-old car. After calling several body shops I connected with Joe at Champion collision. He was exceptionally courteous and thoroughly explained the PDR (paintless dent repair) technique, assuring me it would restore my car to its pristine state without affecting the original paint job. With hundreds of dents to address, I left my car in their capable hands on October 23rd and was astonished to see it restored to perfection by November 7th. Joe and his team have earned my deepest gratitude for their swift, meticulous work. I wholeheartedly endorse this auto body shop for anyone in need of quality repairs, and I can't speak highly enough of Joe's professionalism and meticulous attention to every detail.

It is so unusual for an auto repair shop to allow you to go into the service area and SEE what they have discovered is wrong with your car! That is what Champion did last week, and it builds my confidence that what they TELL ME is going on with my car is true! They have corrected mistakes made by other shops several times!

Amazing customer service and very high quality work. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Sam was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My entire experience here was great. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.I appreciate how helpful Sam and Joe always are. They take care of me with customer service and quality work each time I come. This is four years later and my car is still in great shape!

I recently got into what I thought was a minor accident, but later found out was a broken engine and transmission that needed replacing. These guys were on board to help me, and after my insurance decided it was a total loss, they were able to negotiate a good price for full repairs so I could get my car back. They honestly made the car like new, it is clean, shiny and rides smoothly. I have a really good warranty with them so if anything comes up in the next year they are able to fix it for me for free! And a lifetime warranty on the body of the car like the outside. Just be aware that the "free loaner car" thing may or may not apply because I asked for one many many times and one was never available for me. But overall really great experience with great, good-hearted people.Services: Transmission, Tires, Body & Trim

I had sent pictures to get an estimate, but made an appointment since pics don't show everything. I drove to them and arrived on time for my appointment. Waited in lobby while 4 or 5 people walked by me none asking to assist me.after 20 minutes I finally found the guy. He wouldn't even look at my truck. I knew from the estimate that much was missed. Very unprofessional.

I am so thankful that I was referred to this place. My car had terrible hail damage, windshield cracked and a dent on one side. Sam took care of all of it. Reasonable price and reasonable timeframe. He went above and beyond for my car. I drove in with a beat up car and drove away with a brand new one. This is the place I will take my car to from now on. I will recommend this place to anyone. My truck has been hit twice and Sam helped me alot in some many ways. Him and Joe always made sure i was informed of all updates they were doing to my truck. I recieved my car back today very nice and detailed. I was struggling big time and he helped me out and i will forever be grateful for that. Thank you guys for helping me out. Hopefully there wont be a next time.

For the most part this company did a great job with the repair of my car. Paint matched perfectly. The tint they replaced didn t match and is hazy. I had to go back for a few missed spots but overall a good place.

At first i wasn t sure if to take my car here since everyone was telling me to take it to known professional collision shops i went looking for different prices since it was out of pocket money , so i tried looking for something not too expensive!! The guy that gave me the estimate even gave me a discount !! So i went and left my car there , they finished it in 3 days which was pretty fast and i loved the results (lifetime guarantee) Totally recommend this place

Brought my vehicle in, brand new 2022 Lexus, it was vandalized with a knife around the entire car. Car is pearl white, a 3 stage color, it is very hard to match! Sam assured me that it would look exactly like it did when I bought it off the showroom floor, and damn it it looks brand new. Sam and his team did a great job on the vehicle, and I would recommend anyone to this shop if they need ANY kind of work done. They did an amazing job on my car! The price was great they really worked with me since I was in a tight spot. My door was backed into and needed to be fixed you can not even tell that there was ever an issue.. They even washed my car to perfection! A++ Would highly recommend, and if I ever need any work done in the future I will be going back!

Great service my car looks great Sam gave me a great deal and even fixed my headlight and grille along with putting my new bumper and painting it to the same color as my car. I am very impressed. They had my car ready the next day. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and my family members. Thank you Sam and team. I would rate them a 1000 stars.

The service and follow-up was so awesome I proactively took a few business cards to provide to friends and family LOL. Joe assessed the damage, immediately outlined what my next steps should be and most importantly he delivered great work that was on time and as promised. For this type of work, trust, honesty and reliable service is a must- I would hands down recommend this team!!

I had just crashed my front bumper. My back bumper and light needed to replaced also. I called Champion Collision, spoke with Sam he told me the price. He told me to drop my car off and in a day my car would be repaired. Sam took great care of me!! My car was repaired in a day and my car looked like it did when I first bought it, was in shock!!This is a great company and they did an outstanding job! If you need your body work done on your car this is definitely the place to go.
