I had a wonderful experience with this car service! The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The waiting area is clean and safe. Steve was fantastic at communicating with me every step of the way, ensuring that I was kept informed about the status of my car. The service itself was quick and efficient. The car is back on the road with no issues!

I want to thank the staff of this place for their honesty and friendliness. I'm in my 70s, and discovering a serious issue with my only car left me devastated. They took great care of me, providing a courtesy drive to my home and back. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Stephen, the advisor, called me several times to provide an update and would explain every detail. The cost of repair was much less than the dealership estimate, though with a full guarantee provided.

The company car that I drive suddenly gave me issues on the highway. I google searched closest mechanics near me and this brakes plus came up. I m surely glad it did the professionalism and work that these guys do is incredible. The customer service is top class. Will definitely recommend this business in the future!

I don t know if I ve ever had a better experience at an auto repair shop. I had read reviews beforehand, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose this location, and can confirm the positive reviews are very much true -- it's exactly what I experienced.All of the employees I encountered were helpful, efficient, friendly, and professional. Scheduling the appointment online was very easy. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The wait time for myself (and other customers coming and going) was really fast.I was a bit overwhelmed at the number of repairs I was facing, none of it unexpected, just that it was a lot at once. Ryan, the repair technician, was very kind and patient in explaining what caused some of the issues, and what would need to be done to correct them.Tyler, the general manager, went above and beyond to help me navigate the repairs I needed with genuine kindness and empathy, helping with a solution so I could be sure my car was safe to drive while I work toward getting the other needed repairs fixed at a later date.An auto repair shop might not be the first place you would think you d be reminded of how there really are good people all around -- those who not only lead and operate their business to be a success, but even more so, make a positive impact in people s everyday lives, which goes so much further than simple car repairs. Tyler definitely demonstrated this today, and I'm grateful.Thank you, Tyler, and the team at Brakes Plus. I m looking forward to coming back soon to get the rest of my repairs done, and feel such confidence in knowing I m bringing it to a place I can trust. And I'm very glad to recommend this business to others.

Manager, Tyler Kearns, at Brakes Plus in Grand Prairie was great. Went above and beyond to take care of my car needs. One of the best experiences I ve had at an auto repair shop. Took care of everything I needed done and didn t try to add-on unnecessary repairs. Was pleasant. And cost was reasonable. Will definitely be returning In the future. Thanks Tyler! Blessings!

Exceptional customer service. I really appreciated the courtesy ride service when they needed to keep my car overnight. Most importantly, I feel much more secure in how my car is running after being serviced. This isnt the closest car servicing place to me, but no matter - I will be back.

Brake plus is definitely the place to go to for alignment and brake work. They thrive off of integrity and it shows. I got a alignment in less than a hr!!! Thank you Tyler and the crew!!!!! You guys are awesome!!!!

The staff is friendly and they took care of me even though I came a few minutes late for my appointment. The oil change is a bit pricey, but they did offer a discount as a first time customer. Plus I believe in being the type of person that you get what you paid for so I m sure that the price is worth it especially since my vehicle has a lot of mileage. Why go somewhere else farther without knowing how well they would treat your vehicle? They also let you know if anything else is up with your vehicle that would need attention for the future, which lets me know they definitely care about whats going on with the car.

Easy to schedule an appointment online and they were very communicative. The time estimations for how long the services would take were on par with how long the services actually took. They were efficient and were able to easily explain to me what needed to be serviced for my car.

Was looking for a quick place to get an oil change by myself and they told me it would be $90. I ve never spent that much on a basic oil change so I told them I would like to go somewhere else. But then one of the employees offered me an discount for $58 because they just want to get me taken care of. Same service, $30difference, no hesitation?! I mean I did come in as single young woman which made me look vulnerable to a scam but they did the job quick and easy for $58. Women be careful and don t let these men scam you into paying more than you need to!!I give 3 stars because they were fast.

Came in for an oil change and car was done not even an hour later! They let me know over the phone what they saw on my car that might need some maintenance a little further down the line. Exceptional customer service! If I could give 10/5 stars I would!

Excellent service, fast, friendly and took great care of my car and I. They made sure I got a ride to and from home during the repair and my brakes were fixed extremely fast. The manager was really nice too. I don't always trust mechanic shops as sometimes they take advantage of our lack of knowledge but felt comfortable and well taken care of at this one.

Had a horrible flat and these guys are absolutely not a tire shop but Royal took the time out to help me change my flat because I didn t have my jack. Great guys good customer service I recommend brakes plus any day.

I went to them to get air in tire. My tire couldn t be repaired so they helped me out my spare on and air up all my other 3 tires. They were all awesome and pretty quick I was out in 10 minutes.

First time to visit, due to the need for an emergency repair. Appreciated Tyler on the phone walking me through whether my car was drivable and making sure I was able to get in. When they found other issues, Stephen explained everything and wasn't pushy about things I had to put off.The small aquarium in the waiting room was nice!If you go, definitely call or use the website to schedule if you can, because just about every bay stayed full the 2+ hours I was there.

The service is fast, professional and trustworthy. Got my car in and out for oil&filter change promptly, and took great care of it. Very friendly environment. They explain everything in details and don't take advantage. Highly recommend!

I came here for an oil change and the service was extraordinary from start to finish. The check in was quick and easy. They took my keys and my car was finished faster than I could scroll through my news feed. Amazing service I highly recommend this shop and I'm telling all my friends COME HERE! Martel is the service guy that worked on my car. Ask for him he's the best!!! Coming back soon for my brakes because why would I go anywhere else when these guys took care of me so quickly on a Saturday afternoon.

they work reasonably fast, prices are above average. we had 2 cars worked on so far with only 1 issue with a vtc "honda" replacement a year or two ago but they honored their warranty. they dont try to upsell you anything so the shop is trustworthy in my opinion.

Meet one of the guys at local O Reillys. I needed a battery installed. I pulled him aside and asked if they install batteries. He was very friendly and told me to call the store. Talk to the manager Scott got me in and out in a in timely manner. The place was very clean. Would definitely be coming back. They spoke very well with all the incoming customers.
