I purchased replacement windshield wipers and I joked about the employee installing them for me but he jumped right at it and even showed me exactly how to do it myself. I really didn't expect that but it was a level of service that made me a customer that will definitely return to that store in the future when the need arises.The store was well stocked and very clean inside and out. The 2 staff members said welcome to every person that entered as well as thanked them for stopping in when they left even if they didn't buy anything. That really impressed me.

Jeannie tran was awesome and I was amazed by her work. Her customer service was great and she did a job in a good time. My car is 2018 car,5 people tried to fix it but she came out and took her time to fix, .I will forever be grateful for her.She needs a raise and a promotion.

I came here for a new car battery. I brought in the old one and the employee who assisted me pulled up different battery options on the computer for my vehicle. He was very professional and provided great service. They took the old battery and discounted the cost from the new battery price. I usually have a good experience in all Auto Zones I've visited.

Was quoted 397.77 at Christian Brothers for a simple compact car battery. Osvaldo and Shannon took care of me for 183.97 out the door. I was so thrilled with them, that I brought them cold iced teas and a tip. Thank you for being so honest and good to your customers!

They were super friendly and helpful. I went to another location for a battery replacement and they discounted only $22, didn't let me know about the rebate program. This location gave saved me $77 with rebate discount.

Stopped in this evening to have my lights and battery checked. The staff was great! Very helpful and cheerful. I just had a medical procedure done and I know they will replace you battery for you but they went above and beyond for me. Greatly appreciated.

Employee provided the wrong product even after looking it up on the computer . Made a bigger issue for my vehicle and manager took no accountability for her employees mistake . Won t be returning to this location .

The shift manager was real nice and helpful. I first called to see if they had the parts i need, she was able to get them sent to the store by noon. I called 2 others before this one and the employees obviously didn't want to help. I didn't want to go to 3 different AutoZone, I wanted every thing I needed in 1 store. Is that too much to ask? For a shift lead to click the computer a few extra times and get a truck to deliver the parts I need? Don't think so, and that's not the attitude we could have back when I used to work for them.But let me clarify, this is a good location with employees who are willing to help you as much as is within their abilities. Couldn't ask for a better store.

I went to O Reilys and was told my battery needed to be changed by professional mechanics. I came to AutoZone AND MET G-DAWG! He immediately called the bluff of O Reilys and came to see for himself. Mr. Gonzalez told us the battery would be able to be swapped in just a few minutes PREPOSTEROUS HE SAID! G-DAWG SAVED THE DAY! Mr. Gonzalez was extremely helpful and very kind with his communication.

Hi there everybody. Just wanted to say that a couple weeks ago I had a dead battery. One I bought from this store. I called and spoke with Hunter. He was able to look up the original sale on their computer because after 2 years or so I had lost my receipt. He was extremely helpful with my problem. The battery was still under warranty. Yay!!!! Anyway, I drove up there (after getting a jump start) and went in and asked for Hunter. He was ever so willing to help. Fixed me up right away! Even came outside and switched out the bad battery for the new replacement. Hooray. To me, Hunter's customer service went beyond my expectations. Thank you so very much to Hunter, and to Auto Zone too.

Tyler T. has been so helpful today! He spent over 20 minutes replacing my air filter and it was freezing outside! When I insisted that I can come another time he didn't make me feel like a bother at all. He was really great and provided AWESOME customer service. I will definitely be returning because of him.

I personally don't know why I keep going here maybe because it's convenient but today was my last time now you have two people checking customers out but both people are helping one customer while the line gets longer and some customers don't have mask on which was problem number one for me but to each its own and me being who I am I always try to get in & out of every store I go in so that didn't work for me.
