Best Diesel Mechanic in Gonzales, Texas. There are the young flashy guys ... then there are the guys that the good old boys send you to. You know the diesel mechanics that can put a ford 7.3 together in their sleep, have good prices, and do it because they love it.He saved my truck twice, fixed it up and my truck felt like a new truck. He is such a good mechanic I bought a truck for him to fix, because after he is through with it I will be able to drive it for years. Allan Smith helped me out with my 7.3 truck same day as I called him. Was having major issues on the road and needed someone to help me out. I got lucky bc aside from thr fact he was willing to help me out and sell Mr a turbo off his truck. He knew exactly what he was doing and got me back on the road in 2 hours. Really a nice man and a great mechanic. The best in the area for sure
