Had 3 used tire placed on vehicle. Right front, left front, and right rear. Drove approximately 20 miles and tire began wobbling. Noticed that only 2 lug nuts were on the front right tire, 4 on the front left tire, and 4 on the rear right tire. There should be 5 on each tire. I called and spoke to Diane at the location and, to say the least, I was upset. After I spoke my claim, and I believe I was rude, she said she would find something out and call me back. When she called me back, she stated her husband told her the lug nuts were already missing when the vehicle came to them. They should have said something about them missing then, if they were in fact missing in the first place. What upsets me is the fact that a woman and kids were in the van and that could have been very severe if the tire would have came off. The incompetence of this tire shop is astounding. I am for all small businesses but this could have been a very bad situation. When I told her that if an accident would have occurred the liability would have fallen on them for their incompetence, she disagreed and and said whatever . If people do use this incompetent tire shop, look over your vehicle when they are done, and don t leave before then. They lack responsibility and maturity.

I have lived in Gilmer for 17 years and this store is the BEST Tire store I have ever conducted business with. I trust the opinion of the owners and I trust the prices. What more do you want?! Now go and buy a tire or two!

They messed up a stud on my wheel he tired to fixed but had to go back. But by returning he gave me a good deal on changing the stud our and replace it and another one

We used to live just down the street, and this place was convenient. Now that we ve moved, we drive out of our way to come back here when we need tires. They ve always been fair, quick, and friendly. We send everyone here!

The couple that own this place is simply amazing. They are the most Honest people in that line of work. I thought I might need new brakes so I took my vehicle to tire zone. He checked them and showed me that they were good for at least 6 plus months depending on my driving. From my past experiences from different places regardless if I didn't need them , they would of said , oh yeah you need this, this, and this. So kudos to you guys and gals at tire zone for keeping it real.

This has to be the most kind, happy, efficient, and professional shops I ve ever done business with. They were super busy and still had us in and out in under 10 minutes. Twice!! They work like a well oiled machine.Even while slammed with patrons, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. With Owners and fine employees like they have, it s no surprise how busy they are!

This place is great. Super honest. They patched a tire for me very quickly. They also pulled a tack out of another tire and didn't try to upcharge. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are absolutely awesome. They are going to do the right thing all the time I trust them. I have brought them tires before that had rim problems that no one knew about. They stuck to their price prepared to rim so I wouldn't have further tire trouble and gave me a big smile as I left. If you have a tire problem bring it here.

I'm not giving one star because that would be unfair, as the work they did do was of quality. However I went in to have a plug that was leaking replaced with a patch. After they took the tore off they told me that it was fine but the valve stem needed replacing. Which they did. I was confused as I had heard and felt air leaking from this plug. Went to lunch same issue so took it back. I was told it was good and the worker was very aggressive in telling the other person that it was fine. Get to work and a couple of hours later I have a nice shiny valve stem, on a very flat tire.

Best tire shop around. Super fast and friendly. The used tires I got looked almost new. The changed a valve stem for me for free one time.However they have been closed lately during regular business hours and no one knows why! Please come back you guys, because the place I had to go to the other day sucks!Also they offer 30 warranty on used tires. Just thought I'd throw that gem in there!

Super helpful people, very friendly!They went out of their way to help me, in a time when things were very tight, they made something work out for me that was much better than I would ve gotten anywhere else. This is an honest place to do business and I will continue to do business with them as well as my familyI drove from Longview Texas where there are many tire shops to do business here.It was definitely worth the trip

This is the best tire place I've ever been to!!!!!!! Enrique and his wife are so sweet and honest! They called every shop in order to get the parts I needed and waited all day to do so. She gave me some coffee and was so kind and welcoming. I will always do business with them!:)

I had to have the van fixed & I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. As usual they were wonderful! Not only did they fix it right for me they also saved me money! I recommend them for mech work & tires. The owner, his wife, & employees are wonderful!

I went to get my truck inspected and I was missing a lug nut. In lieu of spending $15 on a set I decided to stop by and ask the guys at Tire Zone if they had one. A short timeline and a pending inspection left me in a place where I was willing to spend $5 on a lug nut. The gentleman went and found one, installed it and told me not to worry about it. Bear in mind he noticed my inspection was out and asked me if it passed inspection. What could have been a fast five buck, he considered a favor. Great people!

Used tires with a 30 day warranty! Great smile and service from the staff! Thanks again guys!My 2nd time coming to this location I rolled up with a uhual trailer on my tow hitch and the guys took care of me right away getting me back on schedule. When I'm in town this is my "Go-To" spot. Thanks again for helping me the second time! Five Stars Again
