I was thoroughly pleased with everything. Very friendly. Travis was especially great, very informative, knowledgeable, was kept to date on my car, he took my calls and always kind. I will definitely if ever I need auto service back to Sun. Thank you Travis and your mechanics so much!!!

We have been customers of Sun Auto for over 12 years. They have seen our cars come and go. What I appreciate so very much about them is their willingness to listen to all of the women and kids in our family. We work with the same guys at the front (a few have been there as long as we have) and have had them bend over backwards to help us out in some tight situations.

I did not have a positive experience at this place & my expectations were not met. I dropped my car off for an oil leak. Day 1 they did not find the leak fine. Wanted me to drive and come back. Day two they did not find the leak tried another day, day three I took it in & they said they had to fix two parts. They said it would be done the next day at noon which I have via text. They did not have it done and said it maybe another two days (I arranged my workday and weekend around this). They then argued with me and said there is no set time in automotive repair even though my text was right in front of them. I told them fine but don t tell me it will be done at a specific time. They then continued to argue with me and did not acknowledge the problem. They said it then would be done at 5 and sent payment. I paid and immediately after they called and said they fixed one part not two. I said fine let me take my car. They said it would be ready. After I called an Uber they said it maybe longer and not now ready at 5. I understand things come up, but don t argue with me and tell me I m wrong when over and over what is said is going to be done is not done. I will not be coming back here.

I had a great experience! I needed an alternator replaced, and the team at Sun gave me a quote over the phone and a fast timeline for the repair. All the other shops I spoke with were going to have my car for 3-4 days, and they were able to get it done in 24 hours at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Sun again in the future.

Man, I used to like this place, I don't know what happened. Here's what transpired recently when it came to them working on the A/C in my Ford Taurus.Our A/C recently stopped blowing cold air. We took it to Sun Auto to look at it because months earlier they fixed the A/C when it wasn't blowing AT ALL. So, on the off chance this new problem was covered under the warranty, we took it back.I was hesitant because that last time, they were seemingly more focused on *everything else* they had found "wrong" with it than the A/C. Which, of course, would cost another $1000 to take care of. Also, they wound up keeping the car overnight - which I only found out because I had to call in to find out what was going on. As in they never bothered to call me and tell me what needed to be done, what it would cost, etc. I mean, that's standard procedure, right? They look at your car, find out what's wrong, tell you what's wrong and how they'll fix it, what it'll cost, etc, and you take it from there. Am I wrong here?Now, I GET that auto shops, especially in Georgetown, can get busy. That's partly why we made an appointment in the first place. But, I still understand that they can't always get to your vehicle right away. The least you can do, I would think, is CALL the customer and say "Hey, we can't get to it today, is it OK if we keep it overnight or do you need it?" Instead, the guy working on the car just... left for the day.We dropped the car off at 8am (after making an appointment) and they told us they would take a look but if it was clear it wasn't related to what they fixed already, they'd have to charge us $200 to find the real problem. OK, sure, whatever.By noon they hadn't even looked at it. Well, I needed to get my car back to pick up my daughter from school in Jarrell. Even if they weren't able to FIX it before then, they should have at least been able to find the problem, right? Since they hadn't looked at it, I told them to go park it and I would pick it up and just come back another day.Well, my MIL and I get there in the time it took to get off the phone and drive there (I was in GT at the time, btw, not Jarrell), they had looked at it, charged us $200 and told us it was going to be such and such money PROBABLY and that they'd have to have our car overnight.It's interesting how quickly they went from "We haven't gotten to it yet" to "Oh, hey, we looked at it, give us $200" when it was apparent I was coming back to get it.I took the car to go pick up my daughter and never went back.

I had an excellent experience at Sun auto today. I purchased a battery from Costco buy they don t install and instead recommend providers with a 15% coupon.They recommended Sun so I called and asked if the coupon worked for batteries No problem! I asked if they could install a part that I brought in No problem! I then asked if it was a problem to work on BMWs because the manufacturer often makes special tools that only they have No problem! I brought the car in, and the customer service was excellent and before I knew it (about an hour), they called that it was complete. It was very affordable and I am a loyal customer now!

Really bad service. I brought my Expedition Max in for an oul change before a trip to Florida. They left the oil cap off and we did not notuce for a few days. During the same visit I had the alignment dine. They left my steering wheel pointed in the 2 o'clock position. I had to spend a few additional hours having them fix their mistakes and all I got from th was a sorry. No refund, no rebate, no free oil change ensuring what they screwed up didnt mess anything else up. I will not go there again, they do not care about the quality of their service or value their customers.

This shop is very busy, which reflects that they are competent and treat customers fairly. The downside is that the wait time can be substantial, even with an appointment. At least they have a comfortable waiting area, with good complimentary coffee. Also, it is a short walk to Home Depot and Walmart, which a customer might be inclined to make with a better estimate of the wait time.

I needed my AC fixed right away and was stressed about it. The guys at the front desk were super helpful and provided same day service. The waiting room was nice and cool, clean bathrooms, coffee and water and snacks available. Steven was fabulous to work with and helped me through the repairs. They provide financing as well. Thank you Sun Auto you saved me!

Great Honest Quotes, great concerns for customers needs, Stephen is the Asst. Manager and him and his staff took care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Sun Auto Facilities over the Dealerships. Sun Auto saved me almost $2600 compared to Toyota.

Extremely honest and easy to work with! After getting some of the worst news I could get (needs a new engine), they worked with me to get the best and most affordable option for getting me and my vehicle back on the road. Would recommend for even the most complicated issues.

Good people, treated me well! We have used Sun multiple times for my wife s car and we re always happy. With that in mind I chose to have my truck towed to them after a rear axle snapped leaving us stranded. We were promptly updated and provided with a full estimate and options in a flash! All of the folks at Sun communicated with me in a professional and courteous manner.

Today was the first time I visited Sun Auto Service and I definitely will continue doing business with them. Service was superb. I stopped at the store for a state inspection. I was greeted promptly and in a very professional way. I was promised that my vehicle will be ready in about 45 minutes. At exactly 45 minutes I was out with my inspection completed. Excellent service. I recommend them.

I had a leaking tire on my brand new Hyundai Kona. Monday, the 11th of March, I made 3 separate appointments with Sun Auto for later that day. Instead of presenting what times were available on their website, you input a time of your choosing. They say you will be contacted by their representative shortly. After waiting for 3-4 hours for a call I went back on their website and signed up for three different times the following day. The next day I heard nothing from the store all morning so I called in and finally got an appointment for 2 pm. I brought my car to the store about 1:45 pm and proceeded to wait in the lobby. About 2 hours later I went outside to check on my car and it was still sitting where I had left it. I approached the service desk to see what the holdup was and was advised that the store was short staffed due to illness. A technician had gone home ill. I finally got my car back about 4:30 pm. My bill was $54.xx which I felt was a little excessive since I had the same repair done a couple of years ago for less than half that amount in Traverse City, Michigan. However, I was grateful that my tire was fixed. The tire pressure was set at 38 psi which was 5 pounds higher than the other 3 tires. One suggestion for your store- keep your customers aware of the status of their repair when it is taking longer than normal. On a positive note, your staff were very helpful when I did ask questions.

Communication from my service advisor, Jacob, was extremely poor. They actually began work on my vehicle without first providing me with a quote for my out of pocket costs (over $900) after determining what portion would be covered by my extended warranty. I had to call them multiples times when I didn't get the calls they said I would receive. After contacting the manager and determining that an alignment wasn't necessary for a brake job and wheel hub replacement they did deduct the $179 cost of the alignment making my portion for rear brake pads and rotors about $730 as the bearing issues and wheel hub replacement was covered by warranty. Prices were higher than expected but from what I can tell so far (I just got my vehicle back after 3 days) the quality of the work appears to be good.They really need to work on transparency and customer service as I didn't know how much I'd actually be paying until after the work was done.

I took my car in for a tire problem. They handled it well even though it wound up much more expensive than they originally thought. They kept me informed and explained what else needed to be done. Roy was very thoughtful and considerate. I didn t give them a 5 star because I thought Travis their manager was pushy and kept trying selling me on additional work.

This was my first time using Sun Auto, however I would not even consider going to another shop in the GT area after my experience with this location. I cannot begin to say enough about the service that I received from Travis (manager), Debbie (service writer), or the quality of work from the rest of the shop staff.To make a long story short, I had a repair that was covered by a warranty plan. After that was taken care of, another part became faulty as a result of having to be removed. This posed a problem with my warranty company, however Travis spared no expense in terms of time and effort getting the situation taken care of. What could have been a very negative experience for me turned into a positive, thanks to Travis. They have earned my business in the future, and I will continue to recommend others.

Great attitudes at the front desk. Steven has a great sense of humor. They had to change my back two tires and last time I did that at a different auto store they had to break off a lug to change one of my tires. Sun auto had an assortment or something of lug keys to trial and error my cars lugs and they got it off without breaking it for me right before closing. They also have, at least in my opinion, a good price for full synthetic oil change and they ll rotate your tires along with that charge. I ll be back here for any car needs. Thanks again everyone working there for your hard work.

I took my car just for an oil change and they did a full diagnostic to my vehicle of course with my permission. Phenomenal service! Great customer service. I would highly recommend then to anyone that wants great service with quickness too.

I brought my vehicle here for an oil change. After getting home I thought I d check the oil. It s at least a quart low. Also, they said I needed a new air filter, which great, I will change it myself, but failed to put anything back together as you can see by the pictures. I needed my Body Control Module updated and they were the only non-dealership service shop who would work on it. They fixed it really quickly and for less than I was originally quoted. I highly recommend Sun Autocare!

Greeted friendly and courteously by Steven Hancock. He said he would text me as soon as my car was ready. About an hour later received a text and a complete explanation of what was checked. Upon pick up another nice gentleman checked me out. Very efficient and timely service. I will be back.

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Sun Auto has great service.The managers, The sales reps are the best. I ve been going there for quite a few years and I ve never been let down. My favorite is Jacob. They re all very knowledgeable. Thank you sun auto.
