Mr. Murray is an excellent mechanic. I own a 2006 Honda Civic and it has a bunch of different and unique issues that have been fixed for much less than I would have expected. The best thing is that I'm never led to getting repairs that I don't need. Every part of my car that has been malfunctioning has been fixed the first time and I've never seen another problem with it. I have 150k miles on my car and with the service I'm getting here I have no doubt that my car will run until it reaches at least 250k miles.

My sister recommended this shop to me and I have not been disappointed. It is my first stop for any problem with my aging truck. Repairs are always very well done and incredibly inexpensive. If they can't get to me that day they always tell me honestly how busy they are and when they can actually work on my truck. This is invaluable in helping minimize the time I am without my vehicle.Several times I have taken work to them expecting hundreds of dollars in charges and the fix was very simple and only 20 to 40 dollars. Other times they have found hidden problems in the same area and alerted me to them. When I give them the go ahead to do the work, the labor is always discounted because "we already had it apart anyway". Try getting that from one of the chain shops over on the highway.Occasionally, I have something that is out of the scope of what Brian does. (He doesn't rebuild transmissions, for example). In these cases, they always let me know up front so that I don't waste time bringing my truck in, or if my truck is there anyway, he will check it out and make sure it isn't something simple before I go elsewhere for an expensive repair.Brian and Nancy are great people. Hard to find this sort of business in this day and age. Six stars!

This is or favorite car repair shop. It is family owned and if Brian can't do something he will tell you. We have saved hundreds off dollars working with Brian rather thangoing to a dealership. We are confident he will not"find" a lot of unnecessary repairs.

I called Murray's to see if they did muffler work. Nancy answered the phone. She explained to me that they do not do muffler work and then proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes with me on the phone trying to diagnose the problem. Fantastic customer service I recommend them to anyone.

Honest, good ol' friendly business. I love this business they take excellent care of my Mustang. Nancy, yall keep up the quality work. It's nice to trust in a business again. Love you guys, love your work, and honesty.

Been dealing with this company for many, many years. Many of my friends have taken my advice to take their vehicle here. Never regretted. Always have been great and very fair.

Top recommendation I give to anyone that asks. It s worth the drive from Austin. Great work and great prices. They have gone out of their way to help. My family and I really appreciate them.

I don't always like what they have to tell me, but I'm confident that it's the truth and the price is fair. We've used them for about 14 years now and plan to continue. We don't drive new cars either: Year (Miles) 2002 (132K), 2005 (110K), 2005 (180K). Despite being busy, turn around is usually a day or two for most things.
