Went today for an oil change bought on Groupon my coupon for using here and I go above to drive here over 35min drive with my 1 year old and I'm always greeted with respect and always helped out even when there busy. They have a small coffee station also waters very clean and had creamer. 10/10 recommend. Been coming for a year here. Don't mind the drive from Killeen to this location

I have been going to this MIDAS for many years. I trust the manager Ila and believe she makes recommendations of service needs based on true necessity and not to create a large bill. She really cares about the customers. All the employees are helpful.

I brought my car in for an exhaust leak, and the staff was fantastic. They fixed it and were very friendly throughout the process. The next day, I noticed a rattle after the fix. When I brought it back, they were very accommodating, addressed all concerns, and explained any additional issues with my vehicle.

They took great care of my vehicle. They paid attention to areas I had concerns with. Everything was done quickly and correctly. I didn't have to wait over 2 hours for service beyond my appointment time. Front desk was friendly and explained all charges and needed work in a way I was able to understand. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any work that may be needed. Thank you to the team for all thay you do

Great staff, excellent service! I felt very much involved in the decision making process regarding needed repairs. They took the time to show me the problem areas before and after. They were genuinely concerned for my safety and took the extra steps to insure I could trust the outcome. I will be a returning customer!

Set up an appointment in person for 7:30am for oil change was done by 8:20am.Took some off for military discount for oil change.I m sure the discount will depend on the work being done.For the oil change experience was pretty quick, standard and straight to the point. Got me in and out pretty fast with how busy they are.They do give estimates for future problems to your car and try to upsell like most car places do. When all I come for is an oil change which is pretty funny. Just say ok and leave it at that.But other than upselling being thrown in my face it was an overall good experience. No issues.

Went in for state inspection and after an hour wait, was told $33 to change a basic bulb. I did it myself in less than five minutes then was told it would be another hour to verify the light works.This location lost my business five years ago but I thought I d give them another shot. Derick refused to get up from his chair and simply verify the light was on. I could ve paid and been on my way within minutes. I own and operate seven vehicles. I will NEVER go back and everyone I know will hear my story. Just ridiculous that he refused to stand up and check the light. Would have literally taken him 45 seconds. So disappointed that I even considered this place again.

Spent $2000 in 2023 to fix my 2020 car that was overheating. Within a month, the car was overheating again and completely inoperable. I was given a run around about why this technically wasn't covered under the warranty even though it was the same part they replaced. Was told they would have to charge me thousands again to re-fix what they already fixed. The reason they get 2 stars instead of 1, because while I do think they are terrible mechanics, I also wonder if the 2020 Chevy Trax is a jalope.

Excellent customer service and communication. Fair pricing and speedy service!!! I have trouble finding places with my just my oil filter in stock and they were able to obtain all complex parts to repair my car quickly!

Came here because the reviews were good for inspections, not from Georgetown, but here for day I decided to just do it.Soon as I started to talk to the guy at counter, I knew a simple inspection was not going to be simple.While I waited in lobby- I literally heard him sell things to someone on phone that were not needed (at this point I knew I should have just left) how did I know it wasn't needed - he was talking to someone on what to keep adding then told him give a small discount to get him in.Well here comes my car. They failed me for wiper blades. Tried to sell me $50 blades.I left bought blade for half what they quoted me and the guy selling me blades at Orileys told me my blades were fine, I shouldnot have to be buying them. This location is crazy insane.

I was in dire need of brakes and Midas came to the rescue. They were able to squeeze me in and finish my car quickly. They also let me know what needed to be done in the future so I could keep my car running well. I really appreciate their help.

I took my vehicle to them to do a while alignment and they said they wouldn t do it because the shocks were terrible and front tie ends needed to be fixed and they said they would do it for 500 dollars plus another 130 for the alignment they said it s a wonder the truck is till running i took it to my ASE certified mechanic and he put it on the OBD2 Codes and the only thing that came up was loose gas cap he looked at the tie ends and the shocks he said they were still good I think the guy with the beard at the counter was just trying to ripe me off as far as I m concerned I would trust them to change my windshield wipers

I showed up at 5:45pm on a Saturday. Told them I was from out of town and needed them to check my oil levels because I was having issues with my car. They quickly assessed that I needed a couple of qts of oil. They took care of it and had me on the road home. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Amazing staff! Ayla (spelling), Derek, Jorge, and staff really took care of me. They addressed all of my concerns, provided excellent service, explained things thoroughly, and truly provided an superior experience from start to finish. They did a great job with my new tires as well. It was very refreshing to find an honest shop in the area. I will definitely return.

I called the day before, regarding a state inspection. The girl who answered the phone was super helpful. When I arrived at the shop the next morning, the manager, Derek, made sure I was taken care of promptly. My dad was a Midas manager and employee for the majority of my life, so I have high expectations when it comes to repair shops, customer service and business conduct. This shop did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently bought a used Tundra with high miles from a private party and have been working through the inevitable list of fixes. In this case, the brakes just felt a little spongy to me, and even though the pads were replaced before I bought it, I just needed a thorough inspection.The team at Midas in GT did a great job giving me a fair and honorable assessment. We agreed to flush the brake fluid and manually adjust the rear drum breaks.They didn t try to oversell me a service I didn t need, but made reasonable suggestions for other things I might want to consider.I felt well taken care of. If I had any suggestion, it would be to hold themselves accountable to shorter service turn around windows. I accepted the we should be able to get to this today, but I suspect if they had given me a shorter service window, they would have delivered my vehicle back sooner. I would have been even more confident in the service I received.Service: Brakes

Spoke with Mr. Jorge. He told me to come on in. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very polite and no up sales.Update: Service was so good last time I came back for an oil change. Same great service from Mr. Jorge and I think Mr. Derek. Would recommend this location.So happy with this shop I brought my wife's car in for an inspection on 4/7/23. Mr Derek had me taken care of within 45 minutes and I had no appointment.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have been here a few times since moving and having to find a new place to trust with my car (which we all know can be a difficult experience).
