I found a great mechanic! I first went to them for a flat repair. I've gone back time and time again ever since because they charge fair prices, they are very respectful, and offer personal service. They may not be able to do certain repairs, such as alignments, but give them all the business that you can take to them. They deserve it!

Life savers, I had a friend coming from Minnesota.She had a flat tire,Danny had it fixed in under 1/2 hour.There service is how it should be, nice,prompt and on time. They have the best tire prices as well. They also carry Watkins spices and many great pickled products. Great place.

The Mickan Motor Company is as friendly and trustworthy as you can get for automotive services. I love the small town charm and cute country store atmosphere. Best place for inspections as you can make an appointment and it's done quickly. We dont trust anyone else with our automotive needs.

One of the best kept secrets NEVER! The Mickan family greets everyone like a favorite neighbor. Danny & Paul work 5 days a week to give honest quality service. Call ahead & Cindy will make an appointment for state inspections, tire repair & rotations plus more. Drop off your car or stay and enjoy visiting with locals & customers waiting on site. Shop the Watkins products, local honey & jams, as well as fresh pressed olive oil from just down the road. SALT OF THE EARTH

Danny is a great guy. Brought my travel trailer in for an inspection, was in and out quickly. Will come back for vehicle maintenance. Nice little store with locally made jams, jellies , sauces and seasonings...and cold drinks. Texas hospitality, if you are in Walburg stop here.

This little home town service station is at the heart of everything Texas is and should be. You won't find friendlier folks that are more honest, reliable and helpful. Blessed to have them just down the road for most of my farm and truck needs.

My wife caught a screw in her tire in the middle of a work day. She stopped in here and they were incredibly nice, gave her a reasonable price to patch the tire, and got her on her way within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

This little gas station has most of the things farmers need in a pinch without driving into and having to spend money in Georgetown. I love this pick up truck not luxury car attitude store. Nothing feels quite like Walburg more than Mickans'! Love this place.

Have been saved by Danny Mickan and everyone there MANY times since my first visit there in 1996. I continue to be a loyal and extremely pleased customer. I wouldn't consider going anyplace else!

Mickan Motors in Walburg, Texas is a quaint little place, off the beaten path. People are so friendly and now they have a place to buy local feed for chickens and goats.
