Very well serviced, the customer service was what you should expect from an owner operated business. The owner I met was knowledgeable and very courteous. They are finishing my truck for some badly needed front-end suspension work. They are also getting the sale to put tires on my daughter's car. I will be using them from now on, I found them from a recommendation from a family friend.

I took my SUV to this shop for a wheel realignment and tire balancing. After they serviced my vehicle, my ride was smooth. The staff were very nice and professional. Highly recommend this business if you want tire and wheel service.

Matthew got me in and out in a timely manner and holds his crew to a high standard of quality. Wheel alignment and wheel balance were perfect and they even test drove it to make sure before my truck was returned to me. He taught me a lot and I m glad I trusted the reviews and came to him for the service! Will be back again and will recommend him to anyone. Thank you Matt and crew!

This is an awesome tire shop to have in the neighborhood. I can tell that the owner Matthew (I m assuming he s the owner) will go an extra mile to really help and serve you with your tire needs. I came in for a wheel alignment and he did an excellent job. I will be going to this shop for my car suspension, tires, and wheel needs.

Very disappointing experience. Brought my truck in for an alignment and to rotate the tires. Took about an hour and the tech took it for a test drive and came back. I asked if everything was good, they said yes and handed me the keys. As soon as I got it on the road, I felt a vibration not there before and the truck was still pulling to the right, worse if anything. Took it back and it took them another 2 hours to basically say sorry. They unrotated the tires and said it was fixed. Refused to refund the tire rotation, blaming it on my tires, but not offering a solution. Meanwhile the specs on the alignment still read out of acceptable specifications. Tires are stock for the truck.I took it back out and the vibration was gone but the truck still pulls to the right. Tried to go back and called them but gate was shut and they did not answer phone. Waste of money and time. I gave two stars only because they got me in same day and did stay late to try and fix it. I was very frustrated the tech took it for a test drive and thought it was in acceptable condition for me to take it.

Go to spot for tires in the area for many years. Great prices and always recommend everyone to this place. Recently got big renovations and extensions and offer much more services, financing options and lots of new truck tires and wheels. Lots of selection for used tires also. Very nice and fast service.

My vehicle had major issues and boy did they do an excellent job! When I picked up my vehicle and left I wasn t sure if I was in the same car. It felt brand new! I am shocked at the difference! They KNOW what they re doing, definitely! I will absolutely recommend TIRE 521 to everyone and continue to use them in the future! They are professional and quick! They know what they are doing!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! God Bless y all for what you do and your hard work!!!

Took a drag radial to get installed and his tech said it was bald. If you don t know drag radials are designed to be bald and the tire still had the only 2 lines of tread that it comes with. Yes the tire was used but still has plenty of life. When they told me the tire was too bald I knew I was in the wrong place. Didn t wanna stop here as there s quite a few bad reviews on alignment jobs. But I was running out of time before all the tire shops would close so I stopped and immediately regretted it.

Never bring your vehicle here unless you want poor service. Took my truck here for brake job and they used my wheel lug key to remove tires and lost it. Took it back but they couldn t find it then the owner said it was my responsibility that his tech lost my lug key and on top of that I had to pay for it. They told me it should take 20 to 30 minutes but the guy breaks the socket to remove them so they had to reorder a new socket told me it should be done in two hours but calls me back in 4 1/2 hours. Poor service, unprofessional and definitely lie a lot. I will never come here again!!!! As a business owner I keep my word and take care of my customers to keep them coming back. I guess they don t understand that concept but they ll learn hopefully one day.

I had some pretty bad tires and because I lost a daughter because of a bad tire, I tried to stay proactive about tires. I stopped here for help and these people were like super heroes and took care of me with the quickness...!! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg either... visit them...I promise you won't be disappointed.

I bought 4 tires for my shop trucks and they offered me a FREE alignment check. Because of free alignment check they found that my suspension was having some issues and came to find out few of parts needs to replaced. I price quoted with other shops in which TIRE 521 was a cheaper compare to other shops. I met with Manager Mathew and he was very knowledgable about automotive mechanics and was very polite to customer. He have highly skilled technician. He explains what I need and what to replace without wasting too much money. I recommend him to everyone I know. After the parts where replaced he did the alignment for 50% discount, now my truck is riding so smoothly. They Balanced all the tires and used torque stick to tighten all the lug bolts to avoid over tightened and cross threading. Mathew is on the game with customers and verifying technician work simultaneously. Thank you #TIRE521

This shop has extraordinary service. I met a technician named Art and he explained about the lift kit and told me talk to Abraham. He gave a price quote which i couldn t refuse. They also checked out my truck for any parts to be changed because of high miles and also gave me a option to finance all my work.

They were very helpful ! And helped solve my problem with my car . Before hand I went to another car place about my car shaking and that place told me it would be 900 -1200 to fix but 521 tires literally found the problem and fixed it for 80$. And my car is working perfectly fine like the problem never existed . They are absolutely amazing

Great service, Amazing people. I was assited by a guy name Mathew. He is very knowledgeble, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this place, they will find a way to fix any tire issues you have and they will be upfront.

I went to this shop to replace my front two tires with used ones. They replaced and as I drove, I felt some vibration to my steering and also felt the car was getting dragged to the right side. Before changing I had no issues. I went back to this shop and all they did was switch the tires from left to right. Now my car is getting dragged to the left. They never did a rotation or balance and spoiled the alignment. I would never go back to this shop again. The previous owner did a great job.

The guys here are very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They pointed out a couple issues I had with my suspension and suggested how to fix them. Very happy with my purchase here and their willingness to help when I needed financing for my new 38 mud tires. Will definitely be back!

Place is pretty wack/scammy. Bought 5 new tires @ $140 each then paid $100 to mount for a total of $800.Owner gave me one wrong tire that was different for my spare, so I drove back the next day (45min both ways) to have them swap it out for the correct brand. The owner refused to change it out, saying it was my fault for not checking before I left. After about 1 hour of haggling with them, I convinced the son to swap it out for me. Even tipped both of the service guys $20 each for doing a solid job. Mind you the owner had still refused to do this swap, that was his mistake.I then came back for a 6th tire of the same brand/size several months later, but they wouldn t honor the same price charging me $60 more for the same tire and then refused to mount the tire for me, because they were closing soon. After I drove 45min both ways again to get there.So I spend a total of $1,040 on tires, drive well over 4hrs and got such great service. I d save yourself the effort and go somewhere else. Place treats their customers like dirt.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Owner will tell you that tire mounting and balancing is only $60 then once they start working he will say they only balance 2 tires. If you want the 4 tires balanced you pay extra $10. Then after tires are installed he would add another $3 per tire for disposal. You would end up paying a lot more once everything is done. I don't have anything against pricing as everyone needs to make a living but business establishments like this should be honest and upfront with their price and servicing.

Great prices, very professional, and I was in and out quickly. Dont let the clutter fool you, this place is a hidden gem. The employees will make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. I will definitely be going back and I live over an hour away.

The guys doing the work are nice and friendly but the guy running that place was AWFUL! I hardly NEVER write reviews unless I feel like it's a must and not all are bad ones but I had to this time. SMH $15 for a plug and that's okay no biggie whatever but the way he tossed the receipt at me is not right nor professional to bad I didn't have cash to go down the street were the guy was friendlier. BE NICE doesn't cost anything!

I lifted my 4Runner and bought a set of tires with them. I started receiving bad steering wheel vibration. I did an alignment after my lift with them and alignment wasn t no good at all. These guys just slap the tires without balancing. I had to balance my tires and redo my alignment sadly I couldn t re balance my tires., had to buy a different set of tires because my tires were to chopped up due to no balancing and bad alignment.
