Lou is a great mechanic! He provide A1 quality work and does not rip off customers. I have been a customer 15+ years. Thanks for all you do, Lou. And "Mama" is a jewel! She's always right by her son's side.

They work really fastI recommend everyone to go there to get your car looked at if you have any maintenance issues. I went today to get my front brakes put on.Daniel was finished in time before the rain came in.Thank youNow I don t have to hear that irritating noise of squeaking brakes

Hands down the best automotive shop in the universe. I've been there several times for simple fixes. They make you feel like family. They are quick, and even when they're so busy they still make time for you. Today this family and their business saved me. I have only one running vehicle and it started making a sound....... I stopped at several shops on my way home from work none of which could see me until monday....... Which means I would have to take off work, which means I'm going to struggle to pay bills... When I stopped at Lou's shop Friday afternoon he told me come see him at 7:00 in the morning....... That he was very busy but he would try to give me some idea of what was wrong with my vehicle... I was there when they opened along with a few other folks, not only did he make time he also fixed the problem. I can't express how very grateful I am to have received this help. The price was great and the whole time people from all different backgrounds and cultures were joking and laughing and having a good time despite their troubles. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. You guys saved me! Crying happy tears!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They are lazy and unprofessional!!!!!!! Uneducated and just very very lazy. Horrible customer service! DONT GO HERE!!

I've been coming to Lou and Momma's for probably 20+years. They're busy. They may be slow on auto repairs but tires are their main business and they knock those out quick. I've moved 3 hours away and I drive all the way back to know that the work is going to be done right for the right price.

First time here. I noticed they were opened and preformed state inspection. I asked how long and was advised 5 minutes. It was about 5 minutes later when he got started . He preformed my inspection and I passed. He provided the total and asked cash or car? I said, Apple Pay we attempted and stood there confused trying to see it it worked it did and then I was out! Thanks guys

Aunt went because her car was overheating. Shop told her it would be $800. Upon second check up from someone else, it only needed a fuse for the fan. Shop tried to beat her for $800 dollars.

Lou and his guys are honest, above-board mechanics who can handle just about any job. Recently somebody cut a quarter-size hole in my gas tank. Lou went to the trouble of pulling a good used replacement to help on cost, AND had it done within 36 hours.

He always makes sure your vehicle is running the way it's supposed to. I don't take my car anywhere else. If I have to wait a day or two, then I goes back on a couple days because I know my car is in trustworthy hands.

This is Definitely Racist! If your not Vietnamese or White. They will refuse service to you and lie just to get you to leave. They brought me out a tire, I had to go across the street to get cash and came right back with 5 Mins. I could see the shop and No cars pulled in... NOR did they have the opportunity to sell the tire.When I pulled up and said ok I m ready.They refused to sell me the tire, instead they LIED, and said they sold it. And refused to answer any other questions I had. And said leave!!!!!!I won t recommend these Rascists to anyone!

They really should get no stars I just lefted there the owner I guess he is A Chinese man was sooooo rude and unprofessional and he didnt want to give me service he asked me to turn off my car while a child was in it he never told me to step in anywhere or anything so rude so unprofessional never never will go here again or send anyone bad business
