4 new tires for under $400 was great. I liked it even more from the moment I got out of my car they were working on my car. Fantastic people too

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot they helped me and got me taken care of. I spent less than 30 minutes there. I didn t even need to leave my car they changed my tires with me in the vehicle. Most shops like this will overcharge but they did not.

Really nice employees!! Let me go pick our what used tires I wanted for my car. And I was in a big hurry so they let me use there tools and just change out my tires myself while one of the guys swapped the rims out. 30$ used tires that are in great shape and that price is for the tire, balance, and mount. Will DEFINITELY be going back!!!!!

Best tire deals ask for Albert. Got Good Year brand tires for the same price other tire shops charge for off brand tires. Friendly hard working staff and fast service.

Shady business!They will put on worse tires than you originally had on your vehicle.Also won t cover or replace it when the tire goes completely flat on your 3 mile drive back home.

I have been needing two back tires for my car. I had two new ones on the front and was saving to spend the $300 I paid for the front tires that I purchased at Discount Tires.One of my back tires had a slow leak and I kept adding a flat well the last time it did not like it. So I decided to look for used ones. I went to Tire City and got two nice back tires, both Ballanced and installed for $60. They are nice. The car drives better , I feel safer. The workers were very nice and very fast. And it was $60 flat.

Horrible service, they tell you one price over the phone and charge you a completely different price up front. I went to get new tires (paid more than what they told me over the phone) I really needed the tires so I just said screw it, I ll pay. Then they installed the new tires and cross threaded 2 studs and didn t balance my tires. I had to take my car to a real mechanic shop to install new studs and balance the tires.Save your self the hassle and headaches and don t deal with these people.Sadly they don t know what they re doing. I did speak with the owner and horrible ownership, didn t want to take responsibility for the jobs his workers did.

Pleased with the service and helpfulness. Spanish speaking but fortunately they speak better English than I do Spanish so it worked out well. Brought in a tire after a friend had a blowout on the freeway and they got her a really good used tire (looked almost new!) for a very good price. I was thankful for the quick turnaround and the good service. I recommend them.

This place will scam you however they can. They make up prices and sell used tires for new prices. Dont go here

People were nice but I asked for them to refill air condition on Friday and now the air doesn't get that cool and I'm sure I don't have a leak the guy only put a small can. I won't be going back for that service.

I had a flat tire & they fixed it with a rubber-strip type of plug & placed it back on my vehicle. The repair cost was $10.

4th of July day, our family (2 adult & 2 small children) were passing through town when we got a nail in our pickup trucks tire. The only other tire shops in town open was NTB. One said their good lift wasn t working so they couldn t fix it. The other said they were closing in an hour and couldn t squeeze us in.Finally we found this shop and called to see if they could help us. They said bring it on over, 20 minutes later we arrived. They were busy but got right to work getting us fixed up right there in the parking lot. No joke, 15-20 minutes later we were back on the road headed home to South Texas. All the staff were friendly and eager to help! We are so thankful to these wonderful people!!!

Rude and apparently have an issue with black people... wouldn't even speak to my husband... he set there 20 mins, and 4 people just stand and look at him... wouldn't speak to him at all

Terrible customer service. When I told the guy if he had a different brand of tires and not as worn out than the ones he was showing me, he just went to the back and never came back. Even his coworkers went looking for him and came back without saying anything. Basically, if you want the used tires they bring you good, and if not they won t even have the decency to come back and let you know that s all they have.Save yourself the bad experience.

The guys who work there are very helpful and kind... His credit card machine was down and he trusted me enough to leave and come back with the money to pay for my tire... I thought that was pretty awesome you don't find many businesses like that nowadays... 5-stars y'all!!!

My husband takes his vehicles here, oil changes, brakes etc, decent prices compared to other places, never had a problem.

This place is trash, please don't waste your time. They take advantage of you only because they are located in 2 big interested streets, they quoted me 30 for a oil change, when my girlfriend asked them, they said 60. This guy's are out of they mind, I wanted to air my tires once, NO one was using the air it was empty on a Tuesday around 1, the dude said quote "we charge $2 to air up tires, if I air them it would be $5" really! $2 to use air that no one if using pathetic!!!!....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!

I have been buying used tires & getting my car inspected here for years! They have gone downhill some as far as the upkeep and it's dirty so I always wait outside BUT always take care of me pretty quick even when busy. They give you a warranty with their used tires so if it leaks, take it back...they will fix or replace

Worst ever!! I need oil change in a hurry told them I'd be right back, then I go back all them n the office eating, then dude all then proceeded to tell me that dude is on lunch taking up for him, he tells me too he's on lunch yet told me come right back,,well stay on it!! I left

Changed price of the tires when I arrived. Showed me very old and worn out tires and not 1 of them matched the other. Very rude employee . Save your self the time and go somewhere else. That sells safe used tires. They sell junk.

They are reliable and polite and offer very good deals on tires. The tires are still in great condition. This place has Ben a life saver in some tough times as far as tires goes.

Looking for a tire? This is the first place I go. There open late. You may have to wait a lil because they are always busy it seems like. Tires are affordable. I always leave satisfied!

I buy used tires here, and I'm grateful that they're quick to help, but if they're going to charge $30 for a used tire, they should balance it for free. They charged me $7.
