Was told there would be a half hour wait (I was fine with that) went to move and get in line on the side parking lot. Manager proceeded to let 2 customers skip ahead of me even though I was there before them. Was there for 2 hours for a simple tire rotation and tpms sensor exchange.

On June 12, I had something go through my sidewall and when I took it back for them to warranty it out, they said it'll be here the next day and that he'll call me when it arrives. When I called him the next day, he said it hasn't arrived to check the next day, so on and so forth till he said he'll call me when he gets it. Today, June 27th, I decided to drive over there and he said my tire was there and they replaced it. I drove off and when I got home, I noticed that the tire they replaced didn't match any of my other tires. When I called them, he said it's the same brand so what's the difference. I told him the tread is completely different from the other 3 tires, then he said that that was all their vendors had to offer and that they couldn't get me the same tire. I'm sorry, but this location is shady and I won't be doing business with thwm ever again. I'd rather go back to discount tire.

Service was great, didn't have the tires I needed in stock over all staff was help full and I was able to get the tires switched out. Will need to go back and get other ones done, I think pricing was a little to high considering that I had done my homework prior to buying them, I didn't have much of a choice since my tire literally busted on me either that or tear my rims... I will be back thanks for the great job.

Brought my truck for flat repair. They said they couldn't find anything. Took the truck to Discount Tire and turned out my tire was missing a chunk of rubber and a bent wheel. Drove off from discount tire with all new tires and a new wheel. If they don't want my money I'm sure someone else will...

Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon to have one of my wheels checked up. Their service was very prompt and professional! Very straightforward and didn t try to push for additional / unnecessary work. Greatly priced for their service and promptness.

Haven't found a better tire shop yet. I replaced all 4 tires here after a great previous experience with flat tire. Adam and his team are efficient and professional. It took them not even 15 minutes to replace all 4 tires, including balancing and proper installation. Adam provided top shelf tires with better prices than any other shop or online retailer, and I did extensive research. Worth the drive!

I Pull up get two tires put on rims less than 20 minutes. Great price .. looking to get breaks replaced with them. Pull up in tire need if in the area.. Texas Tires Beach

Highly recommend Texas Tires on Beach on 1820 N Beach St! I was shopping for tires for my truck and tires and wheels for wife's SUV, Mo and Ram really took the time to explain everything including the best tire for our application. The service and quality provided exceeded our expectations. We found our tire and wheel spot going forward!

I DO NOT recommend this tire shop AT ALL! I bought ALL 4 NEW tires on credit with them. I'm still paying on them, and not even 2 months later, one of my tires is not good anymore! This tire shop is OVERPRICED, and didn't even replace my "NEW" tire! I had to go to a different tire shop to get another new tire to replace the one that is messed up!

I brought my truck in because I noticed a small nail sticking out of my tire and I asked to have the tire patched. Josh removed the tire, inspected it and showed me that the nail didn t puncture the tire and stated that a patch was not needed. He could have easily charged me for a patch, I wouldn t have known. I went ahead and asked if he could balance and rotate the tires and he knocked it out pretty quick. Will definitely go back again and would recommend to anyone. The manager was a nice guy and Josh was a very friendly, professional and honest tech.

I have to say my husband is very happy with the outcome of his new tires and rims, all the guys really helpful with everything. From the moment I went in, the staff was great, the shop is very clean and organized. They have a large selection of tires and rims! The financing program is fast and easy.My husband and I give a big plus to Douglas for having a great customer service!!!

Probably the most organized tire shop in Haltom City & Mazin was very professional. Trust me I hit alot of tire shops yesterday & I was very happy I rolled into this place. I had questions & he had answers. I do recommend u give them a shot at ur tire needs.

These guys rock hands down. Took my car in day before Thanksgiving 10min before closing with a screw in my tire. I was frantic. These guys not only fixed my tire, they did so quickly with a wonderful attitude. They also fixed my rim that had paint chipped off. I had just bought the car and had it shipped in from out of state a few days before. They refused to charge me.I was so grateful, thankful and will be back as a future customer.As I said these guys wonderful attitude truly went above and beyond especially when most people would have done anything to have just tried to go home!!!!THANK YOU Texas Tire!!!!Super Satisfied Customer!

My experience at this location is usually decent. I've been here a handful of times in the last seven months and never had a problem. Today was a different story. The shop ran into a problem that happened to be work that they provided three months ago. Apparently they don't keep records of all (if any!) work done. Because of this the guy hung out on his phone and put quite a bit of effort to get out of any responsibility. He started cussing at me in front of my kids when I questioned him about the shop not keeping records, and when my boyfriend told him to stop talking to me that way, the man at the shop tried to fight my boyfriend. I am very disappointed in this experience because I had intentions on being a returning customer. If everything goes well, you have a decent experience. If there's problems, beware.

I got tires and springs here,also got them installed here. I was overcharged and the work was not done correctly. The mechanics here do not seem to know what their doing. I left with my car having issues that I didn t have before. I had to go to another Texas tire to get the work done correctly. DO NOT recommend this Texas tire at all!!!

I was told on Monday for my tires that it would be $90 each tire and when I came back another guy told me $135 and that they owner was on vacation and he couldn t do nothing about it . I just think that is bad service when I told the guy to put the information down and he didn t

Myself and my husband went there to get rims,tires,and his lowering springs. We had the WORST experience ever!!!! After a few days of having the the springs we started to hear an unusual pop when we turned the wheel. We took it back and they didn't seem to know what the issue was. We questioned them and they got super super frustrated with us, and told us that once a car gets springs it no longer sounds or drives the same!! They also didn't roll the finders which caused the tires to have chunks ripped out of them when we would turn, they claimed they didn't do that there. We had to go to another Texas tire to have them correct all the issues this one caused us. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Bought tires & rims here. Great experience. They are very professional and will work with you. Had to get my tires balanced and rotated, they did it free of charge.

They always take care of my wheel and tire needs. Had them take care of my RZR beadlock wheels today which a lot of smaller shops are not familiar with. Had the new tires swapped over quickly

My visit was "ok". They check 1 tire had problems with but i felt like they didnt really check the issue. Heck the guy told me go head and take tbe tire back to the original location! Even tho i was closer to this one and they all the same i was bit confuse. Story short took myself to the watauga location. He really help with my issue fix my tire.

Everytime I go there they have me in and out in no time. Trust worthy business. Been going here for years since it used to be Harts Tire. Went there today to plug my tire from a nail...I believe i was out of there and on the road within 5 mins. Literally. And only $5 ! Thanks Texas Tires!

If anyone needs tires, DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE TEXAS TIRE SHOPS!!!!!! They will tighten your lug nuts so tight and cross thread the lug nuts. So when you actually need to get your tire to fix something you can't get the lug nuts off or you snap the lug studs off or snap a ratchet. And then when you call to let them know that they need to replace the lug studs, they say that those things just happen and you'll have to pay another $35 per lug stud!!!! Yes, I understand that lug studs break...but this wasn't a problem until we had them put on a new set of wheels. If wheels and tires are your business you should be able to tell if you are cross threading the damn nuts!!!!!! You can bet I will never use Texas Tire again and I will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen, DO NOT GO TO TEXAS TIRES!!!!!!!!

Big thanks to the guys there they really took care of me on this one they treated me so fair on my Audi I took them my truck as well for a lift, wheels and tires excellent job and couple of them ab and Alex even stayed a few extra hours late on a Sunday to make sure it was ready to go for work on Monday good job guys thanks for your excellent service and I will recommend to anyone who ask and will definitely be a return customer

DO NoT ! Shop here . . . I repeat Do NOt ! Shop here . When I had gotten home I had realized my check tire sensor light was on . Now I have to clear my sensor light every time I drive my car , because these *^%#+=} could care less about there customers in any way / shape or form .These people are thieves . I traded in my old tires and wheels for a different set of tires and wheels . Rather than doing the right thing ( their job , basic protocol ) and transferring my old sensors to these other wheels . Due to laziness , bad business ethics . These people " G " decided to keep and sale my old tires wheels and sensors to someone else . Making double profit off of me ! Rather than returning my sensors to me . When I had returned to retrieve my old sensors , which I was willing to pay ( an up charge , for labor of $50 ) these jokers had informed me that they had sold my sensors along with the used tires and wheels I had traded in , to someone else . Steere far away from anything to do with any one of these locations ? You'll be way more better off , I promise you of that ! . Ali at the Haltom city store ( so , called home office ) did absolutely nothing to alleviate , resolve this issue / situation ? Lies , lies , cheets and thieves ! Nothing but

My uncle and i stopped to get his tire fixed they serviced us quite nicely Theres a Gentlemen there Named Josue He Helped Us With A Positive Attitude and Can Do Smile .
