Had an oil change with Will and his crew, and everything went super smooth! I was really hesitant to get my oil changed by a shop.(usually my amazing husband takes care of it). But he was too busy and it needed to be done. So, took it to Take5 and it was SUPER easy and they did not try to sell me anything I did not need! Which I REALLY appreciate them taking care of the car perfectly! I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family.

I had my girlfriend take my truck up there for inspection and oil change. They took off my billet oil drain plug and replaced it with a plastic one. The bullet it not cheap and is a permanent solution for these types of engines. Then on top of that they removed a skid guard to change the oil and zip tied it back on. Because they stripped the nut the bolt was suppose to go in. Very poor mechanical skills and knowledge. Called about it and they won t replaced their mistakes. Offered a 50% discount on next visit. To bad I ll never go back there. Wth that s just bad customer service period and which is not acceptable.

Mr .Will and his crew are amazing. I ve been getting oil changes for many years and this was by far the best one I ve had.I d never been to Take 5, but got a coupon in the mail and decided to go for it. Will explained things to me about my car thoroughly in a way that I could understand, even down to prices. I feel like I left Take5 with more knowledge on my car and what I should expect when receiving an oil change .I went for an oil change only, but I also decided to get a Air and Cabin filter after Will showed me how dirty they were, instead of just telling me. My experience was amazing and I ll be back.

Will was great, very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome in our interaction. Luis did a good job and the fact that they worked as a team checking my tire pressure and topping off my fluids makes it seem like a good work environment too. Great coworkers make for a great environment which makes it easy to deliver great customer service. Will explained everything to me in detail and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know about the services and programs offered. Additionally there was a man (whose name I didn't get, unfortunately) who brought me and my nephew bottles of water as we waited in the line. Needles to say, I will be returning.

Took a little longer than I wanted. But it was a Saturday afternoon so I could have picked a better time. The service was great. Even looked me up online to see if any scheduled maintenance was recommended and double-impressed when they said nothing additional was really necessary. Price was great too very competitive for synth oil change.

Yes, I was at take 5 oil change on Hulen Street In fort, worth the guys, there were very good working on my car for an inspection. The manager name Will was very good and the other Employees also, and they all were very friendly. And knew what they were doing. They were great.!!!

My son's first car had an oil leak while we were traveling 3 hours from home. He overfilled the oil, and the car started pouring white smoke. We limped it to Take Five because it was the closest place. Thank goodness it was. Chance took us in and helped us drain the extra oil. He even sat with us in the parking lot to make sure everything was running well before he sent us on our way. What an amazing guy! If we lived closer, this would be our regular place for oil changes. Thank You Chance! Your service was outstanding!

I am a 52 yr old Vet, retired LEO and small business owner. Part of my success has been my ability to create processes for everything. out This is the first time I have ever gone to Take 5. I wish I could bring the staff from every other oil change place and bring them to Take 5 to learn how it us supposed to be done from customer service to the quality and efficiany of work. They also recognize Veterans. Will at the Hulen St Fort Worth shop should be commended for his efficiency, interpersonal communication skills and leadership.

Best customer service I ve had in years literally two technicians on my car. No questions asked when I pulled up. All I needed was my oil change light off, the way They prioritized me is unreal especially being that I got my oil changed at another location Two weeks ago. I wasn t spending a dollar here Yet they treated me like I was spending millions thank you Alex and Eduardo ! Give them a try !

Take 5 Oil Change is amazing! They always greet you with a bottled water! The service is quick & I enjoy how they scream out their checklist to ensure everything is completed. I m able to use a $10 off coupon at every oil change! Topping off prior to your next oil change is another awesome benefit! I appreciate their honesty & integrity about my cars needs!

I went to the Take 5 Hulen location for my state inspection and had a great experience. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will take my truck there again in the future.

Absolutely spectacular service. Mr. Bass and his crew took excellent care of my vehicle and from the very beginning, I was met with a cold water and a friendly smile. They ended up replacing my air filter as well as my oil and checked all my fluids. They were incredibly personable and I kind. Will be going back.

Freaking awesome service. Guys were quick and very friendly. My cabin filter was a pain to get out but the guy took the time to get it out and put the new one in without breaking anything or being upset about it. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Five stars all the way!

I m very disappointed in spending $100 at the five take oil change they do not even reset my all level. Did I give you my sticker let me know. My next oil change is due. I m very disappointed and will not be back.

I intentionally come to this location just for their service. It s absolutely the best service I could ask for! Will was amazing and did everything that was required to be done. Helped me change my filters, ans went over everything in detail about everything that was going on while my car was being serviced. I will continue to come to this location for service going forward! The guy named Will took very good care of me making sure that I understood everything that they was doing on my SUV and made me aware of things that had / needed to be replaced such as my cabin air filter. Even though I was the second person there soon after opening. Three cars left before me. I understand the car before me had an inspection issue, so it took a lot longer to get to me, but two other cars should not have left before me. The man that helped me was very courteous and explained how they were short staffed at the moment, but I was still frustrated because it had never taken so long for me to be serviced at any Take 5. I did receive good information about my car, even though he sensed my frustration. Food for thought, have more workers scheduled for opening, that's when lot of people come to get an oil change. I will give them another go, but 2 strikes your out.

Went in over half an hour before work to get my oil changed because I was under the false impression that Take 5 gave quick service. Boy was I wrong. They took forever on the truck in front of me and finally they had me pull up and then left me to go help other cars already in the process of getting their oil changed. Nobody helped me so i made them shut my hood and I left because at that point I was almost late for work. Absolutely terrible service. Will NOT be back.
