I will not trust anyone else with my truck s electronics. Dave and his team are razor sharp. They saved me $1K+ compared to what the dealership quoted. Wonderful people. Great business.

Very positive experience from the first call until the amplifier was installed. Highly recommend for audio repair. They allowed me to bring my own part, and they installed it.I was without radio sound for over 8 months.. I'm glad I found this place on Google.

We brought my sons car into SoundWerks after the dealership tried to charge me over $2000 to get his display screen and radio working correct. Soundwerks was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in less than an hour while we waited for under $300.They will forever have our business!

I have been driving for years with a janky aux cable set up in my GMC Acadia for playing music off my phone. The aux cable broke about a year ago and I ve been wiggling it since to make it give me audio through all of the speakers. I called this morning to look at getting either the aux port fixed or my entire audio system replaced. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment and he said to me well let s talk about the issue first .He asked my about my car, and informed me that they usually have a USB port in compartment on top of the dash - where I ve stored my sunglasses.He could have taken the opportunity to get business from me but instead it was clear from the beginning he genuinely wanted to help me with my issue. And he did!!I m ecstatic, no more jiggling and now I can even control my phone using the steering wheel - like it should be. Overall experience was awesome. Very friendly and I ll definitely go back to them with any car audio needs!

Soundwerk Car Audio Systems is AMAZING! Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. We worked with David and he is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! We had tried several places to get our car radio replaced, and none of our other options could fix it. We just happened to find Soundwerk Car Audio by chance and we are soooo glad!!! They were able to fix our car radio for us and did a wonderful job!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I had the best experience at this place. I had an issue with my backup camera and had taken it to several places to be fixed. The shops couldn t identify the issue and referred me to Corey. Corey was able to easily identify the issue and had my backup camera working in less than one hour. Thank you Corey! I will be referring you to all my friends!

I originally came to this place because I was referred to a shop in Richardson and didn t want to drive that far (I live in NRH). My Civic Type R s radio got stuck in a boot loop, and nothing online was helpful as to fix it and the dealership didn t know what it was. David was able to diagnose it within a day and gave me a very fair price on a radio replacement. The work was completed promptly, and I had a sound system that I had been meaning to install. I returned to the shop and they completed the work within a couple days despite being very busy and gave me a good price for the work done. I also found out they offer lifetime warranty on their labor. I highly recommend this shop and will have to get another sub installed in a different car, which I will be bringing to Soundwerk.

Was told by someone else that my radio wasn't working because of a bad amplifier. Was going to cost over a thousand dollars to fix. Went without radio in my car for close to a year. Someone suggested we call Soundwerk. Jason fixed it in a very short time... amplifier was fine... only loose connection/factory reset/minor adjustments... $225. Very happy customer!

Excellent first experience with Soundwerk. Dave installed an after-market touchscreen audio receiver in my 370Z. Got it done the same day that I dropped it off and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for quality work and fair prices.

They replaced the backup camera on my Hyundai Tucson and I can say the job was amazing. The guy made the job quickly and efficiently. Price is decently affordable. I am very satisfied and I recommend this place

Great place, super nice owner. Took care of me right on time as scheduled. Really happy with the service. They upgraded my 2013 QX56 screen to an Android Auto/Apple Car Play system and installed USB ports in place of the cigarette lighter charging ports. Did a great job. Highly recommend these guys. Don't mind the mess when you walk in, they do actually have their stuff together.

I recently bought a car and the radio knobs were messed up so they sent me here. The only friendly person was the manager. There was no " hello how can I help you" I walked up and they just looked at me. Honestly I got the impression that I was bothering them. They fixed the knobs and I wasn't there for 2 hours so that's good. Just not a very friendly business.

I brought in my vehicle to replace the factory radio and their service was prompt, their team knowledgeable, and the price was great.Highly recommend to take your vehicle to them for all your radio needs.

I brought in my 2017 Nissan Versa SV, hoping to get my Samsung S23 Ultra to connect to my radio via Bluetooth.I explained what happened or what the problem was, but Joe, I think his name was (I'm terrible with names) said that it would have to be the phone and not the radio. He suggested that I update or fiddle with the app a bit because he has an older car, but he could still use Bluetooth.Anyways, he did suggest an upgrade worth at least $800 or so, but was ok with me not taking the deal.Anyways, after I Uninstaller YouTube Music and re-paired my and , it worked like magic. He did pretty good at helping me troubleshoot the problem and they have some nice equipment and a built-in garage to work on the cars.Definitely a worth stopping by if you need some quick help. And they were recommended by Car Toys as a bonus.

This place was great. Called and set appt. Showed up on time and they got me right in. Dave is extremely nice. He was friendly to everyone walking in. Will be going back when I got the money for a stereo. Had the factory door speakers replaced this visit.

My subwoofers stopped working...and nit being able to go back to the original installation place (from out of town of town) ..I googled car audio near me and Soundwerk popped up... I stopped by and advised the gentleman what was going on..I definitely didn't know the subwoofers weren't speakers lol.. but any how lol... he was pleasant and so helpful he checked everything and Santiago said it was just a wire that came a loose... I am so appreciative for the assistance!! I'll be coming back when I get bigger subwoofers !! Customer service top tier !! Higley recommend!

Very professional and friendly at the same time. Needed a new radio in my wife's car. David found the issue, ordered the equipment, installed and did the programed all turn key to me. He even absorbed some cost that he didn't originally quote. I will be returning with all my auto sound business.

Let me say I'm really impressed with one, how nice David is and two how fast he worked on my car. I originally came in for my fiance but I later asked about seeing about my head unit that was falling through my dash due to a poor job a previous shop did. He was nice enough to go out and fix my radio in this texas heat . He eve went out of his way to move and tuck my microphone wires into the dash like they were supposed to . I can't wait to go back for my finances car .I'm glad to know they won't skip steps and will put things back like it should .

I brought my car in to have some work done on the stereo. I made an appointment and spoke with i believe it was the manager for a few min about what I wanted. He gave me a time to pick it up and it was ready and waiting when i came back. I have not had one bit of trouble, in fact the car i picked up sounded like thunder . In fact I'm going to make an appointment for Mon. to do some more work. I'll be sure to edit my post to include who i spoke to and who did and does the work. These guys are good,professionals and wont price gouge you.

These guys are awesome! I was a little apprehensive about installing a front end camera in my 2018 truck but Dave assured me that they only use quality parts and would not affect my warranty. They did a fantastic job. In fact I went back and had my Dash Cam hard wires by them. I am totally satisfied with their work and attitude. I will always use them for my vehicle electronic needs.

They do amazing work here! We had a backup camera installed and fixed some wiring on a 2003 Jetta Wagon. Highly recommend this place for all your car audio and video needs!

This place looks like a third rate pawn shop. It was dirty and disorganized. The owner was extremely rude. Even questioned my music type, then tried to sell me some used speakers, and even the new selection was of low quality Chinese import. I would not give this man a dollar of my business. he was rude and obviously lacks customer service, and people skills in general.

For auto audio needs and service DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We had a family member recommend them and we checked reviews. All positive. Glad we went there. Needed quite a bit of work for my wife's Yukon and got a great job done. We have not had positive experiences in the past with service like this and I was still a bit skeptical prior to going to see them. Could not more pleased with the service and the items they recommended. They are knowledgeable, made the correct recommendations and did not try to oversell us. Took our daughter in law's vehicle to them also and got the same results. Highly recommend.

Had a receiver and dash kit installed in a 2013 mustang by another shop - multiple return visits and they couldn't fix the problems. Brought the car to soundwerks and Corey diagnosed the issues right away and got me up and running. Very competent service. Will definitely return for any further work.

I fully recommend Soundwerk for any auto install you are going to have. First, David, has OG experience in auto install. He knows the entire process from ground up. Second, Jason, is the man. He is confident and extremely competent. He can give you a no-B.S. assessment and come through with his work. I have had a lot of costum work done over a long time and this place is not only reliable, but honest. They have earned their reputation. Check it out for yourself.

I had a problem with my stereo that I needed fixed before I went on a road trip in a few days. Not only did they fix the problem super quickly, I did some research and found out that the repair cost less than half of what it would have cost me if I went to a dealership to get it fixed. In addition, everyone there was super nice. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic people doing an outstanding job installing radios. The owner himself fulfilled my project and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Not only do I recommend them, but I will be returning for future projects. A couple weeks later took my car back for new speakers. The starter solenoid went out. Corey went well above the call of duty to help me get it fixed without leaving the parking lot. And I got the new speakers.
