I ve had a relationship with SOS TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR since 2007 when I was then a company driver for NTEEXPRESS. SOS now serves as my inspection site for my lease company HORIZONFREIGHTSYSTEM and they have always taken care of me. Here recently they have taken it up another notch. They now have parts and all the Chrome your RIG need with my new plug Brendon M. Running the parts department I know my relationship will continue to flourish with SOS TRUCK REPAIR/Parts and service. They also offer towing 24/7.

SOS recently took care of the inspection for the band trailer (Big Blue) for us. We have used their service for several years now and have recommended ten to other bands. Big Blue is very precious to us and a large symbol of our school. We would not trust anyone else to take care of our needs. They were quick and super nice to work with. I highly recommend SOS your your needs!

It is said that you can judge the character of a person by whether or not they return their cart at the grocery store. This is a weird way to start a review, but it applies here.I called looking for some chassis work on a motorhome, which the absolutely charming Melissa informed me they sadly no longer do. (Keep reading for what to do about that.) She was very concerned that I would find a way to get the work done despite the fact there is ZERO route for them to make a dime off me. She could've just hung up the phone and gone on with her day, but instead, she took my name, number, and the details of what I needed done, and said she'd get with her service manager as soon as they were back from lunch to figure out who I needed to call next.Sure enough, a bit later, she called and told me I should call Buck's Wheel & Equipment and gave me the phone number!The trick these days is finding a stand-up company. The intense interest Melissa had in making sure my problem would get solved, even though there was nothing in it for them, tells volumes about the real nature of SOS. Five stars for being awesome people!

So I had my DD15 rebuilt by these guys. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was but not just the price but the overall work that was done to my truck. There are a lot of shady truck Is mechanic shops out there. These guys are not one of them. I've been to severall other shops in the DFL area TAT express to name one. Don't go there!But if you would like quality work done at a affordable price. Seriously give these guys a chance you won't be disappointed.

This is definitely our go to shop for all our truck and trailer repairs all in one place. Willing to go above and beyond for a spare of the moment repair. From office personnel, to shop and mobile repair techs, they all show a professional side and at the same time they are your friend. I would recommend them to an anyone looking for a company that will provide a dependable, top quality experience.

I read the previous reviews and have come to the conclusion that the people submitting the reviews are related to someone working there or are just flat out fabrications. I have used SOS twice and both times, the service was nothing short of garbage.The first time, I had a truck that wouldn't start. I pulled the codes and called SOS. The technician (I use that term loosely) arrived, connected his computer, told me what I already knew and left...After having a conversation with the outside salesman, figured it was an isolated incident, so I gave them another chance. This time the guy showed up in shorts and flipflops, connected his laptop and informed me the ECM was deflective and left. I just drove the truck out of the shop today after replacing the injector wiring harness and NOT the ECM.These guys may be great at changing brakes, oil and filters, but anything that requires diagnostics is too far above their capabilities....

We have used this company for a couple of years to inspect BISD Band Trailers. They are always helpful, quick with pickup and dropoff, and cost effective. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm extremely satisfied with the service S.O.S truck and trailer repair provided. Their field technician Justin was extremely professional, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The entire company handled themselves with integrity when a situation arose that they could've absolutely taken advantage of. I would absolutely seek their service again if ever in need and highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of quality work on their truck.

Can't say enough about these guys! Great service, great prices, and when other companies were "too busy" to help me with a roadside repair they went the extra mile to senda manager to help me with my truck. Definitely tops in my book

This place is amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and very generous with their time. I am taking my 80 yr old mom across country in my class c rv when it started to drive really unsafely. They were busy but fit us in and worked for about an hour with full inspection of suspension and engine to find the problem. One of the tires was "swollen" and causing the rig to shake, rattle and roll as we were driving. They found a replacement tire, replaced the fuel filter and sent us our way with a bill for the cost of the fuel filter alone. I was stunned at their customer service and generosity. Thank you so much for getting us safely on the road. The grand canyon is on my moms bucket list and we will be able to make it to our camping reservation on time and not miss this opportunity. With much appreciation

Wonderful service, friendly folks. After getting our trailer serviced, SOS helped direct us to getting a part that was in stock at the nearby Freightliner dealership, they even called to have the part waiting for us at Will Call. Highly recommended.

The guys that tried to work on my truck were great the company with the road service I would have been better off going to kenworth I would not recommend for a road call but if you have fairly basic requirements for repair I would go to the shopService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Where do I begin with this shop! These guys are the best. I m very picky on who work on my equipment. These guys for years have kept my equipment top notch. No lie DOT on multiple occasions has complemented on the way the equipment is kept. This is because of SOS. It start with me calling Mel who absolutely is the best and ends with one of the techs getting me up and running in a timely matter. It takes there entire team to make the dreams happen. Also if your looking for somebody to do work on your trailer they have a great group of guys that will take care of that. I run a specialized trailer and these guys do the best around town. I can say this from being burned at other shops in the area. Keep up the great work!!!

Had a trailer issue for my PWC that I couldn't fix.Called and they told me to bring it up. They actually work on big rigs and other larger trailers. The customer service was very attentive, took photos and sent to repairman who said to come by. During this time another gentleman walked up and asked what was wrong. When I explained to him what had taken place, he assessed the issue within 30 seconds and told me what needed to be done.My job that was not scheduled and it was completed within a few hours. I'll be back on the lake this weekend thanks to this shop.Would highly recommend them for your big or small projects.

My family was recently stranded in Ennis, TX at the racetrack when our motorhome broke down. Tony and his guys came out, dropped the fuel tank, and installed a new fuel pump. They got us back on the road to home in Illinois as quick as it possibly could have been done. Their price was also very reasonable! I would never hesitate to call them again if we were in that area and needed service! THANK YOU, SOS!!!!

They are absolutely fantastic. Came in under the estimate, gave me and my dogs ride to and from hotel. The work was done promptly. I had a big job done in a small time. Thank you S.O.S. I will be back for anything else.

They were awesome and very helpful. Dale is very professional and courteous. Melanie is so nice and very attentive. They didn't even mind when I brought all 3 of my dogs inside. Truly wonderful place.

I've came in with a muffler problem. I had to pay more for the Express Lane but it was express!!! Fast in and out and I'm back on the road making money again. I've highly recommend them especially when you need urgent repairs with a load pending pick up! Great jobThank you guys

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could professional service and caring treatment and you can tell they really care about you. I would highly recommend. Thank you SOS Truck and Trailer Repair.Have you ever had a day that seems like every other one nothing special is going on but all is going ok nothings wrong with it and then you get suprised in a way that brings you to a loss of words someone is so kind and giving that you didn't expect it and then you realized just then something special is happening to me right now.

This company is totally disrespectful. I say it with all the letters THE PRICES ARE ABUSIVE. After 2 hours and a half waiting, the man arrived and looked at the problem and without giving a solution $366 (that's all). Without words, that company leaves a lot to say, (and not good ones)

While under a load I had developed an air leak. After some searching, they found a high side transmission air line had been damaged. They replaced it and got me back on the road. The shop foreman had also shown me some issues that my truck has that aren't obvious to the untrained eye, but are definitely issues. Two thumbs up to a friendly and professional staff. They've definitely earned my future business.

Took my truck to TA for a federal inspection and it failed. They told me it needed quite a bit of work with an estimate of $1600. I took it to SOS for the first time for a 2nd opinion. They went over the truck and even sprayed the air lines where TA said it was leaking and there was no leaks, but they did find a air leak where the TA missed. After it was all over my SOS bill was a little over $500 and that included a U joint that TA didn't quote. Very Honest and friendly service. Jeff did great work and even saved me some money. I will be back.
