My husband and I went to Lake Worth for the first time and found Soapy Jeff s. We met Mike and Jesse and several of the crew we were so impressed with them and the Job Preformed our Ram truck is Red and looks like it just left the showroom. In fact we purchased the $200 gift card for the future washes we will drive from Weatherford to Lake Worth!!!Thank You.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to Soapy Jeff's for an unexpected issue. While primarily known for their oil change services, they went above and beyond in diagnosing and fixing my car's problem.From the moment I arrived, their team displayed a level of professionalism and attentiveness that immediately put me at ease. Slow service and staff is more interested in socializing with each other then doing their job. They are not even making repairs that are needed and basic. The door has been missing a doorknob for months.I have been coming here for years. The service and staff were GREAT! The staff was friendly and greeted you and made you feel like they cared you were there. But then the owner decided to change management and then the customer service went down hill. This location use to be busy almost all the time but not there are a lot less customers and the service takes 2 to 3 times as long.

Don t look any further, you have found the BEST carwash, a detail!! First off I contacted them, to ask about details packages I spoke with manager Pedro amazing young man, The moment I spoke with him he was on top of things made this whole experience possible!! I wanted to surprise my son who I came to visit. Well his car love practically brand new he did an amazing job the team there this young lady was in charge of the detail part it was just an all-around amazing experience the front desk girl I think her name is destiny she was so nice and professional I highly recommend this car wash shop! I even got a gift card for the holidays for the whole family!! Thank you again for an amazing experience and a fabulous looking car my son is super happy!! I only wish I took more photo.

Everytime I come to this place I have a different person with a different cost for the same service. They treat this place like a car dealership then a car wash trying to find anyway to charge you more the last time you were here. 4 years ago this place was way better. The pricing was fair, the quality was great. They try to talk you into a soapy jeffs card trying to trick you into paying hundreds of dollars now for a free wash today. I guess they make commission so they try and trick people into a "good deal". I feel sorry for anyone that comes here nowadays

If you have a roof rack and have to pay for a hand wash be ready to pay a pretty penny for it with this new ownership. Use to pay $60 for handwash and $20 for leather conditioner which I found very fair for a total of $80. Now with this new owner they try hitting you with outrageous prices I've had one rep quote me for $300 claiming I'm wanting a detail which I'm not asking for. I'm paying for a handwash and some conditioner to be applied to the seats that doesn't take that long especially with multiple people working on it. They eventually fired the guy because he was trying to over charge customers coming in which I applaud. I made a agreement with the GM about the situation to pay $100 for the same service and I was fine with that. Couple months later I arrive and now they don't remember because now they have new manager and GM and now they ask for $150! For a freaking handwash and some conditioner on my seats this place is a joke now. The first owners were amazing and focused more on fair prices and better quality cleaning. Also note the inside of my car is pretty freaking clean as is for 4 years of ownership with not trash or dirt or even item sitting in it. Inside already looks close to detailed so basically the outside is alittle dirty to give you an idea of the condition of my car when they quoted me $150. Best of luck to anyone that goes here willing to pay these prices.

I haven't written a review in a long time but after getting my Bronco hand-washed and detailed today knew I had to write one. The service and kindness of everyone at Soapy Jeff's was spot on today. I had not been to this car wash since it changed ownership but I am so thankful I tried it today as I will back many more times. They did an EXCELLENT job on my car and I thought it was well worth the cost. Thank you Soapy Jeff's!!

Soapy Jeff's excels in meticulous detailing services, particularly with their higher-end options that consistently leave my car spotless. However, the experience with sub $100+ washes varies; while some occasions deliver solid value, others reflect a rushed "busy" mentality, resulting in vehicles that are barely cleaned. Despite this inconsistency, the convenience to the Lake Worth area and the exceptional service of their pricier options make it worthwhile if you're willing to invest a bit more.

Last time I was here they talked me into a $200 pre paid wash card. They did a very good job. However, this time I was trying to tell them what I wanted done before I could tell the guy he said $39.99. I was confused bc I wasn't finshed explaining I need to put up my seats. A lady walks up he tells her something in Spanish and she again tells me $39.99. I asked for what to put up my seats, I can do that. So she rings up $24.95. I'm still trying to tell her I need to put up the seats to get them vacuum under. "We got it, no worries." But they did not put up my seats. They broke a button off of my dash, left it n the floor. There is a big long scratch on the back door of the van now. And while they were wiping it all down, They dropped a rag on the ground and picked it up to continue with wiping with the dirty rag. Then opened my gas door wiped it out and with the same rag, kept proceeded to wiping the back quarter panel Meanwhile it looks like the floors did not get vacuumed. Which was the main reason I went.Update: While driving home the sun is shining on the Windshield there is oil smeared Everywhere!

They always do an amazing job here! I got my oil changed, and new air filters (which really needed it) and a deep detail!!! Plus, a free car wash which is included when you get an oil change!

Stopped by yesterday to get the interior cleaned. Was told to come back tomorrow due to weather. When I inquired about price, I was told $160. The guy also pointed to a sign that said the same thing.Went back this morning and the woman greeted me and said the price is $190. Needless to say this is poor business practice and I will never support a business that operates in this manner.This is an additional remark to the management remark on my post.I highly suggest you obtain the facts prior to shooting your mouth off regarding the condition of automobiles. The auto in question is one that is kept extremely clean. However, with a puppy we had several stains on the seat we wanted to address. Actually the floor itself was and is clean enough to eat off of.In addition, the guy I spoke with the first day took a look at the interior while the girl on the second day never got closer than 3 feet to the car.Your response of mouthing off about price changes based on the condition of the car is further proof the issue with this auto detail shop lies with poor management.

Before Xmas had my radiator changed here w/ Beto. Needed them for labor, bought radiator at O Reillys. I needed to wait since it s my only vehicle, he offered to take me home. I arrived @ 9am he immediately got 2 guys + him working on it! Within 40min, proceeded to put in new radiator, but radiator was wrong fit, he had O Reillys bring in new and O Reillys swapped it out even! I walked to Applebee s to wait/eat, he drove over to tell me my car is ready and drove me back. Beto then filled my ac w/ Freon since it did need to empty due where radiator is located on my ford. My time, nor was my money wasted, having my car serviced here, I will always recommend and now we ll go for any service that they offer!!!! . had my oil changed here today too still left happy! Stupendous job!

Terrible job. I bought the upgraded package that is $56. Waste of my money. Large, obvious debris left in floors, didn't clean console, the interior door and handles were left very greasy feeling. I m 7 months pregnant, so I was excited to bring our truck here because my husband has heard good things and I get worn out so quickly.I got the $56 package (highest you can get without an appointment), and had completely cleaned out the truck before coming in to make cleaning it as easy as possible.After about 1 1/2 hours I pick it up and the outside looks pretty good, but the inside looks like they barely did anything. There was dirt on a seat that I was able to wipe off with my hand, the console doesn t look vacuumed at all and the doors are still dirty. I feel like I wasted $40 and I still have to clean the whole truck myself.Just really disappointing, I m glad I didn t get the gift card too.

I have not used the car wash, but went to the lube center when my car was suddenly out of coolant and Matt and Berto (sp?) were so great, i appreciate them and how quick they were to help while I was in panic mode from the overheating sensors going off in my car. I highly recommend them and will be going back when I need an oil change!!

A clean car is at the top of the list for me, so I ve had several monthly plans at different places . Soapy Jeff s is by far this best car wash/detail place I ve been to. They exceeded every expectation I had in every area. To say that they re friendly is an understatement, to say they do a great job on my cars is an understatement. The best way I can explain it is to tell you to come try them and see for yourself how great they are. It s not just a car wash/detail shop for me, they have become family!!!!

I used to love coming here! Every time I needed a wash I came here. I ve even purchased their prepaid $80 card before!other than what happened to me about a month ago, every other time before i have come here, it has been perfect!!Although, the last time I came here unfortunately was my last time to ever return. Once my car was ready after being cleaned I got in my vehicle to find my A/C nob turned up full blast, I figured they hit it on accident while wiping my dash and never turned it back down. As i went to turn it back down, is when i noticed my A/C on full blast was blowing tremendously lower than usual, not so cold and had a funny smell coming through the vents (not sure if it had to do with the cleaning supplies they were using) everything else was fine and clean! But to me it was quite obvious it happened while they were cleaning the inside of my car. It was noticeably messed up. I brought it to the manager s attention, Jose i believe, i physically showed him what i was talking about. As i turned the nob slowly from each setting starting from the lowest to highest setting, it was barely blowing anything at any intensity. He came to my car to look, but he pretty much just apologized and said there isn t anything they can do about it, they just clean the cars, they don t mess with any of the settings it was MID summer & my A/C was working literally perfect up until i left that day. I went 2 days with having to roll my windows down before I had to go get it fixed. It was sad to see them careless about the situation. He didn t ask which worker it was or any further details as to what may have happened or what he can do to help. Unfortunately, I don t want to risk messing it up again by returning here.

I brought my 2017 dodge journey in several times since I purchased it today I received the best service from Cesar I was treated with respect and honesty. I just left the bank and I left an envelope with over $3000 in it went to check and it was still in the same place not even touched. he had sent my journey back to vacuum it very happy did not have to send it back myself. I took my car to Soapy Jeff s for a full detail inside and out .WOW , when I picked up the car I was having flashbacks of the day I bought it! It looked amazing. Every little nook and crack had been carefully touched and cleaned. The carpets looked brand new! Highly recommend Soapy Jeff s !

I just took my car to get cleaned, my seats are still dirty, the interior wasn t wiped down correctly. Outside of the car still had dirty spots on it. 4 people working in the car and yet , it wasn t cleaned properly. I took a rag and whipped everything down and came right off. Don t spend your ! Here. We can probably do a better job at home then spending $ on this place

Love this place, great service and never disappoint, the only thing that sucks is that I wish there was an atm or a QR code for tips would make it so much easier for people who don t carry cash or leave it on ticket whichever is easier .

I required a "white glove" inspection to ship my truck overseas. I went to these guys before shipping and they did a fantastic job geting my F150 ready. I purchased the $65 package. My vehicle had no issues during shipping inspection and the inspector mentioned it was the perfect example of what they look for.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. The staff is on point and provides excellent customer service. Even had the opportunity to meet Jeff, I would have to say he is a nice and caring guy as well. The sales staff is knowledgeable of their products and always recommends services from what they see you need on your vehicle. I would beware of the windshield chip guy though. He will just walk up and touch your car without consent.. very frustrating especially when I bring in exotic cars. Overall the wash is about average in timing I would say it takes around 15-30 minutes to was your car or truck and around 40 minutes for a hand wash.

My Fianc� took her car there for a wash and interior clean. The lady at the cash register was rude to her. When she came up to the register to leave a tip the lady laughed at her. She also asked if they could vacuum the trunk of the car and they did not do it. This was our first time at this car wash and unfortunately it will be our last. Not worth the rude customer service we received.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Went in today for an oil change and car wash. The oil change experience was great, the staff was super helpful. The car wash experience was the opposite. The waiting area is run down, the ac wasn't working very well and the door to get in and out was missing the handle to open the door., had to wait for staff to come with a key to get in and out. I waited an hour for a car wash with floor mat cleaning. They came to get me when the truck was done, open the driver door and the floor mats were not cleaned so I had to send it back and wait longer. Not sure I would come back.

Just purchased a soapy Jeff s card for all three of my siblings since I can never find anything they would like at stores..it saves me time and I love the fact that I don t have to worry about if they will like their gift or not. This is the perfect gift I could have ever given. I m sure they would love it knowing how obsessed they are with their vehicles being clean, who isn t?
