Dropping off my car was easy, Front and desk not so friendly.I will update this when I pick up my car.I notified them of a sign that was not legal and not following State Law, and there only reply was idk it came from higher and walked off.I hope the mechanic work is better than the front desks.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Had my car for over 70 days and gave it back to me with stains in the interior and they obviously didn t start the car enough or at all during the time they had it so the 4 month old battery I had went bad. Avoid this place at all cause!! I took it back to have them fix the stains and all they did was lazily scrub it which did little as shown in the photo.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The girls at the front desk are friendly. But the shop has gone downhill since merging with Crash Champions. They had my car almost 7 weeks, with very infrequent updates. And at the end of that? There were still gaps in the area that was supposedly repaired, and we had to return it for further repair. I will say this--when the shop is on the hook suddenly for the rental car, the turnaround is suddenly quite fast! I still got my car back with a paint line that shouldn't be there, but I'm done with this place. Toyota recommended I use Caliber Collision, and I wish I'd listened! I will never return here again, unless it's because I discover something else they've screwed up and need to fix!Editing my review to remove a star--so my car has been throwing a check engine code pretty much since I picked it up. Took it to Toyota since I don't want these turkeys messing with my car again. Lo and behold, there's a hole drilled in the fuel filler neck, with a bad repair attempt. The body damage was near the gas door, so clearly they drilled into it, and instead of replacing what they damaged, they attempted a shoddy repair job. DO NOT GO HERE! (In the end, I will say this did pay to have the part replaced elsewhere. I'm still trying to get them to reimburse my diagnostic fee though.) Attaching photos of the bad patch job they tried to do.

We had our 2021 Mazda CX-9 fixed here. The hood had to be replaced from the hail storm back in March. We are very unhappy with the paint job on the hood. It is horrible, I could have done a better job with a can of paint. The staff is unprofessional and does not communicate well at all. If you care about your vehicle, I would highly recommend you take your car somewhere else.

I was told that my car has to be sent to another location due to the I-30 location could not warranty the paint match on the panel that was damaged in the accident by the insured customer they represented I had never heard anything like this before especially since I drive a Nissan and,also it would be up to me to find another repair location I didn't agree with the decision and miraculously the repairs to my vehicle will be complete in about a week

This is a long story so I will provide as short a summary at first followed by the full thing.Crash Champion formerly know as Service King initially did good body work on my hail damaged truck. Months later I found a mechanical issue in my roff they had worked on. They did eventually fix this, however it too many calls from myself to them to get that done, no follow up on their end. With that follow up repair my hood was dented. This had been a new hood they had replaced with the initial hail damage. I made arrangements to bring the truck by, I had even spoken to their front desk person who make their appointments. However a week later when I arrived for my appointment to get that last dent addressed I was met by who I believe is a manager who let me know that the person I needed would not be in all week.With all this I will say I am done with Crash Champion/Service King. They have not valued my time and ultimately gave my vehicle back not fully restored. I will not use them for any other auto body work in the future and I would suggest the same to you. Unless your time does not matter and you are ok being treated like you are an inconvenience rather they a paying customer.More detail.Heavy hail damage, like many other from 2022 stormFirst shop to call me back after a long wait was Crash Campions.Repairs looked good, some minor paint issues I let go as I just needed my truck back.Moon roof not working. As they had removed and replaced the roof I took it back.Crash champions did fix it but it took a long time. Parts were on back order and no one called me back to let me know when they had arrived. I had to do all the follow up, they never would have let me know otherwise.Roof fixed but interior left with black freeze finger prints and new hood that they had put on with initial hail repair is now dented form where they removed the windshield to work on the sunshade and head liner.Many calls back and forth with Crash Champions. I was able to get into a closer location for the fingerprint cleaning. However the hood needed to be fixed at the original location about 45 mins away.Appointment made to get the dent fixed. Got to the location at the appointed time just to be told the PDR guy took the week off and there is nothing they can do.So, now I am going to let everyone I know both personally and professionally to avoid Crash ChampionsI have been asked to develop a training course at my place of work for customer soft skills. I will be using Crash Champions by name with this specific example as to how you do not treat customers and as an example of how you lose business.I doubt Crash Champions cares about this.If you value your time and hard earned money, take your business to a different body shop.

Hello I came warn many others so they wouldn t be put in the same predicament they had put me now for months on end. On Sept 3rd We had received our vehicle back from being in the shop for a whole month, We were told to pay the 500 so we would be able to receive our vehicle back and which we did. Given the paperwork for everything they had worked on the vehicle and Everything was beautiful, they had done a magnificent job, we left without any doubt we drove off with our fixed vehicle. For the most of the day all I did was drop off my Fianc�e to work and I stayed home until I had to pick him up again from work, we decided to get gas and that s when things started to go down hill, we heard a grinding nose coming from the front of the engine but we believed it was the new parts just working themselves out until the front of the hood started smoking from there we had no choice but to pull over and pop the hood and so much smoke came out from it. We started panicked, We started checking the engine with our lights and came upon the realization with horror they had left our vehicle without any Coolant or any Oil therefore thats what caused our car to overheat and basically break down. We did the best we could do but ultimately there s was nothing we could do, our insurance set out to do an investigation and came to the conclusion that they had basically killed the engine to our vehicle. These are photos when we had to pull over on that night, We are still deciding if we wish to put Service King through a Lawsuit for what they had caused. So please before anybody leaving there shop check your vehicle and ask questions!!

Didn't call me back with my estimate. Had to call them. Customer service is lacking. I shouldn't have to call them after a wk and a half with no word on estimate. Lots of bad reviews on here so I'm not sure what's going on here. I will b going somewhere else that wants the business

I want to preface that communication was great through the whole process though I had to reach out a bit after the initial process of having my vehicle admitted.My rating however comes from the fact that while repairs on my car were made, it left their facility with some additional damage. When I went to pick up my car, my windshield had received two large cracks from what appeared to be an impact. The team was quick to reach out to an affiliate to replace the windshield, but seeing new damage on my car after waiting a month to get it back can t help but sting.

Avoid this place. They are liars and thieves. Completely made up unnecessary work to inflate the bill. I challenged them and instead of coming clean they doubled down. Worst type of humans in business. Avoid at all costs!

Most likely won t be going back here for repairs.First they lost the key to my Focus and told me the tow truck driver had it, then when I FINALLY got the car back a month later, there were trim pieces missing and broken on the interior, and they didn t put the retainer spring back on the brake caliper so my left front brakes pads were wearing unevenly.Absolutely would not recommend this place, Caliber Collision is so much better.

Absolutely terrible. Sent my wife in with a leased 2014 BMW. You would think that they would get a higher end car right. Surfaces were left rough, repeated delays, and then horrible overspray. Total waste of time. Never again. Place is so disconnected from the customer that they require YOU to remind them of your contact information if you have any issues. So lazy they won't even reach out to their customers.

Easy and fast drop off process, clean and quiet location with the best refreshments! Not a ton of paperwork/signing your life away, excellent customer service-my svc rep was so patient & nice after a key mix-up. Would recommend and will return!

I've used Service King several times as they are a preferred provider for USAA. This location was very helpful for this repair. Their scheduling was great, and at drop-off, they were super efficient and helpful. Loved the Uber service to my car rental. I did not receive an estimated completion date, but did get texted updates throughout. The final work looked great. They even touched up some other small scratches that weren't part of the repair. I am deleting my last review I am terribly disappointed with this company. It s been a year and eight months. Supposedly my mirror for my 2021 Honda Accord is still on back order. And let s also talk about the swirl marks on the driver side .Looks like technicians were Trying to buff out any markings from the damage.They are horrible. Always getting the runaround. I have gone up to your business several times Something needs to be done . Or further action will take place. You ve taken the money from the insurance and have not completed the job. This was my second experience with Service King, and the experience was excellent both times Mr. Cashion and his crew work with open and timely communication. They helped me get my car to their shop, and everything from that time until I picked up my car after repairs was as smooth as it could be, and my car looks beautiful!! If I could give them more stars I would! This is the second time I've used them and still have no regrets. Their customer service is beyond all expectations and the work thru so reenforces how committed they are to having happy and satisfied customers.It feels like my SUV is brand new again! Clean inside and out. All shiny and smelling good - amazing job!!!! Above and beyond!!!

Came back (2nd time this morning) to get the remaining items outta my truck (1st drop off was WAY more pleasant from the inspector Lady outside & I hate I didn't get her name, Sweet Lady!). But today 03/31/23 totally different atmosphere (a customer walks through the door & makes eye contact w/the front desk and say absolutely nothing! What! Are you serious! I say "Thank You" & no reply) Some people have no business whatsoever in "customer service!" I'm so glad my trk was totaled to keep me from dealing with that front desk! Where's the "Undercover Boss!" I wish I were him/her today!

I d give 6 stars if I could. This place wowed me with their service, communication, and transparency. They fielded my incessant questions and patiently explained things to me.My baby was so well taken care of it s like the accident never happened. Shout outto Brad, Damon, and Aubrey for exceptional service and treating me so well. This place is an embarrassment. If you care about your car don t consider this business. My truck was hit by a deer on the driver side 4 months ago with aModerate damage to the driver side door as well as the passenger door.Today after 5 attempts to pick the truck up, the service still embarrassing. From paint drops, excessive varnish, extreme misaligned doors, Broken switches, torn up license plate, missing parts, loose seat, trash sitting on the bed and very unpleasant, disrespectful, unprofessional staff. We used Service King after we had somebody collide into our vehicle during the ice storm. They were absolutely fabulous. They kept us in the loop the entire way with constant updates to the app, and through texts. We got our vehicle back looking brand new, we would recommend them to everybody. Thank you Cash, Brad, Aubrey and the rest of the crew for making this terrible accident soooo easy for us, you guys and gals were a blessing. Having experienced hail damage from the storm at the end of April and being told by a Service King competitor I could bring my trucks in for the estimates in late August did not make my day.As I walked into Service King, I was met by friendly, courteous Technicians who actually expressed empathy for the circumstances my wife and I were going through. Our estimates were made quickly, and Service King worked through the details with our insurance company and received approval in short order.Service King kept us informed as the work proceeded and when to pick up each vehicle. I just picked up our second truck. We had some personal work on one of the trucks and we are totally pleased with the work performed by Service King. Covid hit the collision repair services the same as other business sectors. I targeted another collision repair shop prior to contacting Service King. I went to a shop I had used before and was told it would be 2 months before they could even touch my car. In early January my wife noticed and suggested Service King Collision on I-280 South of I-30 West. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate, however, that's when Service King really kicked into gear. I had my estimate and my insurance approval to proceed with the repairs within 2 days. I was given a drop-off date which was 3 weeks out. Once dropped off, I received text message progress reports on Tuesday and Thursdays. Two weeks just flew by and I received a call for pick-up. All the services were high quality and met my expectations. The only hitch for me was trying to call into the Service Desk - I found it just impossible. I know that can be fixed; I only complained a little because everything else about Service King Collision was outstanding even the follow-up requests for feedback and warranty.
