Everyone here was super nice and welcoming, I brought in my vehicle on a Tuesday and on Wednesday of the next day in the afternoon it was ready. I am super satisfied with them. Thank you Service King Collision Repears team. Thank you Lori for keeping me updated on every step.

I chose this business because it is affiliated with the good hands Network which is the Allstate insurance Network. They did a great job and they finished a couple of days before they said they would. Very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely go back to them if needed.

Very dishonest and quota based company. Always seem to prefer getting cars sent home for statistics rather than quality. Watch out for the constant pressure to fill out a survey for them as well, as they are looking to meet a quota with that should I mention. Always looking to replace your car s original parts with aftermarket stuff to cut costs and make a buck off of you. Staff is subpar at best, I will say the customer service reps are the best thing about this shop, providing a friendly face/ willful spirit to help and guide you through your collision repair services. And management is quite terrible, lazy, sarcastic with the exception of the production manager being a hardworking and welcoming person. Would not recommend in my opinion unless you want to wait for rushed labor, cheap parts and having to bring the car back twice to get the job done correctly. You are better off going to Texas Collision or somewhere else for your collision repair services.

The paint came out good but I got my car back with muddy tires. And had to return the car because the front passenger door was not lined with the other door. I had fogot years ago I got a car repaired there before. I had to bring it back twice. I'm done. Lesson learned.

A couple of days after getting my truck back, I noticed things missing from my truck and the thieves left bebind a bondo spreader in my center console, where my charger was missing. I started seaching the rest of my truck to find my truck air pressure gauge was missing and a small piece of pizza crust between my front passager seat. I have NEVER eaten pizza in my truck...and to think I had considered taking my wife's car up there to fix some deep scratches on her rear fasia from a grocery cart. They said business has been a little slow and now I see why.

Brought my vehicle in for an estimate and they completely ignored the damage to my bumper in the estimate even though I specifically pointed it out. Recommend avoiding this place. I should have trusted the other bad reviews and avoided it also.Company responded below and emailed me offering to take a closer look. It should not have been necessary to even offer especially as I clearly pointed out the damage while a receptionist took pictures. What is an estimate worth where the repair person never looks at your vehicle in person?I am moving from AAA Texas to another auto and home insurance provider after this experience after being a AAA Texas customer for over 20 years. I could not find a single auto repair place that took AAA Texas insurance that had a rating over 3.9.

Do not respect your time. I hit a pothole, was at the dealer having other work done, they looked it over and saw suspension damage. I opted to find a State Farm Approved shop. I picked Service King (now going by Crash Champions). I told them the situation. I was assured they could diagnose and repair suspension damage. Appointment a week out. I go in. I am told they are a body shop and could only do an alignment and ask if I want to do that. No. I want to get my car repaired. Waste of my time.

I had a really poor experience at this Service king. They took over a month to get work done on my car, they did not tell me an estimate before they started working on my vehicle. When I tried to ask about the progress on my vehicle/payment information they gave a uninformative and almost rude response, everytime I called to check on my vehicle I was met with an uninviting tone. I also feel the service was overpriced and that there were services done that were unnecessary and not approved by me. The work done overall was fine but the customer service and the time it took for my vehicle to be ready was extremely frustrating. I never leave reviews for places but this was ridiculous and I will not be bringing my car back her or recommending this business to anyone.

Got my car back in less than a week. Dropped off Monday morning and got it back on Friday. Super nice. Had a little issue with the back tire not being balanced and my window tint got cut on back passenger door, but I called and they got me in the next morning at 9am. Fixed the vibration and replaced the window tint that day. Got my car back with a smile that afternoon. Hope I never have to see Daniel again, lol but if I do.... this is where I am going!!

Your dri er on I 35 today was in such a hurry he wouldn't be kind enough to let people come on the Freeway. I think your people how to be more friendly towards other people.

Haven t had my car repaired yet but have been attempting for over two months now, between insurance, Service King/CC and Enterprise Rental it has been a disaster and seems like no communication is being done, horrible customer service and no attempt to help with any of the process. I d definitely look for another place to have work completed if possible.

Worst experience Ive ever had involving any kind of service. The ladies at the front are the one bright spot. Story is too long to explain here but I ll just say I m 7 months into this and is still not fully resolved.

Brandon here is 5 star! The lady who I started with my car, did not even put in all the repairs it needed. After 2 weeks she had only have the repairs done & left the company. Brandon took over & realized she did not put in for all the parts needed to complete my car. Was very Apologetic for the problem..... not his fault. He handled the rest of the repairs for me, made sure that it was done correctly and fast as he could. Kept in contack with me the hole time.Thank you Brandon for your great customer service. The company is better off with out the other woman.

Car was in the shop after I hit a large dog. Took about 3 weeks for repair, but they did a great job. Very prompt with repair updates every Tuesday and Thursday. Only negative was that I tried calling a few times and had to leave a voice message; however, no one ever returned my calls so I had to go to the store in person to get a question answered.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Terry and the rest of the staff at Service King. From the minute I walked in the front door for the first time to the day I picked up my car, every member of the staff gave me exceptional service.Terry did an excellent job of keeping me updated on where things stood every step of the way, which I really appreciated. He had been concerned that the paint might not match with my car being 14 years old, but to my untrained eye the area that was repaired looks exactly the same color as the rest of the car. The quality of the repair work makes it seem like the accident never even happened.Thanks to everyone there for giving me and my car the VIP treatment you just don t get anywhere else these days. Some of the best Customer Service I have received in a long time. From the beginning I was kept up to date every 2-3 days as my truck went through the process of getting the passenger rear bed repaired. The truck was promised to be ready on a certain day and Chris who was the estimator that was assigned to my truck came through in his promise to have my truck ready before a weekend trip we had planned. The day my truck was ready Chris did not like the specs of dust and a little bit of debris that was in the paint he wanted it repainted. I would have probably never noticed without him pointing it out specifically so I was grateful for his honesty. I took my trip and got back, they put me in a loaner and repainted the bed and in 2 day it was all finished up. Such a great experience with Chris and Derrick with everything they did to go above and beyond.Would definitely recommend this Service King in South Fort Worth.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience I have ever had!. They cant get it right. Tried charging 12k on a repair then put wrong color wheels on the car, popping when u turn the wheel like the axle is going to pop out, after they said they test drove the car and said its perfect. Mind you this is the second time I took off work to pick the car up. The first time every safety malfunction light was on the dash and they said it was ready. A month and a half in this joke of a shop and had to have it moved to mazda. Now going to be out of the car another month. Dont use this shop. If you do better inspect it very carefully.

Service King repaired my car after an accident. The car was nearly T Boned at a 4 way stop. It now looks great, like brand new. The wait time for the repair was long, but it is worth it.

I m really disappointed with results and I shouldn t give my car to this auto collision! They put different colored bumper on my car. One year ago in Hulen collision changed its hood and you can t realize it s recently replaced or not.. In king repair place they had terrible results. It is absolutely noticeable that new bumper is in different color. Even far away from the car you can see this awkward color. I m really disseppointed with this service.
