I ve been using Alex s service for a couple years now for all my Rv needs. There was an unfortunate incident that happened with my RV that ruined my cabinets , Alex rebuilt my cabinets! He and his team literally pulled everything out and put it all out in the yard and rebuilt the base of all my cabinets and reinstalled them back in beautifully. They installed new carpet at my slide out and new laminate plank floors in the kitchen. They adjusted my furnace and did the LP test. Also, for some reason my 2022 heartland pioneer DS 320 came with one air conditioner even though this RV is 40 feet long and has 2 bedrooms. Alex installed a second air conditioner in the back bedroom. They do charge a service fee plus labor/materials but it is absolutely worth it to get the work done on your RV the right way the first time. Have you ever heard the phrase, I ve got a guy who can do that ..? Well, this is your guy! His wife is the office manager and appt scheduler, she has the kindest sweetest voice. My water heater cracked due to freeze damage. As soon as I called RV Rescue and told them my issue, from the moment I called to finishing the installation of the new water heater was in under 24hrs. Now that s what I call efficiency! Thank you RV RESCUE. Will use these guys in the future.

I can t say enough good things about Alex and his team. They were on time and friendly. Our 42 grand design solitude was washed and butter waxed and sparkling like new when they were done. Alex and his crew are great! They are super fast, knowledgeable and professional. We 100% recommend their service.The job: Cell service signal booster installation.We needed a signal booster since we live full time in our RV and we travel often. They made sure that we agreed with unit placement and wiring before installation. They also suggested that we try the device functionality first before installation. I am listing these things to say that they are thorough and care that the job is done right. This type of service is hard to find! Thanks RV Rescue team!Oh and we actually have cell service again.

We chose Alex with RV Rescue because of his experience. He's a former dealership technician and has factory training as a technician as well. Very polite, professional and reasonably priced. From a wash and wax, slide toppers installed, and washer/dryer installation with vented dryer.

Absolutely enjoy doing business with Alex. Not sure how many times he has assisted us with our trailer and RV. Always punctual and fair pricing. Shout out to Angel and Brian who assisted this time. Great guys great service great pricing.

Very professional and performed quality work. I had my RV washed and waxed and also had them winterize the pipes. Very satisfied with their work and will hire again. Very convenient to have them come directly to my house.

Used them several times throughout the last few years and dropped a hell of a lot of $$$ with this company, only to realize that if you have a problem that hasn't been resolved, even though we were assured that the existing problem will be fixed, we are completely shut out (has happened on several occasions). Then they have the nerve to continuously send us a bill for work they never finished. Really disappointed. Too many reputable companies out there to be treated like this

I worked with Alex at an RV dealership before he went out on his own. He's a great tech, dependable, and honest. He's worked on my brother-in-laws RV, and my cousins. I refer him to anyone I run into that needs a mobile mechanic. Some mobile tech's are good mechanics, but are the type of people that can't hold down a job, so they do mobile work. Alex isn't that guy. We were very sad to see him go when he left our store.

RV Rescue is outstanding. Alex is prompt and professional. He suggest necessary remedies only. He s authentic and looks out for your comfort and the safety and sustainability of your RV. Should I need additional service I will continue to work with RV Rescue.

Update: I had one more repair that they were supposed to return to do and included in the first service fee and have tried to contact them several times and have been ignored completely! No longer impressed!These guys are amazing! Fast, great service, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

WOW, what a great team of professionals. They are efficient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and answered all calls and texts immediately. These men work long hours to keep us safe and comfortable in our RVs. I personally commend their dedication and recommend their services! Did I mention they are personable and funny? You will be glad you called Alex and Jacob!

Alex is awesome! He communicates with you promptly and arrives on time. He clearly outlines the work he will do for you. He gives fair and reasonable prices. He is very detail oriented and does a thorough job. I have been very happy with Alex and will be having him do more on our RV. After using 2 other people and being disappointed both times I am so glad to have finally found someone that communicates, is honest, fair and does an excellent job!

After three failed attempts to get service we contacted DFW RV Rescue. They arrived exactly at the time promised. Both were very professional and answered all our questions. Took the time to explain the process and completed the job. Ended up being very reasonable on the price for mobile service. These guys also do mobile wash,wax and detail. We would recommend them and plan on using them again soon to winterize. Check these guys out and I don t think you will be dissatisfied.

These guys are polite, professional, fast, and affordable! We had an electrical fire in the middle of the night that left us with no power. They were able to come the same day with a new 30 amp power cord and had us back and running in less than an hour! When it came time to pay up, I was surprised at how low the total was.He even showed me an Amazon link to replace the cord hatch that got melted and gave me some sealant for when I replace it. They also gave me a run down of RV electrical safety, and gave us some very valuable advice.

We live with our 2 small children in our RV, our hot water heater broke. RV Rescue came by took payment "fixed" the hot water, within 12 hours it stopped working again. We've called left messages and NOTHING, no call back now for days. Our family is going into a holiday weekend without hot water., thanks to the shady people at RV rescue

I hate leaving bad reviews but I know before I hire someone I check reviews and his were good. Stay away from this guy. I hired him for a rv ac 8 weeks ago so I have patienty waited for him to come back out to fix this mistake. It was 1000 ...that was more than the 800 he quoted. The ac has never worked correctly since day 1. It was supposed to have a 2 year warranty he came out once to look at it and said its ok but it is not cooling the rv at all. Its impossible to get him to come back out. He ignores calls and texts. Now I have to pay someone else to come check it out and diagnose it and fix it correctly. Please do not waste your money on him.Service: Air conditioning

Didn't realize how dirty my Toy Hauler was until I saw the before and after pictures. The guys did a great job, they cleaned up their mess, were on time and our 5th wheel looks new again.
