I was preparing to go to Santa Fe last minute and decided I needed an oil change on my LandRover. I called all around to see if I could get a quick oil changed, but no luck. I stopped by on a whim to ask, and to my surprise, they did it right away, plus my vehicle inspection. Great Service! Kind and friendly and eager to help!

Friend took her oil change here and they left the cap loose. She didn't realize and when her oil light started flashing, she popped the hood and looked and saw oil everywhere and the fill cap was lying off to the side. She called to have it towed to them and they said, 'we won't pay for the tow, but come by and get some oil and we'll give it to you to put in it.' Are you kidding?This was in Arlington and they're in West Fort Worth. On her day off! For their screw up!She then said, 'Alright, lets just get this fixed'. She called to let them know she'd work with them to get the car back and they said something along the lines of, 'we changed our mind. We don't believe you and think it's your fault' (I'm paraphrasing).Sadly, I'm seeing more and more lack of customer service lately.I'm asking everyone I know to leave a poor review for this shop on behalf of my friend who was in tears.We're having it towed to another shop to have their mistakes fixed. Looking at several hundred dollars for towing and cleanup. Hopefully the engine isn't bad. That'll open up a whole new set of problems for these people...

The men at Rivercrest Service Center were very thorough.I took my car in due to a rattle and squeaking noise, after other service centers told me nothing was wrong with the car.Majeed and Muhammad determined the noise was not the engine, but in fact the catalytic converter. Apparently someone had tried to steal the converter, failed in the process, but damaged it enough to require a new part.Majeed shopped around for me and found the best deal. He saved me over $500.Theses guys have also replaced car batteries, oil changes and car engines for our family.Would highly recommend this service center.

Took my rim to CTS that I had a blowout, wheel and took my own tire (new) to simply put tire on rim (wheel) and charged me $69.00 .I spoke with 5 reputable Tire shops: Goodyear, etc said the most would be $20. The tire was new and again my rim and tire. They stole $49.00So, I will say again, 5 quotes same job not more than $20.Refund my money, Nextdoor will be next and just in case you wondered, I have lived in Arlington Heights for 32 years ..I won t stop until you do this right .count on it!

These guys are always on point when I take both my wife s and my truck for any service they provide. Also they care about your safety and always puts that and you first. I recommend this shop and their service. God bless and thank you fellas for your service.

Was on my way to work Saturday 4/8. And hear a scrapping noise. Pull in the service station and these kind men, put my car on the lift and fixed my problem. Apparently the last time I got my oil changed(Wal-Mart) they didn't replace the cover over the oil pan. They didn't screw it back in place. The kind men at this station, fixed it for nothing and I truly appreciate that. They certainly didn't have to.

So glad to discover an old-fashioned, real full-service service station not too far from home. Easy solutions to simple problems are harder and harder to find: my tire warning light had been on for awhile and one tire looked quite low. He cheerfully checked everything out and got the pressure right.

I cannot recommend Rivercrest station enough! This is a family owned business by two brothers that are passionate about customer service.I took my truck in for a brake issue and inspection two weeks ago. As soon as I started explaining the issue with my rear brakes, they knew exactly what to troubleshoot and had it fixed in no time. They pulled the truck into the bay with one brother working on inspection and the other knocking out the brake issue. I was impressed!Today I took my father's car to them and had brakes replaced, inspection, oil change, washed and vacuumed in no time for a great price!The cherry on top is they have a full service gas pump as well, I love that they've brought that back!I love supporting local and small businesses, especially during times like this. They were super quick with all the service they did. I am very disappointed though with it overall. What I thought was going to be a $30 service turned into a $120 service. Without asking, they change my windshield wipers. I could ve done it at home for a fraction of the price. They did ask about changing my oil, which I agreed to. Instead of asking me what kind of oil, they went full synthetic, which I wasn t prepared to pay for. Long story short, they are quick, but don t communicate well. I won t be going back.

In the past I have generally had good service from this business. They have always been unorganized, as it is generally the service personnel taking care of the administration, instead of a dedicated employee. Still, I have had good experiences in the past, and returned to them to have my car inspected.Don't know what happened here, the employee who took my keys and insurance information said a handful of words and then walked to the service bay (which was not where my car was located). Someone walked in from off the street, and the two began having a conversation for 10-15 minutes while I was standing at the counter. Was I finished? Should I wait? Who knows. I asked for my keys and insurance back and left. When I departed, the employee said, "I'm still waiting on the computer."There are literally hundreds of places that offer inspections. I had driven out of my way to use the center because of past experiences. Now I will look for a place closer to home and one that appears to value my business.

I LOVE Rivercrest Service Center. Mr. Abbas is doing a great job with the station. This morning, I dropped off my Landcruiser for: 1) oil change and maintenance; (2) state inspection; (3) car wash and detail; and (4) fixing my license plate (which kept falling off despite my best DIY efforts). Mr. Abbas and his team not only had all of this done within 3 hours or so (without an appointment, mind you) ... but also brought some important things to my attention (like the fact that he spotted evidence of rats under my hood ... if you know what I mean ... which can cause real problems, real fast!). AND, it's clear they care. He's even remodeling the office area (which is off to a great start). If you're looking for a great local mechanic and service station ... these guys are great. By the way ... this is like my 5th great experience with them.

Under new management Casey and his mechanic were very professional and explained everything that they did to my jeep. Best mechanic shop in Arlington Heights area. If you live you here there will take good care of your vehicle.

I live close by and have wanted to stop by for sometime and so with an inspection due I decided to do so and am so glad I did! Kasim and his brother had me in and out for inspection and oil change in no time. They were professional and curteous. I will definitely return when needs arise!

Paid a high premium to have a starter replaced, and an oil change at this place. The next day my daughter was stuck in the freezing weather with the exact same starter problem. Mechanic could not show me the starter that was Supposedly in operable. Battery fixed the problem. Maybe this is a one time thing, but it will be our last time to take anything here for any reason.
