What a fantastic experience! In all my life of buying and selling cars, never have I ever had a better experience anywhere than I did at Park Place Fort Worth!! Our Sales Experience Manager Mercedes Lopez was amazing throughout the whole process. We had great interactions with Joe Sandoval who was very attentive. Ernesto Rodriguez in Service kept us up to date on the progress for some items we were having done as well. World class service and I wasn t even purchasing a Mercedes. But if I was, I assure you it would be from Park Place of Fort Worth. I was greeted, smiled at and addressed at every turn. Even someone sitting in their office stopped what they were doing to show me where the restroom was. Thank you all for everything!

My salesman Tom was great, I still have to disagree how finance was handled. They informed Tom that they put the deal in requiring a down payment. I was disappointed when I was told that so I gave 250, 00 down instead of 1500.00 and a credit score of 658, which I was told that the car being a 2012 has to be financed at 12.99, which I knew was true but I wanted the car.

Cierra was honestly the best person I could ve asked for during this process! She made everything so smooth and got me the best deal compared to other dealerships I ve gone to. My Fiance and I recently purchased a Mercedes our first one. I went to the service drive to ask questions about the vehicle and Ernesto Rodriguez was very helpful and answered any and all questions we had, he also showed us features we didn't know we had. We also returned for a software update and he again took care of us treated us as apart of the family we will always be return customers because of his attentiveness and generosity. Great experience! Mercedes was my sales person. She was awesome! I bought my car 100% online everything was explained clearly went really smoothly the car was better than described. My buying experience at Park Place Mercedes-Benz Fort Worth was exceptional. Davon is very informative with his products and well explained all the functions on the GLC-300 which I purchased. We had a fun time and he even went above and beyond to give me a good deal. Since I live a quite distance from the dealship, they delivered my car to my house on my desired day. When I went for my new key replacement, Ernesto assisted me with care . I appreciate all the services I received at this location. When you making a luxury purchase, you want to choose a place that you feel welcomed and well served.

Cierra is amazing!!! She helped my daughter buy her first vehicle. She s patient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details. She discussed all aspects of the process and held her hand. My daughter was already approved prior to searching for a car so when she came in and Corey in finance got her a better deal with a MUCH lower rate and monthly payment. My daughter has never been happier and loves her new car. Thank you to Cierra and Corey for making this experience the best for her.

Purchased car was spotless and in excellent condition. However the sales experience was the worst ever for me. The only time the sales rep(Mecedes Lopez) was responsive was when collecting the deposit on the car. Once the deposit was taken, countless messages and phone calls went unanswered. The rep was rude in her messages, courtesy gone with the wind. Their MO seems to be this. Non-local customers who call and pay a deposit for a vehicle are last in their list. They assume the sale in hand and go about their business without answering calls, nor returning messages for days together. I almost cancelled the deal, except I spent time and energy shortlisting a particular model/color/miles of a vehicle. Long story short, guys looking to purchase remotely - be ready to face nasty customer service. Car purchased was super though, luckily. There were spots of good service exhibited by the store, like taking the time and effort to fill the tank before delivery, shipping the vehicle in time etc probably by the store management. But other buyers, please ensure you talk and set the expectations around communication protocol with the sales rep first.

Checking car's availability wastes you a lot of time. Inventory status on website is lagged by at least 3 weeks. It is reactive that sales agent and customer specialist cannot give you a correct inventory status in the first place. I was told the car was sold twice after 1 day or 2 hours. Sales agent Tom Bartle even asked for my driver license to schedule a test drive before he confirmed that car had gone. More so, I was ready to pay deposit to secure the car. After that, I called to front desk to double check, and again that specialist lady got mixed again on inventory status, ending impatiently hung up the phone call. Please be professional, and make sure information is right before jump to next step. Purchasing a Mercedes is not like buying groceries in farmers market. I won't buy a car here.

Tom Bartle was very helpful throughout the 2 days I spoke with him over the phone. Very pleasant, proficient and concise. He made the online buying experience one that I prefer now.I have reached out to Tom on several occasions about the car owner's manual. He has sent me a PDF file and a flash drive (which is so very nice and really going above and beyond), but still hasn't come up with the actual manual that should be in the car. I realize this is not his fault, but it sure would be great business, get a five star rating and an amazing Google review if the owner's manual were furnished.

Davon was my sales representative. He welcomed me in the show room, pulled keys for each and everyone of the vehicles I was interested in, and provided information throughout my search. I was able to fill out the app at home and was approved in under 30 seconds. I was impressed! It was seem less. Davon still made in effort to look into the app after the great deal I received to make sure it was the best deal. The day of pick up he had my paper work ready for signature and my car parked in-front ready to come home with me. Thank you for the pleasant experience and for making it memorable!

My experience was such an awesome experience. From the moment I walked in to the end as I walked out with my new keys in hand. The approval process was super fast and easy. The best part of my experience was the wonderful customer service that I experience with my sales person Mr. Ray Charles. It was like the one stop shop. I definitely loved the fact that he was also my fiance guy as well. He made sure all my questions were answered and he took the time needed with me to explain the entire process. He never once tried to talk me into getting a different vehicle, like most dealerships do. He had me approved for the vehicle I wanted, before I even entered the building. My entire buying experience was the best experience I have ever had! Thank you again Sir, job well done!

Just picked up my new c43 Amg first time ever buying a Park Place vehicle. I can say that I will be back!!! The team of Cristina and Shay made the deal happen nice and smoothly. Purchased my 2023 GLC300 4Matic from Kevin Watson today. The process was fast and painless and he answered all of my questions and made sure I understand the vehicle. We have been a Park Place customer before and decided to come back for the purchase of our Mercedes. Shay was absolutely amazing and made the process very quick and easy. She was immediately able to get us the price we thought was fair for the vehicle. She even personally delivered our vehicle to our home on an unbeknownst to us stormy evening! We know Park Place will continue to serve us as we bring our car in for it's maintenance when needed.
