James was perfect to work with. very quickly found the fuel line I needed (I walked past it twice!) and got me on my way. parking was easy. store was very clean & well-stocked.

A friend and I were driving and he asked me if I preferred Auto Zone or O'Reilly. I told him for the longest time I was a Auto Zone guy but recently became a fan of O'Reilly because of their customer service. We arrived at O'Reilly and Bob helped us with my headlight issue. He was very respectful and eager to help every step of the way from researching the correct product to physically helping us change out the headlights which proved to be extremely difficult. I just want to say thanks again, Bob, very much appreciated.

Problem solved. Visited this store on Sept. 10 to buy car seat covers. Was told by the sales person that if they did not fit, they could be returned with the receipt. Wife went to do that today, but the return was not accepted by Manager Sammy Caddo. I spoke to Sammy on the phone and what an attitude. He told my wife that if I came to the store and disrespected him (Didn't even do that on the phone) that he would throw me out of the store. Seems very unprofessional to be threatening customers. Will see what cooperate does with this untrained manager...Regional Manager Brian Sitter intervened promptly and the problem was solved.

Mr. Johnny lazy self recommended we go to a shop to change a battery that under warranty here at this exact location because it s hot outside. Just trash!

Needed two parts and someone was at the front desk ready to help me right away. I bought a alternator and coolant reservoir cap. Both parts fit perfectly no issues. Return old alternator and got back 40 dollars. Over all it was a good experience.

The store on Meadowbrook in Fort Worth is great! Makes the one on Forest Lane in Dallas look like a bunch of jerks. The Meadowbrook guys are always helpful!

Do not bother calling, will keep you on hold forever and hang up on you. Seems like they're do it on purpose, I called twice and it happened both times.

Horrible customer service dropped my battery of on a Friday to have it charged and I was told to leave my name and phone number and I would get a call when it was ready it was going to take 8hrs because of the slow charger, Saturday came and no call thankfully I did not need the battery right away and now it s Sunday I call checking on my battery and the person who answered the phone response oh ya it still here remember I m calling to get the status anyone in customer service dealing with other people property when they call and check on what ever it is they dropped off they need a status update not checking to see if what they dropped off is still in your possession I will be driving to foresthill from now on employees act like they don t want to be there very nonchalant and why leave my phone number and you don t call?DONT COME TO THIS STORE!

car battery died, had someone nice helped/ jumped me. Went to O'Reilly's to test the battery n needed a new one $190. Lol. Had issues removing old one one of the guys help me and I was going to tip him he said not necessary I drove next door to Cicis n brought 3 pies for the staff they said thanks. GO TO THIS PLACE, They care! the attitude trickles down from management to ground floor, you can tell. I rather have these guy as my neighborhood auto goto place. I rather have businesses like this in my neighborhood. its call sincerity. you are or you are not. cant fake it. Thank you!

*My review is also crossposted onto Yelp.*Extremely helpful!My taillight was out and I went in with the intention of just getting the bulbs and changing the lights myself. Erik, the assistant manager, helped me out with finding the bulbs for me and even looking and opening up my taillight to look and see which bulbs I needed or if I needed both. He also switched the bulbs for me and checked to see my lights worked before I left.Erik was very kind, extremely helpful, and he explained the process of what what going on with my taillight.I highly recommend coming to this location if you need help. Erik is a great representation of the store. Thank you!

Best Oreillys! The employee Daniel had great customer service and took care of everything so fast and installed the battery in my car in less than 5 min. Definitely deserves a 5 star!

Friendly, pleasant staff. Excellent return policy if you ask nicely and don't try to take advantage. (As an aside, don't ruin this for the rest of us... you know who you are and what you do... don't!) Decent selection of parts you may need on hand, and they can usually get what you need if they don't carry it. Most people already knew that. I'm happiest with their return policy, which is 90% of the reason for the 5 stars, because another O'Reilly Auto Part location in Arlington on Matlock are very selective and to my mind arbitrary about the returns. So I go to this one. It's better because it wants to be.

This place is the worst of all time of O'Reilly's I have ever been customer service is terrible very unhelpful it will be my 1st and last time ever stepping foot inside if this location and Lancaster. No Stars if there was a option i would grade it a negative 5 stars. I'll drive to Arlington before going back for anything period.

I like the Autozone, across the street, a little better, but these guys help me with my car battery, and it's always a good experience.Not as big, or perhaps as clean, but I think some of the products might be a bit different.I'm not a serial buyer, so I can't comment intimately, but that's my impression.

Johnny the Assistant manager was a GREAT help! Super knowledgeable and immensely friendly! He helped me a great deal! Because of him alone, I'll always come back to O'Reillys

This place us terrible. Only keep 2 employees at a time . One is help outside change batteries when phones ringing. Then sometimes they try to have conversations when they have long lines . Should be like Autozone at less 4 workers especially on Weekends.Recommend Autozone across the street

I won't be coming back to this O'Reilly. Employees were extremely rude. I get it. No one wants to be working at 6pm on a Saturday, but while you are, could you be helpful? I just needed coolant for my motorcycle but the 3 guys working seemed to think it was more important to talk about whicj radio station was playing than answer my question. Unreal.

Those guys are the coolest and most helpful people. Erick the supervisor is one heck of a dude. The whole team is super nice. Definitely will shop there again.

This location is absolutely our favorite to work with! As a local moving company here in Fort Worth, we have found that working with one parts store regularly is the best way to go. Don t waste your time going to this location. Generally, they do not carry most items you need and the employees are full of excuses as why they can t run the rotor machine. If I have visited here five times, I bet I only left once with a purchase.

O'Reilly is my goto for auto parts. I typically shop the Lake awirth location, but I visited the store on Meadowbrook in east Fort Worth. It's nearest to my work. I was helped by Quita and Luna ( manager ). They were both great. Thank you to them for the helpful, friendly service.
