Been here a few times, so far haven't had any issues what so ever. Wonderful customer service, Sherilyn at the front desk was kind and friendly, even the mechanic who spoke to me giving me an update on the car.Very honest and trustworthy service.I will be sure to come back again.

Sherilyn, the store manager, is phenomenal. I needed some basic work securing my splash guard underneath my car. She prioritized the project and had it completed in a matter of minutes. James, the mechanic, is super friendly and gracious. I supremely appreciate their level of service.

I have gone to NTB for years. They have always taken good care of my care. I appreciate how reasonably they are priced and how quickly the services are completed. They keep my informed so there are never any surprises. They are trustworthy and I will continue to take my car to them.

To be honest, I wasn t expecting much when I first arrived. My tire was deflating, it looked like there was only one person working in the bays, and it didn t look like it was going to be a great experience. I went inside, spoke to Chris Who said there was just one vehicle ahead of me and then they would get to mine. After they finished with the vehicle ahead of me, they pulled mine in, and I watched through the little waiting room window to see how things were going. Once he had the wheel off and was looking at the tread of the tire I got a little concerned so I went outside around to where he was working on it. His name was Alejandro and he informed me that the tire was OK. It was just a bad valve stem, which was great news. While I was out there, he asked me what the normal tire pressure I used was and I wasn t sure so he checked the others and we agreed to inflate them all to 35. Psi, great job. While I waited for him to finish, I was able to spend some time in the waiting area With Brady, I think it was, Who was very nice. We talked about cars and music for a bit and not too long after my vehicle was ready. I pulled out my wallet. Waiting for my invoice. But Chris told me there would be no charge to replace the valve stem. Again, great. All in all and unexpected good outcome when customer service is a difficult thing to find these days. The workers in this store went above and beyond. I m so thankful they saved me a lot of money. Big shout out to Dave and Sherilyn. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the things I needed for my vehicle. This location is not close to me but I m definitely willing to come back here for service

Sherilyn was simply AMAZING!!! Arrived early and she saw me sitting in the car. Told us to come on in. She personally walked to our car and checked all the tires. Gave me her recommendations. And checked me out. Top notch customer service and I m truly appreciative of her. Had us back on the road within a hour. Thank you!

Sherilyn was such a help we came in with a rental and it had several issues and absolutely was not safe to drive. She went above and beyond to make Sure we got out of there with tires that were safe to drive on. Seriously the best Coutomer service I ve received not only was Sherilyn great but the entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Had I not came in here I would probably be driving around in car that was absolutely not safe to drive.

I came in for a tire balance, as I was experiencing issues that would be resolved with a proper tire balance. I arrived under the impression that it would only take 20-30 minutes (that s what I was told over the phone), to which two hours passed before it was finally done. After I left the issue was not resolved. So the following day I took my car to a mechanic to have the issue diagnosed, he said I definitely needed to have my tires balanced, even though I already had that done in an attempt to fix the issue. So I called NTB about bringing the car back in for a re-balance, they agreed to do so at no cost to me because I had already paid to have that done . Properly. So I brought my car back in at around 2:30pm and what was said to be a 2 hour wait/job ended up being 5 hours. I showed up at 5:45pm when they told me it would be ready (they closed at 6pm) but it was in fact not ready, I sat there waiting and didn t get to leave with my vehicle until around 7:30pm. Supposedly there was an issue with a lug nut that they stripped. They sent someone to get a new one, that person got the wrong one, at which point it was too late for anything further to be done. So they sent me home that evening and requested I come back the next morning to have the proper lug nut put on. When I got home that night they called and asked for my address and said someone needed to torque my tires . Odd but okay . Turns out they left tools on my vehicle and were coming to retrieve them .. The next morning I reluctantly go back as my tire is missing a lug nut at this point. They again, got the wrong lug nut and had to send someone to find the proper one. So I spent another hour and 10 minutes waiting there today before finally leaving with the job done properly and my vehicle in good standing order. All in all, approximately 9 hours over the course of 3 days was consumed on a job that was alleged to take just 30 minutes. I can t say I ll ever go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, over the course of the three days spent there, I overheard several conversations between unhappy customers and their employees, leading me to believe this wasn t just a one off experience for me but that several people were displeased with this shop.

The staff here were attentive and had quality customer service. Their professionalism gave me confidence and the work that I was getting done. As a matter of fact they were repairing bad work that was done by another company.

The management staff here is amazing. Chris took care of me and some issues we ran into with a car I brought in. Things happen but in the end both Chris and Trevor made sure to take care of me and the issues. They got my car taken care of and made sure I was happy with my service the entire time. I have since sold that car and just brought the replacement car to them because I had an unexpected blowout. Their staff was able to get the tire within a reasonable amount of time and me back on the road with zero issues. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Absolutely best place in town to get all your car needs fixed at. The staff is fantastic and so friendly, they do a great job of making you feel welcomed and heard. They have fantastic prices and work so diligently. They engaged me at every step of the way and helped educate me on better ways to help improve my cars performance and longevity! I definitely recommend to anyone in need!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. After years of declining service at this particular location in Ft. Worth, I will never ever go back for service.After sitting for two hours for a rotation and alignment, when I got my vehicle back the tires had not been rotated. I had an appointment for the service, and there was only one other car in the shop when I arrived. Prior to coming to the store I marked the tires so I would know if they had been rotated (the last time I came for a rotation they did not rotate the tires). When I asked if the tires had been rotated, two different managers tried to gaslight me into believing my tires had been rotated, including one of them saying they watched the tires being rotated. They did eventually call to let me know they did not rotate the tires.This is the latest in a long line of disappointments at this particular location. Take my experience for what it is worth...but caveat emptor.If you have any other choice in your tire and service vendor, use them.

I had an outstanding experience at NTB thanks to Dave and Blake. Despite the long wait due to a mix-up with our order and another customer's order, their exceptional customer service and dedication to resolving the issue left us thoroughly satisfied. Their commitment to going above and beyond reflects positively on NTB, making our visit a truly pleasant and memorable one. Highly commendable service from both Dave and Blake.P.S. I had a blowout on my way to take my daughter back to college. The store manager Sherilyn was so nice that she and her team made sure i had a spare to put on my truck because they didn t have the size tire in stock. I would come back and buy from them any day. Had a lug nut seize on a bubbled tire. Place I had gone to refused to try and sent me to find someplace else to remove it. NTB to the rescue. Friendly staff helped me out. Steve got it off in no time flat. The other places gave up when the pneumatic tools didn t work, but Steve tried other options. I will definitely make NTB my first choice after the nightmare those other places made of my day. Thank you guys so much for your quick and friendly service. :)

I was that guy that came in 15 minutes before closing. I hate doing that but my tire went flat in the pouring rain with my pets in the car and I was not feeling changing the tire myself. I was expecting a little annoyance (and understandably so) but nothing of the sort. The staff was wonderful and helped me get back on the road quickly. As someone who is in the service business this is the level of customer service I love to see still exists. Use this location for your tire needs.

Do not recommend. We got here at 2 and left at 5:40 too long. 3 people left before me. Also, i was told a price and when I left it was 80 dollars more than I expected. Good job working on my car did a great job fixing my car BUT the time wait and the hidden fees are RIDICULOUS.

Alyssa and Sherilyn both helped me! I got an appointment the same day and they kept me updated on my wait time. The technician was quick once he was able to get to my ticket. They were very kind and it was nicely warm in the building (post TX snow).Accomodating of military discounts and I always have a good experience at NTB, regardless of location.

Called and Allysa quoted me a price for an oil change of $65.99 so I made an appointment on Sunday to get it changed. Upon arrival, sherrylyn was checking me in and told me it would be around $100 dollars. She said the phone quotes don't include everything. I left and went to the NTB on Southwest Freeway and got my oil changed for less than the original quote that I was given. Not sure what's going on but that's too big of a price difference. You may want to stay away from this NTB.

Went in for wheel balance and alignment. The people where nice and answered all my questions a service was extremely timely. Prefer NTB over discount tire all day.

Just got through having 2 new tires installed at the White Settlement, TX branch. Chris was extremely Professional and had an overall fantastic experience. I've bought tires from this location for years for 3 different vehicles and have never had a bad experience with anyone at this location. I would highly recommendthis store. Didn't even try to "over sell" me anything.

Awesome experience they got work done on time. Was going to schedule for next day. But I went around 330pm. They were not very busy and got me in immediately. Because I w a repeat customer took 20.00 off oil change prices. Very professional and friendly

Had a 9:00 appt, showed up on time with 2 people ahead of me. Saw people come & go. At 10:30, I asked for my keys back & left- my car had never even been taken back, and they'd lied to me on progress (how is it "almost done" an hour after my appt when it was never even looked at?). So, after wasting 90 minutes of my life, my tire still needs to be patched.

Overall, it's just a bad store. My car was truly never fixed. I had to go numerous amounts of times and when I spoke to the manager the first time he was nice, but after I complained and put a review on how my car was left messy, that it looked like someone was looking for something. After they say that review, the manager was not letting me bring in the car anymore and the front desk lady was very rude and looked at me like I was dumb or something. It was just a waste of my time and my car issue was never resolved. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My 79 year old grandmother came in today because she was losing air from one of her tires and was told that it had been patched before but the patch is stretched out and losing air which cannot be repaired so she needs a new tire. She even tipped the employee who helped her for his time.She went to discount tire afterwards, thankfully, and there was a nail in the tire and they patched it. She did not need a new tire.I am sickened that she was lied to and almost taken advantage of by this business. After years of purchasing tires at this location, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
