Easiest car purchase ever! Roman was the best to work with. From start to finish, it took almost a month for me to decide on which Countryman I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, and Roman stayed true to his promise since day one on making sure I ended up with the perfect one for me. He stayed in communication just as he said he would, and gave me additional options and colors he knew I would like. I had made two additional trips to the dealership to look in-person, then finally was driving away in my new MINI on my 4th visit.When I was ready to purchase, everything was completed online. So convenient! I have always dreaded car purchases because it meant countless hours of waiting at the dealership, but this purchase was the easiest and fastest! Once Roman texted me that it was ready, my husband and I headed to the dealership and I was driving away with my new 2024 Countryman within an hour of arriving. 10/10 would do it allover again. No regrets on this purchase, or the process!

Came to the grand opening here from an invite. Dealership seems very nice, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Out of their way to make you feel welcome. Loved the fish and chips they had during the event. They have a nice little snack bar if you are waiting on service. The dealership is in the old Autobahn Jaguar building, not sure if they did any remodeling or not but it looks new and clean. I will come here for service and give them a try and update a review after actually having service here.

I had a fantastic experience buying my last MINI here. Mindy, Kevan and Roman were very attentive and down to earth. They went above and beyond and I am not often surprised by others actions. I felt like my experience was more than just a sale. I look forward to seeing them again for a new purchase or just to pop in and say hi.

I would give them a lower score. However, we were actually turning in our Jaguar and since they're not there at that dealership anymore we were still required to return it to Autobahn. We were asked to bring it to the service drive at range Rover across the street at the other dealership. When we walked in everyone was on their phones, meaning cell phones and the entire service drive was covered with inoperable range rovers. I asked for my spouse was everybody looked at me like they didn't understand the question? A gentleman finally spoke up and I said I just needed to know if you could tell me how to quickly delete my garage remote from the car mirror buttons. One of the gentlemen sitting there stated, all you need to ask that question whoever you're dealing with! I said are you kidding me? It is a 5 second process. I just forgot it and you're telling me you don't know and you can't tell me what it is is it some industry secret. It's in my manual. However I don't have time as we're returning the car now and we did not remove access to our three car garage and want the remotes deleted from the car. Luckily, before googling it. I hopped myself right back in the car and held the right and left button together under the mirror until I got the blinking green light showing everything was all reset. It literally took 5 seconds. I went back inside and told the gentleman that he was extremely rude, looked like he had nothing better to do and sit there with his crew while they were all in their cell phones and couldn't take 5 seconds to assist someone with an issue. I wouldn't buy a car there or Lisa car there again if it was the last place in my city. One thing they need to realize is that there are car dealerships on every corner and people that are readily and happily available to assist. Keep that in mind Autobahn when you're working with customers who are returning vehicles that may be going right back into one of your other vehicles, since you have several dealerships in one at that location. That's all!

I don't even know where to begin?? I Love this Dealership!! My sales consultant Louis Washington and the Sales Manager Kevan Chughtai were absolutely Amazing!! When they say they'll get you in the perfect Mini, they're not kidding!! I swear!! Their backs must hurt because they bent over backwards for me. From my trade, bonet stripes, financing, and tinting!! The entire process was flawless!! And I might add... I live 126 miles away from Mini of Fort Worth. The Car of My Dreams was ready when I got there, absolutely no hiccups and I couldn't be happier!! I'm a Mini Driver for Life!! I will go nowhere else and I 1000% Recommend them!! I literally couldn't be happer!!! The Motto Love What you Drive couldn't me more true... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHAT I DRIVE!!!!

We were caught off guard when we found out the MINI in Arlington had been shuttered. We were able to schedule an appointment with Autobahn and were thoroughly impressed. The customer service was top notch and we didn't have to wait long for an inspection and oil change. Highly recommend!

I can't express how fortunate I feel to have a dealership like them in my corner. Great waiting room. Love the video of car being worked on. Respectful and helpful staff. Lots of treats while you wait. They even have a kids area. They are nice enough to wash your car after service is complete. Thank you! If it wasn't for just moving I would have gotten the new Atlas model same day. Good trade in value but I've only had my car for less then 3 years. Patience

Wow! Superior service! I live in Lewisville and was working in Fort Worth so decided to make my Service apt there. I am so glad I did. It was easy to schedule, and my service rep Zachary was so kind and helpful. I needed a ride to work and they brought me right away. They kept me up to date with my service as it was happening, I was able to pay online, and they came to pick me up too! The drivers were great too, I didn t get their names but what a pleasant conversation I had with them, especially the man on the way back to the dealership! I don t know if I ll go back to the closer dealership for continued service. I will go out of my way to come here!

We picked up our 2024 Clubman from Autobahn Mini of Fort Worth yesterday...what a pleasant, seamless experience! Kevan Chughtai, Sales Manager and Wes Hahnfeld, Motoring Advisor reminded us that excellent customer service really does still happen. So glad that Mini is now a part of Autobahn!

I used the app to make an appointment to change my oil, and have the backup camera recall corrected. In addition I was receiving an error airbag message.I received emails and text messages verifying my appointment. When I arrived I was not in the system. So they said they would work me in. I said I would be waiting for my car, however they asked me to leave it until Friday to get everything taken care of. It's an Oil Change and backup camera data. Why is that going to take Five days? Okay well at least until tomorrow. I ended up leaving the car.When I came to pick it up I was informed they did not have the parts to repair the airbag sensor. That It would be five days to get the parts.I called Southwest Volkswagen and they said they only had one of the two parts needed but they would have it in a day and could get the work completed in four hours. In addition Southwest had to redo the backup camera update because it was not competed by Autobahn.

The dealership keep me informed constantly on the status of the car. The only suggestion I have is that you have a loaner car ready for the customer when they drop the carThis recall took almost 3 weeks to complete and although the dealer was kind enough to give me a loaner the last week of the visit I didn't have transportation for the first two weeks. When I booked the appointment I think there was some miscommunication and the representative told me the recall will take only one afternoon. Other than that everybody was very professional they keep me apprais of the situation of the vehicle and once I got the loaner really didn't have any major inconveniences. So far everything is working great in the car

Zachary and team took such good care of us. We came in with a semi emergency as we are not local, only have the 1 car, needed to pick our dog that was having cancer treatment (hence us being out of town) and get back to pick up our daughter. They are able to fit us in, diagnose the problem, had the part in stock and get us on our way in less than a couple of hours. Very kind and understanding..super painless experience.

Everything was fantastic! Jesus did an amazing job helping me make decisions on what would benefit my car as well as my wallet. He even supplied an estimate on tires for me in my paperwork. Tony drove us home with your shuttle service and he was so personable and a wonderful driver! Everyone who we came in contact with at Autobahn was above and beyond.

The associate we had was amazing. I honestly can t say anything bad about him. He kept me up to date when it was taking a little bit longer than it should on his own without me looking for him. I honestly hope I get him again when I get my next maintenance done.

The experience was honestly the best we have ever had at a dealership. After we saw the car online we called to ask about it, got all the information we needed, Kathy was so friendly, relaxed, genuine, and helpful. It felt so different from the cold, manipulative, business feel of the usual dealership. They didn't pressure us, held the car for us, no issues getting our deposit back for holding it. When we got to the dealership everything went so quickly and smoothly, the car was parked inside the building for us, another employee, Lily, was so so kind too us as well and played with our little boys we had with us, showed them around, helped if they were fussy while we were trying to do car stuff, I mean I can't even say all the reasons it was a great experience! All the paperwork went so quickly, accessories came with the vehicle, Kathy set up my Bluetooth for map and music while I was putting my baby in his carseat. They were all just so kind and thoughtful. It was amazing. They even called to say, you can't come pick up the car today because we noticed a chip in the windshield so we're going to have it replaced in the morning. They could have just not said anything or replaced it. I would love to only buy through them forever.
