We had problems with our 2003 530 i driving from Houston to Fort Worth. We called Lone Star Bavarian and explains our situation. They were very understanding g and did not hesitate to work us in immediately. The owner was on site, and their mechanic Chas diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed a few issues that needed addressed. Their shop was immaculate and their labor rates were fair. We were so impressed we are considering driving to Fort Worth for any major services needed for our BMW! Thank you for saving our weekend getaway!

I recently purchased a BMW M4. An M car has been a want my entire life. Choosing who I could entrust with the care for my car was more daunting than I ever imagined. My research led me to Lone Star Bavarian as their reputation and facility checked all of the boxes for all determining factors I had. i called to schedule an alignment, Nichole got me in the next day. Walking into the reception area was like entering a botique BMW museam. The Owners passion for the brands they support was complimented by his depth and expanse of technical knowledge. This provided me comfort in knowing I made the right choice. Lone Star Bavarians Tech team provided my used cars actual BMW service history and a total work up of my cars current condition as well as a best next steps preventivie plan. They also provied me with performance upgrade ideas and options perfectly aligned with my intentions for this car. I needed a post purchase inspection and oil change and found these guys on google. Nicole was amazing and explained everything to me as far as the financial side. They arranged a ride for me to go back to work while they worked on my car, and the driver was great conversation and professional. I appreciate the good communication, explanations on things I didn t understand, quality work and reasonable pricing. I won t let anyone else touch my BMW.

Always very friendly and their 2 year warranty on their service really gives you peace of mind. They always call and let you know what work needs to be done before doing it too! Had an issue one time and I reached out to the owner and it was resolved very professionally. Will continue to bring my Mercedes here as long as I live in the area.

So far, so good. My 2010 Mini needed quite a lot of work. Quite costly but fair compared to dealerships. They took care of the issues we requested to be diagnosed and found a few others that were taken care of. Loved my first time smaller shop experience with Nicole, Trent and tech who responded promptly with explanations of anything we did not understand. Inclement weather of rain and freezing temps after it was dropped off made it take longer than planned but no problem.

I visit this shop any time I need work done on my vehicles and I must say, the experience is always outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff are welcoming and professional, setting an awesome standard right off the bat.The staff is thorough in explaining what maintenance was performed but also conducted a comprehensive check to let me know of any upcoming services that might need my attention (like a cracked belt and dirty fluid which was my case).The quality of work was evident. My car has been running smoothly since the service, and it s clear that they use high-quality materials and pay attention to detail.

I have a Mercedes E350 and wouldn't take it anywhere but to Lone Star to get work done. They shoot straight with you to tell you what you "really" need vs. the typical dealership service center response of "the codes are telling us you need to replace A, B, C, etc." They have experienced technicians who do fast and fairly-priced work. Lone Star will save you a LOT of money and keep your luxury car running great.

I appreciate the service and professionalism at this shop. Mike took great care of my Mercedes and its running great. They were honest, professional and saved me some time and money. While my car was getting worked on I was given a loaner. This shop is the truth and I am 100% satisfied. They do quality work so the schedule is busy. Be prepared to leave your vehicle there for a couple days...It will be in great hands.

I'm extremely pleased and appreciative to Mr. Cole and his crew for figuring out and fixing several electronical issues I had with my BMW Z4 3.0si.� I have had the vehicle for several years, and I hadn't driven it for a long period of time due to the issues arising from several other mechanics working on it in the past.� I just about given up on it, but due to unforeseen circumstances with another vehicle, my wife and I decided to invest money to restore it.� No one could ever figure out why several features were not working, which caused several warning lights and other problems.� We prayed to be able to find the right individual with the knowledge and expertise to tackle them and Lone Star Bavarian took the time and effort for us to finally be able to say we have a dependable vehicle.� Mr. Cole knows his stuff and was able to find several unmatched parts I previously replaced that we off my a few numbers which caused these issues.� We will not allow anyone else to work on our car moving forward.� Mr. Cole is extremely informative and responsive and didn't give me a hard time about why the issues occurred rather than he tackled them and figuring them out.� We don't look forward to seeing them again, as no one really wants to have issues with their vehicle, but when we will not allow any other establishment, touch our car moving forward.

These folks are professionals and then some. I bought some parts from FCPEURO (fully intending to install them myself) but had some wicked electrical issues with my E89 Z4 (verging on rage selling it), so I handed over the lot and asked them to do some key things once the electrical gremlins were resolved. They cast out the electrical demons! They also performed some key maintenance items for me and the price was below the estimate. Well done. I very highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian and encourage you to check out the sweet vintage Bimmer motorcycle in the showroom alongside the cute doggies.

Scheduled a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle from CarMax. They did a thorough job and gave me a detailed report. I used that report to get those items corrected before I took delivery. The value of the fixes was greater than the cost of the pre-purchase inspection. So, Lone Star Bavarian confirmed the car was in good condition and helped me get it improved! Since I m based in Houston they also shared a referral to another reputable indy bmw shop in my area. Apparently they re part of a nationwide bmw service center association, so u know they re serious about their business. Thank you Lone Star!!

Over the years, I ve taken a few of my Mercedes-Benz cars for maintenance here at Lone Star Bavarian & have always been satisfied. Price has always been better than taken it to a Mercedes-Benz Dealership. This is my go-to place.

Had to drop off my 3 series earlier this morning due to the oil level sensor not functioning. Turns out it was just damaged wiring. They had my car ready just a few hours later and didn't mess about with anything extra. Both of the people I talked to in the front were extremely pleasant. I loved the look and feel of the lobby which was rich with BMW history, model cars, some great car books on the table, and even a sweet, older Beamer Bike. They even washed my car for me! Will definitely be returning for any issues/service I need for my bimmer.

Lone Star Bavarian is easily the best European automotive shop you could go to. Everyone there is very knowledgeable in their area and they know how to get things done timely and at a fair rate. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done the right way. Trent is very invested in his business and is always going to make sure that everything is done the way he knows you expect. From the service advisors, to the techs, even to their quality control team. The work there is phenomenal and is what you should expect as a luxury European vehicle owner. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else to be maintained. If you care about your car and you want it to stay like it just came fresh off the car lot, you bring it to Lone Star Bavarian.

Outstanding! My 2008 BMW 335i had several issues that needed to be fixed (multiple oil leaks, headlight not working, caution and warning lights illuminated.) All this work was completed in only 3 days. Trent personally spoke with me to explain all the repairs, and ensure I was completely satisfied. Also, the Dogs are awesome to hang out with while you wait. Although I have had good experiences with BMW dealership maintenance departments in the past, I will be returning to Lone Star Bavarian for my next BMW service call. Needed urgent alternator replacement for 2011 328i.Alternator/belts/pulleys replaced along with brake flush and complimentary wash/interior detailing completed the next day after vehicle was dropped off. Car runs perfectly. Customer service was good. Staff are proud to work there and are transparent about other recommendations. Work is warrantied for 2 years. Shop is very experienced . I will certainly come back when needed.Thanks Trent for the good work. Glad to support your business.

Places like this are hard to find, and Trent changes the entire aspect of what could be just another "repair shop". Took my car here to get diagnosed and the owner was very rude from the moment I walked in. I explained what was going on with my car and asked if I could show him he said no I had to make an appointment which I kindly did .. circle forward one week later walked in and had to wait a good while before someone came to the front desk and stated I had an appointment .. she looked up my information and immediately told me I would be responsible for a service fee (which I expect if you provide service) and read from the comments on the computer and I said no that s not what s wrong with my vehicle and explained what was wrong and asked if I could show the mechanic so the diagnostic work would be correct as opposed to what the comments were. She said NO it s the front of your car and I said no it s the opposite end the trunk drivers side your comments are not correct .. She said NO the mechanic wasn t in and there was body for me to show what was going on and said I could show her. (She was the receptionist) . I want to be able to trust a business that works on my car and know that a qualified mechanic will be working on it as oppose to a receptionist .BE CAREFUL IF YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE..Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trent at LSB was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to my car with after market wheels. Where as the people at Sewell BMW just went after the simple solution, Trent took the time to analyze the problem and come up with a solution. They are extremely thorough and just don't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need hear in manner you can understand. There prices are very reasonable compared to the BMW service centers. For anyone that owns a BMW, I recommend going to LSB before going to a BMW service center.Thanks Trent....

My first experience at Lone Star Bavarian was anything but stellar. I asked them to fix the electric windows in my car and they did fix them. In fact, they worked fine for about an hour and a half, until the cotter pins they had installed improperly fell out. Fortunately, my inside door panels were still out, so I was able to put the pins back in (properly, this time) so the windows now work fine. Should I charge them for an hour of my time?Service: Auto power window repair
