We come here for oil changes and Inspection. We were out in 10 minutes. Shout out to Joshua he is very helpful and pleasant.

Your website advertises that you do transmission fluid flushes. So when i'm turned away at 8am and told that it can't be done just "because it cant" it's kinda frustrating. Pure laziness from these shops. Do better kwik kar lakeworth. I drive a 2020 tacoma.

My tire light came on, I had already stopped at 2 gas stations to check my air and air up myself, however the tire gages were broken. I stopped at one other place, was the 1st in line, and the guy at the front desk said he could not help me, without listening to what happened. He said he was busy and already had appointments lined up. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I went directly across the street to Kwik Kar/ Lakeworth, in hopes they were open. Without any hesitation or questions, I explained my brief situation to JOSHUA and he said there is no problem, I will be HAPPY to assist. He checked each tire, as they all ended up being a little low. He was very nice, professional, helpful and sincere. Perfect Customer Service. BRANDON is amazing!!! This is my first time in. I called to see who could get me oil change fast. This man gave me so much info and was so sweet helpful.he didn t try to get me off phone he took time to explain to me about my oil and what I needed to do. First time ever I didn t even get this service at dealership. I asked to speak to manager to complement Brandon, but unfortunately was told Brandon was his own person for me to tell him .I want more than just Brandon to know how great he was. I recommend you come here if you re looking for a good oil change ask for Brandon. He was just as friendly in person as on phone. He even explained to me some again once I got here and showed me what he was talking about. I totally love this man he s very professional. Thank you Brandon !!!!! I m giving this location 5-Stars because the guys who work here are all great! The are super friendly and hard working. I ve taken my cars here at least a dozen times over the years for the registration inspection. Fantastic every time. And do them a favor. Give them a tip when you get great service. They deserve it!

Got an oil change and the damage to my engine will cost me $1500+. They say they re not to blame. Absolute garbage. They are legally responsible to pay for the damages. Will pursue legal action if not resolved.I would like to speak to the owner but the associate with the long dreads kept informing me the info was online and that they re out of business cards. It is NOT available online. The store number is listed and when I called to inform him he was wrong they ignored my call. If my car gets fixed I will gladly change my review. But after being told my 2020 23,767 mile Subaru cars sensors would have broke eventually I lost any and all faith I will speak with the owner, let alone have them fix it on their dime without legal pursuit. The associate told my husband the owner would not reimburse the $200 diagnostic fee that FOUND the spewed oil from the bad oil changed CAUSED my sensors to break because we should have gone to them. As if it was ever expected to have my WARRANTED car inspected by somebody who couldn t even do the oil change properly to begin with. Petty cash exists in businesses for a reason.Already contacting as many agencies as possible to report this Kwik Kar location.Service: Oil change

Waited an hour to get an inspection. They turned me down because I had some tire work done, and the technician left one of the Lugnuts off one lug lug. They failed me for one lug nut really do not take your car to get inspected there.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I'd pick these guys over Pep Boys, believe it or not. Usually they say it takes about 45 minutes for an oil change, not necessarily. Depending on the day you go in to visit for an oil change, these guys will get you in and put pretty quickly. I've been here twice already and I haven't been let down yet, hopefully I'll never see the day! Other then the seating area being kinda small for the flow of traffic that goes through there, service is quick and NOT overcharged.

Have come here for a couple of years for oil changes. Service is great. Took off a star for the rest room. No soap, no hand towels available. Only reason I wanted to wash hands was because I accidentally touched a table surface in the waiting room and it was sticky. It is the only waiting area, so it needs to be fairly clean. As soon as I told Joshua, he remedied the restroom, so it's better now.Just got my oil changed and blades replaced. Upped my stars to 5. So glad to see the same friendly faces here and was through in record time. Way to go, guys!

Wife went in for an oil change, recieved an oil change, but also recieved a dirty engine and an oil sensor light. Josh tried to pocket the cash for the oil change, offering a steep cash discount. Wife paid in card, only to recieve a receipt with no identifying information. Josh is also full of helpful tips, saying things like "just look it up on youtube" when the oil filter notification needed to be reset, and, "just look it up" when I asked for the owners number.Service: Oil change

I usually go to the Kwik Kar on Boat Club Road. I was driving through Lake Worth and their weren't very many vehicles being worked on so I pulled in and told the guy what I wanted. I was there maybe 10 minutes. The guy comes in and says your all set. I checked the list of things they checked off. Most of them were not done. I will not be going to that location again. Very unprofessional. Not worth 50 plus dollars.

Went because I thought my oil was leaking, Jose was super amazing! My husband had taken my truck couple of days ago & Jose replaced the filter & I thought it was leaking but Jose helped me out & re checked everything for me & he was very sweet & amazing! Highly recommend. Specially ask for Jose!

They used to do a good job. Last time my wife took my car for a simple oil change. They broke the oil dipstick and admitted as much but were refusing to take responsibility for it. Furthermore, the workers claimed the manager was not available (conveniently) and no one was in charge authorize to adjust the invoice or give any kind of credit. Finally they said they would apply a credit for $10 for the dipstick. They did but then charged us separately for each quart of oil which my wife had already paid for so we ended paying about the same or more. Then when we bought a new dipstick and we inserted into the metal tubing, we find out that they also twisted and loosened the metal tubing and had placed tie-wraps to hold it into place. Horrible service, our car returned worse then it went in and they made us pay for it. Avoid them. Incompetent and dishonest. BTW, beware the planted good comments here. They are horrible.

I can't vouch for their automotive repairs but I get all 3 of my vehicles inspected there every year. The dudes are always quick, honest and don't come up with anything extra to charge me for. I won't go anywhere else.

This place is the worse. Go else where.TWICE these guys did maintenance on my car without me approving it. Said they dont have to because its a company car. BS- not true, i asked.On the second time of them rotating tires without asking. My company refused payment to them. Haha

If I could give them less than 1 star i would. I've been using them for at least 10 yrs. Today i go in to get an oil change and asked the guy if they could check my air in my tires because I have warning light. While I was paying i asked him which tire was low. He gave me this I don't know answer. I drive home in the rain and my light never goes off! So I check my tires and they didn't even bother to check them! I had 2 tires that were low! You know that kind of incompetence can get people injured or worse. Needless to say if I were you I would never take my car to the lake worth location!

They tried to charge me $110 just for an oil change, no filter. Said it's the only thing they have that will go in my truck. I left went to another place down the street and it was only $70 with a filter. I do not recommend this place because they always try to charge you way more and add additional services and accessories. No customer service. I will never go back to this place and I will refer everyone to other places as well

Avoid this place at all costs. Their activities don't border on criminal they are.I normally do all maintenance on my vehicles but in a time crunch decided to use this place to change the oil on my car before a road trip. I had my two children with me so I sat inside with them, normally I would stay out by the car to ensure that what is being done is right.After a few minutes one of the employees came in a said he had something that he needed to show me. He proceeded to show me what he called a coolant leak. The amazing part is that the coolant that he said was leaking was yellow but the coolant in my car is red in color. Had the criminal thought to look he would have seen that clearly by the FULL coolant reservoir. He then proceeded to tell me that my oil change was going to cost $90 because my car requires a very specialized oil filter. The oil filter that I can by at any auto parts store for less than $5.Obviously he thought he had a mark on his hands since I was driving my wife's mom car and had the two children with me.DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION

Came here 3 times first time great service. Second time no oil filter walked to Oreillys next door and bought one. Third time no oil for diesel cars. It only makes sense if you run an oil change business you keep supplies in stock.

This is the only place that I go to get oil changes. The mechanics are helpful and friendly. Service is fast and exceptional
