The best repair shop I ve ever been to. Honest, fair and knowledgeable. They have a wait time for a reason. The price they quoted over the phone was higher than the actual bill. How often can you say that about your mechanic?

My grandmother always raved about Ken and his teams service. About 5 minutes ago, he finished changing my blowout in freezing conditions with snow flurries. When I asked how much I owe him, he said Merry Christmas. 10/5 stars for him. He s a class act. I stopped by today because my car was making some weird noises/feeling odd. Read all the reviews and decided this place would be great to try out. Ken was so nice and treated me with such respect. Him and his crew were honest and didn t try to charge me for anything he didn t do. I will 100% take my car to him for anything from here on out! 100% recommend to anyone!Service: Brakes

This place is awesome. Called em on Wednesday for a AC problem on my truck. Talked to Ken, said bring it in the morning, 1.5 hours, drove out, problem solved. Very reasonable $ great service. Honest and to the point. Explained exactly what the problem was. This is my go to shop.

I brought my 1986 Toyota motorhome in to Ken's with some electric issues. They were incredibly systematic in their approach, starting with the most likely culprit and continuing to test components until they isolated the turn signal switch as the problem.Fabulous.. .except the part is no longer available. It took several days, but Ken was able to track down a brand new part at an amazingly reasonable price. Thomas then installed the switch and they verified that all lights worked correctly before allowing me to leave.Although the fix took place over several weeks, Ken did an excellent job letting me know exactly when to come in so they could start work immediately. My actual waiting time was minimized and I didn't have to leave my motorhome in an unprotected area.Considering the amount of work the guys put in to tracking down problems, the bill was more than reasonable. Car repair is never fun, but I'm satisfied that the problem was taken care of and I won't be camping at a different auto shop a few miles down the road.Service: Electrical repair

My car broke down late at night on my way in to Fort Worth a couple days ago, so I had it dropped it off at Ken's, and when I called first thing the next morning, Ken was so kind and understanding and reassuring. They had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 3 hours, and under the budget they originally quoted me! If you need an honest mechanic and someone that you can trust and makes you feel like family, Ken's is definitely the place to go.

Ken and his team are honest, fast, and reliable. They won't try to fix something that doesn't need it, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." I had my timing belt done at his shop at a much more reasonable price than any other shop. I had been out of town when they did the job and payment was easy to take care of over the phone. Highly recommend if you are anywhere near him.

You won't find anyone better. Ken and team are upfront, honest and competitive. Fran checks prices on parts and Ken and the team do a great job. Won't go anywhere else now. Ken won't look for "extras" to repair, does what is needed. Really appreciate these guys and the fact you can leave knowing the work was done right at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend due to the diagnostic issues. When you bring your car in for a problem, you expect to pay, and it's fixed. That is not the case here. You will pay and they will fix...something, but maybe not the right thing. You will bring it back again and again and for the same issue. In most cases you will pay again and again. Very nice employees. There is no place to park. Great location.

Very nice people! Fran and ken are great people, very nice and helpful! They Keep me informed on the issues with the car I got screwed on from a used car dealer and they are doing their best to keep the cost on fixing it as low as they can! I really appreciate the both of their help! And they both answer any questions I have without getting frustrated!

EXCELLENT!!! Took my daughters car here last week when she broke down on same road as this shop. Fran and Ken were both very genuine and helpful and made us feel like family. Her car was ready the next day. Ken even took the time to look at my battery that I was having trouble with when we came to pick up the other car. I was extremely happy with the cost, service and customer service here. 5 STARS!!!!

KENS AUTO, engine, body, and now muffler shop is the best in Tarrant county area. I have several repairs done to 3 of my vehicles throughout the last 10 years and have never been disappointed in the quality workmanship and very happy about the price. His lovely assistant Fran is very knowledgeable and will take care of you with the most professional care and answer any questions you may have about the repairs of your automobile.

I was told by another mechanic that I needed to replace both of my catalytic converters. I went by Ken s and he checked it out and it was just a plug that had come loose.I really appreciate the honesty and they have earned my business for the future.

Broke down in Texas on our way across the country... Got AAA to tow our car to a "recommended shop". Sat for two days no one even looked at it. Called and got it towed to Ken's Auto Care, this man had it rewired and fixed in no time at all, on the road in the same day!... Id go here again, and recommend it to everyone. Real People to help you out.... I'll let ya know how she goes in 1000 miles.

Fair, Honest, Trustworthy.We have done a lot of business with Ken's, and will continue in the future. They take the time to explain what's wrong, present a fair solution, and care for it after the fact. In a world of untrustworthy businesses, Ken's is a breath of fresh air!

My go-to mechanic. They actually care about their customers, and will help you as best they can. I've even called Ken for help on a few things, and he took the time to help me get figured out, even though he made no money on it. Only shop I'll go to.
