Honestly the best shop you can go to, amazing customer service and their prices are the best. They actually care about their customers. Anytime anything happens to my cars I always go back to them because they are very honest. 1000% recommend!

This is a mechanic you can trust! Was going to buy a used car and brought it to him. It only took him five minutes, and he already noticed the disconnects between the oil stain, change sticker, and the odometer. Another red flag is he cooked it up to check for codes and there were codes showing up with no check engine light you very quickly. He let me know that this is a car to avoid and talked to the gentleman trying to sell the car to let him know it was not OK. The guy left with the car in a hurry and we were saved a headache. Totally an honest guy; you can trust him.

I went there in August for them to fix my A.C and other stuff that was wrong with my car. That was $ 3,500. Two months later my A.C isn t working. So I take it back because it has 1 yr warranty on it. They tell me that it s my fan and a sensor and that they didn t work on that the first time when I took in my car. So I had to pay $550 more to get it fix. I pay because they did put in new parts. Thinking that my A.C is going to be fix. It s not fix!!!! I paid twice to get it fix and it s still not working. Now they are saying that it s electrical and if I can go to a friend of theirs that does electrical work. They told me that they ordered parts at the junkyard and if I could pick it up. I m fed up with them! They just fix what they think what s wrong with the car and don t even run test to see what the actual problem is! I m just going somewhere else. Don t go to them. Your vehicle won t get fixed and they will just take your money.

The kind of treatment you get here is something money doesn't buy. These are the most kind, honest, caring people I ever ever done business car service business with. I don't say easily and the backstory is a long one. Too long to go into detail. Joe and his guys are great, I can t say enough about the level of service this place gave me ! Had a difficult time getting my drop truck aligned and his team stepped up in a huge way to get the job done for me I would go back again and again for the service you get here.Thanks again joe and team! They are really nice but I came in for a wheel alignment and when I let my awd and traction light came on. I go back and let them know and they say that that light been on. Which is a lie. Now I'm sure I got more problems to fix. I go here all the time but I'll take my business somewhere else if you're not willing to fix a problem that wasn't there before. He didn't even want to look at it, just wanted to go back and forth that the light was on before.

What a shock. I ran over a huge tire tread last week on the I-30 expressway. It knocked off one of my front wheel well liners and a piece of trim and I noticed the protective piece under the engine was now dragging, so I pulled into Cowboy's near my house.The owner promised to have someone look at it shortly. About 15 minutes later, he motioned me to come into the garage where my car was up on the lift. He showed me where my oil filter had been damaged and was now leaking oil. What a savior! I was planning to drive to Austin, which would have been disastrous. A filter and oil change later and I was on my way.Cowboy's is a family business, and a friendly one too. I highly recommend this place. My sister has her car serviced here too.

I took my car to the shop because it was barely drivable after I ran on a big object on highway. The mechanician took my car right the way and inspect it. Just got my nissan rogue from them after it had a rear end ( differential ) failure , I got all the parts oem including the shocks and dropped it off for them. They fixed me up with car running like new. Will be returning for more repairs , cant recommend them enough. The manager - King is a true gentleman

I brought my car in to be serviced for leaking power steering fluid (during the service review) they noticed another leak from my transmission fluid and showed me the leakage before repair for both and they showed me the work after repair work was done. I was highly impressed!Flores and his Boss were so nice, friendly and repaired my car very quickly at a reasonable price. I always go here for tires I got an oil change. This time I got an inspection my brake light fixed and tire. Very affordable service is great. The Owner is a sweetheart always treated with respect. Go get what you need there for services they offer. I'm customer for life.

This shop is so perfect for working women. They worked with me to get Me the best deal. I have brakes out on and four NEW tires no more used tired. They understand that life happens so instead of bringing the auto repair pressure to you they take pressure off YOU!!! Thank you so much!

Had my car inspected here. They were really fast and all of the guys were respectful and polite. It was well air-conditioned & clean in the waiting area. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes or so.

So I got my car towed there last Tuesday, I thought it was the belt because you can see how bad the belt was tore. When I got there they said it was the belt, the battery, & the alternator. They gave me a price, & I agreed to let them do my car for that price. Okay cool. I come up with that price 3 days later and then when I walk to the place they tell me it is 300 dollars more than what they told me. Okay cool, so I collected the 300 dollars paid for my car and got it back Friday. Here it is MONDAY & my car won t start!! I just paid y all close to 1,000 dollars and my car won t start!!?? & then you don t even answer the phone! That is NOT professional, & when I picked my car up y all said everything was good, OBVIOUSLY NOT, if my car won t crank up!!!! I would give a 0 star if I could! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

They were very trusting and nice. They also do diagnosis free 4 women and Seniors! I thought that was great. The price was affordable, they finished in a couple hrs. And we worked out a deal for payment!!! THIS IS MY NEW SHOP!

I pulled in to have one of my tires checked. They got right on it. He said I had a nail it that I can get it plugged. Well it took him awhile and then a few others came over. It seems like he didn't know what he was doing. I pray everything is good. They were nice

I know there are a lot of good mechanics out there but when they check every box you have not one reason to go anywhere else. They replaced my brakes (with my own parts) and when I told them about my tire puncture they fixed it and wouldn't let me pay them for it! I think that speaks to a passion for safety. They were also able to forecast my next few mechanical failures.Price was almost undoubtedly unbeatable anywhere in this area code. They also partner with Acima for super low cost financing. I qualified with considerably low credit for Acima at Hamm's Tire.The brakes on my Infinity q45 have never felt better. Even with zombie like suspension there's no nosedive on quick brake.All my cars will go here for anything they can cover.

Good service , good prices very gentle people and good warrantyThanks cowboys Auto repairI had a problem with my 2005 Chevy Tahoe while i was driving I would slow down and my steering wheel would be shaking I went to different places all of them told me a different story so I decided to go to cowboys auto repair because my friend recommended me to them. I talked to a guy his name was king he told me I needed brakes and rotors. I told him what the other mechanics told me and he said I will change the brakes for you and if that didn't fix it I'll pay for it. 2 hours later my truck was ready. he asked me to take it for a test drive and I am very very happy that they fixed my problem with out me spending a lot of money.

I used this service because GEICO suggested it on it's roadside assistance map. They used two parts an alternator made by pure energy (remanufactured) and an AC delco battery. Those two parts plus labor they charged me $736 final cost!!! My vehicle was a 2003 Honda CR-V. I was in a bind needed the car back ASAP so had no choice but to agree to that price. Price comparison tells me repair price was unjustifiably high at least by $200. Also they didn't give me proper price breakdown on the invoice. However the owner K was nice on the phone and the fix was quick.Service: Battery

In December of 2019 I bought a raffle ticket but hit hard times they called me tell me I won but I did not come in until May 22nd when I finally came in it was to buy a tire but they recognized me as theout guy that won the lotto for the brake job and they say we're still going to honor that I wasn't asking him to I didn't even mention it but they still honored it now that's a neighborhood business testimonial by Shannon Wagner he's a great guy. give him a lot of business stay blessed

I took my Dodge charger here and the were very reasonable on the prices. I went to a shop off Lancaster they told me $$2500 but here it was $500. And they did a little extra and didn't charge me. Great people great prices. Thanks guys.

Every time I have taken a vehicle here they have taken the time to explain and show me exactly what s wrong with my car. He s very honest and his prices are always reasonable. They always go above and beyond to make sure me and my vehicles are taken care of. I will never take one of my vehicles to anyone else.

I would highly recommend this place. I sent my 2012 chevy impala in for the power steering to be fixed and they ended up fixin small other problems. Everything got done in a timely manner. Man these my boys .I'm so glad I ran across them I'm new in town and I don't trust no every body with my car but these cats good and the customer service is great wish I could give it ten stars . And I was able to do a inhouse finance situation ony cars repairs. 70 bucks first payment and it builds your credit go see them forreal
