It s been a long time since I ve experienced true customer service! Alan , William, Thomas and Carlos were thorough, efficient and kind. Having service done on a vehicle is never fun but, I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I can't praise this place enough! The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and were genuinely eager to assist. I appreciated their transparency, showing me the details of my car's issues, and going the extra mile to educate me about it. Their kindness and helpfulness made my experience exceptional. The sweetest guys helped my Eema and I get the spark plugs changed. They were fast and even gave us a deal since it was slow on a rainy day. They jammed out while doing it and you know a place is good and confident in their repairs when they dance/ sing while working. 10/10 work and would recommend them! We def are coming back! Thank you guys!

This particular Jiffy Lube has been greatest! I have been going there for years and with many different vehicles They are honest, reliable with great customer service!I sent my 20yo son there and they treated him with respect they did a thorough investigation of possible services that the car needed so he was totally informed and they graciously accepted just the oil change! I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Was a little bit of a wait but the gentleman who checked me out was knowledgeable and nice. Not trying to sell me on things that weren t wrong on my car like other places I ve been. Definitely will be back but I suggest coming early for service

I have been to this place year after year for my state vehicle inspection. Excellent service every single time. While I waited for the process to finish I had the pleasure of observing the interaction between employees and the customers. Never once I have seen a bad behavior. Infact I have seen them advising the customer exactly what they need and not upsell a thing more. They even checked and applied all valid coupons saving money. Kudos to the Manager Alan and his crew. Great job!

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. Well to my surprise they offered tire rotation too. The oil change went fine. When they went to do the tire rotation they cross threaded one of my lug nuts. The manager walked in and started talking to me like I was an idiot. Tried to tell me that it happened on its own and that it is common. I told him first off that I am 56 years old and have several cars throughout my life and have tires changed and rotated hundreds of times and NEVER had that happen So then he hands me ten dollars and tells me to guy buy another lug nut and bring my car back and they would install it. (HA HA as if) I went and bought a new lug nut and tried to put it on myself with no success because the lug itself is stripped. I took it to somebody and they are going to charge me $45 to replace the lug. The lug nut cost me $5.40 so no the $10 didn't cover the cost of the repair and parts to fix THEIR screw up. I will never go to JIFFY LUBE ever again.

Very slow service came on my hour lunch break. I work three business down,I was still almost 30 mins late. Then when I paid they did not have change to give me asked if I could wait while they run to the bank. I said I could not I'm already late for work. So, I had to leave without my change. Because I normally get off at 6, but my boss said we're closing early. I walk back down at 5 they still haven't been to the bank. So, now I'm having to sit here and wait again. This is absolutely ridiculous do not go to the camp Bowie fort worth location. Worse service and completely unprofessional to not have change. Not to mention I was here for an hour and half for a simple oil change.

Absolutely Phenomenal Service! Alan and his crew consolidate their customers and will not have you waiting longer than you need to! Excellent service! If I could give this place more stars I Absolutely would! Top tier Service and give you details on your vehicle needs and will not try to upsell you like other places. I wish these guys prosperity!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!!! I was kindly greeted by the staff the second I pulled up.Staff seemed excited to help me and I absolutely loved that!They showed me exactly what was going on with my car. They also went out of their way to educate me on the issue.The staff was so kind and helpful! I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this place.I love the fact that they went out of their way to talk to me about my car, so willing to help me and seemed happy to do it!Great quality work and customer service at it's finest!!!Thank you to Alan the GM who provided the top knotch customer service, Aaron, the mechanic who educated me about my car and the other mechanics (which I didnt meet bc their were providing amazing work) for their great quality work!

Had an issue with the oil gasket not properly installed and oil was spewing all over the engine. Mistakes happen. Gave Alan a call at the shop and asked him if I could get the engine detailed. He apologized and owned the mistake. Called the district manager for approval to pay for the engine detail. It was completed with no issues. Thank you Alan and this location for taking care of the customer! 5 Stars!

This was my second time at this shop. I had a few minor issues I needed help with. I was really relieved to finally have a place to go to in case something happens to my car. I was there for about 10 minutes and then everything was fixed. Edward was able to show me what was wrong and repair it quickly. It s incredibly helpful getting advice from him on what to do and what not to do for the time being. Im grateful to have a shop and someone I can trust with my car. Jiffy, I hope you see the work Edward and your other employees are putting into this shop and their customers because it s definitely appreciated.

Called up to jiffy lube today to see if they could replace a battery terminal on my sentra. They gave me a quote and I took it up there. I ended up interrupting the guys lunch break but he goes on to replace it super quick. When I went to pay they didn't charge me a dime because I am a jiffy boy and always get my oil changed at jiffy lube. Great work guys! Thanks for taking care of a lifetime customer!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced and disrespect by none other then the store manager Alan J. Disrespectful and horrendous customer service! He refuses the customer to ask questions, speaks over the customer, continues to yell and not answer customers questions over services that cannot be completed. Edward the technician was great and I do not have enough nice things to say about him but I am warning others about the store manager as he states I don t work in customer service and don t need to listen to you - Alan J.I will never waste my money at this location. I am a paying customer and after working all night the disrespect and rudeness was totally unacceptable! Just say you don t know what you are doing instead of getting upset with a paying customer.

OH, MY GOODNESS!!!! I'm a ride share driver, but had a family emergency last night- got up to work, car sounded HORRIBLE!!! Took it here and with in exactly 27 mins. I was on the road again! Bravo to these guys! Professional, nice and the price was the best in town! I am a customer for life!! (power steering and transmission fluids low)

The gentleman who helped me was amazing! His name is Tom. He was sort of like Superman, doing everything because, at the time, it was just him and the guy in the pit .He did a great job! He was very efficient and very kind and helpful.

When I got to the location my first question was how much. I was given one price. I gave them the approval for the oil change, however once the technician finished and I was paying I was told 50.00 more I asked why and they said had to use 3extra qts. I was not informed about this until service was completed I feel this was bait and switch.Update: 11/27/2023I received a call from the manager today. He explained that the tech was new and should not have given me a price. The manager made it point to tell me it was only $20.00 throughout the conversation. Ok.. I explained I had concerns other than price. Oil filter/drain plug is leaking. ( was informed by the alignment shop). He advised me to bring it by and they will take a look. I stopped by and his coworker told him I was there to see him. I waited while he helped 3 customers. He never even acknowledged me even when I was the only one in the waiting area. This has been the worst experience I have had getting an oil change Trash service and cost just as much as the dealership. This was subpar service and experience.

If you need your car fixed, this is the place to go. Edward is an amazing assistant manager.I have had so many horrible experiences with repair shops and this was by far an amazing unreal experience.My car had broken down suddenly and I needed it fixed as soon as possible as I work at a job that I cannot uber to. I called the shop and they told me I can bring it in right away. I explained the issues and Edward got straight to it.He went over everything before proceeding with any fixes. He also took the time to visual show and explain everything to me. I have never had such amazing customer service at a shop before. We went over a plan to figure out what the problem was. He kept me informed at all times about what was happening and what he was doing.Unlike other shops ive been to, they give suggestions rather than trying to upsell everything. As a young female, I have never felt so respected at a repair shop. For my fellow females, you probably know how it is to come in and get told everything on your vehicle is broken and you must now pay a fortune. Well just your luck! This place will not take advantage of you!I highly recommend you come here if you ever have any issues with your vehicles. If you are looking for a trustworthy and caring mechanic, Edward is your guy. Jiffy lube is incredibly lucky to have him as part of their team.

That is if you decide to come to Jiffy Lube, they have more important things to do, like work on a shop vac. I pulled up to an empty garage and needed an inspection. A guy come to my car and told me he d be right back after he talked to the inspector. Two guys came out so now a total of three guys. They went over to a shop vac and started messing with the house and left me standing there with no acknowledgement. It was the strangest thing to be ignored like that.

I give this because they took everything out of my glove box and didn t put it back left it in the passenger seat with my lil trash can turned upside down on top of it. So I had important papers and trash in my seat. I had another appointment to get to so I didn t turn around and go back to confront the issue.

I love jiffy lube I go there every 3 months to get my oil change I've never had a problem with them I recommend you take your car there and have your services done
