I rate a 5 because yes,I was very satisfied with the service and the courtesy given and details explained. my car was tested for other things and I wasn't "pressured to fix them on the spot" Good service indeed

They fixed my car quickly, and they discovered on their own that my wiper fluid wouldn't spray and fixed that free of charge. There was also a ton of stuff on my battery and they cleaned it off for me, even though they weren't working on it. A couple of nice extras that are very helpful--thank you!Edit: Forgot to mention that every guy I told about the car repair said, "I bet you got ripped off though" and when I told them what I paid, every one of them said it was a good price. They were all SO surprised!

When there for an oil change and I was told that it was like $60 . When I was going to paid they ask me if it was cash or credit . I end up paying more than $80 because they charge you more than $20 if you don't have cash that's crazy!!!!

All my oil came out after coming here that same day and I didn t realize how bad it was until I was stuck! I had to push my car into a random nearby mechanic shop 20 minutes before closing. Unnecessary stress because the oil filter was put on wrong.

Disrespectful mechanics taking advantage of women and arguing with customers to the point they had to be told to go back inside by their boss after yelling at me. Very dissatisfied unless this place gets new employees that won t have a bad day and act out to the customer I won t come here again. You have been warned share your story. I hope they get their act together for the sake of their business

Went in today for an oil change, was in and out in 10 minutes on a Monday. Waiting area was cool and clean, staff was friendly. Definitely a mom and pop type of shop, no franchise gimmicks or upselling like all other places nowadays. This shop will have my service as long as I m in Ft. Very professional. This was my second visit for an inspection. I had never really explored doing any repair work, but I have reconsidered this since the dealer is so expensive and my car is older now without warranty.

Ladies stay away from this place! They make more money off of female customers. I brought in my truck for a routine inspection and a routine inspection turned into a $60 visit. One man said my right trail light was not working (not true).Then another man came in talking about how my windshield wipers were broken and they needed to be fixed because it wouldn't pass inspection which was another lie. My truck has always passed inspection with flying colors. Ladies stay away from this place! You have been warned.Men (especially in the automotive industry) shouldn't take advantage of a woman just to make a sale.

I'd give it more stars. but there's only room for 5. These people on here don't know what they're talking about. The hispanic guy is astounding. Steve and his brother Tommy are both they greatest duo in human history. The white guy's confidence is breath taking as well as his faith. And the manager has blue eyes that could pierce the sky blue, truly a specimen of sorts; radio voice. The dog is gentle and loving, but he's not allowed to be out which is absurd. Outside of that, truly fantastic service. Blessed is anyone who gets their car serviced here.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Been here several times for inspections and oil changes. In-N-Out lube has always done good for our vehicles. The wait is never long and they get you out quick. Employees are very nice and don t shy away from sharing their faith. A special shout out to Zac who did my inspection today. Very professional and courteous with his service.

Went in for my last oil change and not long after my car was leaking oil and engine coolant. Caused damage to other parts under the hood and cost $400 to clean up and replace parts. Thankfully the dealership covered other damage under warranty. Said whoever changed the oil previously did sloppy work. I ve frequented this place for years without a problem but this visit cost a lot of money and almost cost a lot more. Can t take any other vehicle there again.Service: Oil change

Rolled in at 455, thinking that they were open until 5:30pm. The team saw me anyway AND even identified an additional issue that needed to be repaired.The guys here are always nice no matter when you show up. They are always fast and reliable.Great customer service.Service: Oil change

They do really good work! There was CLEARLY something wrong with my vehicle on my last visit... I inquired about the job, and received a COMPANY QUOTE. I was then slipped a personal card and advised by one mechanic that "HE CAN DO IT CHEAPER from his home.. 'THEY' (meaning his Employer) charge too much." A few days pass I come back to the shop to have the work done... SUDDENLY, there's nothing wrong with my car! (SAYS THE JANKY DANK MECHANIC! He didn't even remove a tire! HE DID NOT TEST DRIVE MY VEHICLE UP TO THE SPEEDS THAT HAVE BEEN PROBLEMATIC.... NOTHING) He basically (personally) REFUSED me service, because I did not bring my vehicle to him OUTSIDE OF HIS EMPLOYERS SHOP! Oh, let's not forget the stupid looks on his SARCASTIC FACE, that he gave me... Tuh! I guess he "set me straight". Then, STEVEN, had the audacity to tell me, with that same sarcastic look on his face, "Look, go and get a second opinion!"I've been coming to this place for a while now.... But after this, I am NO LONGER a customer, will never come back here for service ever. I took my truck to another shop.... found out I was indeed right, and SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY WHEELS AND SUSPENSION..... and I needed brakes and rotors!

Absolutely the BEST auto shop I have EVER been to! Took my car to a dealership originally for some issues and they quoted me an outrageous price. Found this shop close to my work and they were very helpful and honest and I didn't even need the things done the dealership was trying to push on me to do. And they even gave me a ride back to work so I wouldn't have to walk in the heat. Super friendly and I will always take my car to them from now on! My car is running like new!!! Extremely happy with my experience!

I have to leave a post about In-N-Out Lube. As a female, when I go to an auto shop, I am fresh typically considered meat for swindling. I came here for a simple test and they went above and beyond to not only help me out, but also kept things honest and transparent the entire way through. The last place I went to told me I need a ton of expensive work done and I was sweating it. I came here and they let me know my car was just fine. Their kindless, honesty and humor make them a rare gem these days. I will always take my car to them for whatever work that needs to be done. I highly suggest you do as well.

I have been taking all my vehicles here for oil changes * inspections since 2020. I recommend this shop to anyone in near southside. They are friendly, efficient and very respectful to women .

These people are the best , they are fair and honest and will not take advantage of you. Oil change on my Prius done promptly. However, I should have done a QA on the engine compartment before leaving. One day later, there are spots on my garage floor. Open the hood & discover that the oil cap was lying loose on top of the engine compartment a fine sheen of oil on the firewall. Thankfully, the oil was only a quart low. But fair warning - verify for yourself before you leave!Service: Oil change

I was skeptical when I first pulled up. The young man that helped me was either bored or distracted. But in the end, great service and that same guy took my payment etc and he was great. Got an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They went over and above by doing the tire rotation late in the day as an afterthought. I ll definitely be going here again.

Great place for oil changes. Got there for an inspection at 0800. Place is locked up. Gentlemen comes out asked if he could help me. States web site lists 0800 opening time, however they don open till 0830. They lost my business. Fix your web site. My times important, like yours.

Doug took care of me today in a big way with my dead battery when I was stranded on the other side of town. We had a chance to talk for a bit, and he has a lot of respect for the family who owns the shop and for all of his customers and their vehicles. What a gem he is! The shop did a tune up on my truck this week too, and they didn't try to oversell, kept me informed the whole time, and completed the work very quickly. They've earned a customer for life in me with our two vehicles now!

These guys are what a fast lube, oil change location should be like.They work like a well oiled machine that has been operating for years together.Y'all keep up the good work. Your service and friendly atmosphere is a well missed public service in our busy lives.I went in strictly for an oil change. I ecpected the regular sales pitch for additional services and was not surprised but felt that the technician absolutely paid attention to my interest and concerns. He and his team not only were able to address issues that would help performance on my vehicle and change the oil but also to get me in and out in a very reasonable time.I look forward to being a Life customer

Been here twice now. It's about twenty five minutes from where I live but worth it. Customer service is excellent. The mechanics are fast and friendly.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience at In and Out Lube Center! They were both kind and courteous on the phone helping me assess my problems and quick to assist me in the repairs needed on my vehicle. I would strongly recommend anyone to use In and Out Lube Center. No problem too big or too small In and Out Lube Center will handle your needs in a professional and exemplary manner.

July 2017 ~ I wanted to post a review of my recent experience at In-N-Out Lube on 8th Ave. in Fort Worth. I was on my way there to get my truck inspected, but got caught up in gridlock traffic on I-30 due to a horrific wreck. By the time I finally arrived, it was about 5 minutes until closing. They had already locked most everything up. It had been an especially hot day and only Doug and Tony were still there. Without a hesitation, they told me they would open the bay and inspect my truck! Wow! Seriously?! It didn't take long and I was on my way. I am still shaking my head at how they helped me. I had expected to have to come back, so this was seriously above and beyond the call of duty. If you need an inspection, oil change or need help with your vehicle, give them a call. You'll be glad you did! Thanks again, Doug and Tony. You're the best!

Excellent service true to its name! Had my oil changed and was out in a jiffy. The manager and I had a great conversation while I waited inside. Family-owned to boot, I ll definitely be coming back here.
