This shop has ruined my engine on my van and is trying to get out from not honoring the warranty or work. I have been trying to get something done about for over two months and nothing but denial after they have had to work on it multiple times . I paid over $3200.00For only to be left with a vehicle I can not use . I drove this vehicle to there shop and they broke bolts off in my engine so there is not wat to repair the damage they did to my vehicle.

Been going here a hand full of times no trouble, got new tires on one vehicle they helped pull out some discounts, also lacey was able to get my brakes re serviced on a different vehicle under warranty because of my concerns without any trouble at no cost.The only thing is they do take awhile but I've always had good service from both clerks (I forget the gentlemans name) and trust them with my vehicle now. Have never been up sold.So if you plan to come here expect to wait.Nothing good ever came from things done quickly.

Do not every user this store if you are smart! Their customer service is horrible, but more importantly they always try to get to you pay for things that are not really wrong with your vehicle. I had my oil changed on 11/11/23. They said that the battery was bad, I told them that I had just had it replaced in September 2023 and there was no way that this could be true. However, I did take it back to the store I bought the battery from and sure enough there was NOTHING wrong with the battery. They said there are just trying to sale you something else it is not the first time we have had customer come back to us about a battery. Today, I through made the tech just made a mistake and I would give them another try. Nope went in for a simple Inspection, Guess what. I need a whole set of new tires, or they would not approve my car for inspection. I said, I was just in here a few weeks back and you recommended several new things, but new tires were not one of them. The manager just looked at and was like I was crazy. Horrible experience. It also took them over 3 hours to complete the inspection and didn't even bother to call. I had to call them for them to then tell me they had denied my inspection. until it was closing time. Based on all of the reviews from the last several months, does not really look like they care to resolve issues. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

We are in town visiting and it was time for the Lifetime Alignment to be checked. I called and Brandon was able to schedule my appointment, 8:30am, as requested. I arrived early and Daniel checked me in and I told him I would wait it the vehicle.At exactly 8:30a the tech came out and took the vehicle in. One hour later the alignment was completed and was as close to perfect as he could get it.

Daniel was professional and friendly checking me in and providing me updates on what my car needed. I knew i would need new tires soon and decided to take care of it same time as my service. Using my Firestone credit card I get 6 months interest free plus if you schedule service through the App in July extra 5% off. Brandon checked me out. Very professional and friendly. Everything completed in 4hrs as promised (and they had to get my tires delivered so it could be done same day!

The place is pretty hit or miss. Some days service and timing is superb other days it take hours.. I use them because of my warranty, but they will quote you the price of a new part rather than checking warranties..their prices are 150% inflated because prepared to pay an arm and a leg

The establishment has a very friendly environment and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel Garcia his staff are very professional and courteous. My wife and I highly recommend this establishment for all your car repair needs and tire replacements.

Dropped Car off on Tuesday at about 2PM with a Check Engine Light on and told there were 3 people in front of me. Wednesday I call at 11:45 and was told there was still 1 - 2 vehicles infront of mine. It wasn't until 3:30PM on Wednesday when I finally got a call as to what was needed for repairs.The work wasn't able to be completed until Thursday. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I feel like that if I leave the car and not wait then it gets pushed back in the line while those who say they are going to wait gets serviced immediately for diagnostic. Because of this had to use UBER on Wednesday for my husband to get to and from work. I have been using Tiresplus / Firestone Facilities pretty loyally since 2006 and in the past 1 - 2 years the service has been getting terrible. This is even worse then the COVID years.

I brought my car up here for alignment and pulling, also requested for all tires to be checked. They fixed the pull, kinda, and said all tires were fine but not even a week later it started wobbling real bad. I bring my car to the dealership, they say I need brand new tires and that whoever worked on it before (FIRESTONE OF LAKE WORTH) should have caught it. Little blonde girl in front who said "nope we checked, you're good" obviously didn't check or see a thing. I'd post pics of this HORENDOUS tire FIRESTONE put back on the car and let me drive away with. Thank goodness Noone was hurt by the tire blowing out. If I could give negative reviews, I'd leave 4 more comments.

Honestly, this location might be crazy busy But it must be due to the fact that they are hands down the Best firestone in the area!! The technicians are great at what they do and Of course the two behind the counter today (Lacey and Brandon) were awesome at staying in touch and at getting you checked in quickly. Trust me, With the years of experience I have with Firestones, I am satisfied with my decision coming here now.

Worst customer service from the manager down, over hour wait, had scheduled from day before. Still hasn t gotten to oil change. Made trip on limited time off. Their attitude and comments, do not recommended. Made comment I should go to a five mint lube shop, I recommend w me behind tool shed and get quality help

Sorry for this being so long, but here goes:Service Advisors: Jorge and Brandon.Technicians: Steve and IanI stopped by the store last Monday to schedule a brake inspection. Jorge said they could fit me in the next day.Dropped the Jeep off at 7am on Tuesday and it didn't take long for them to get back with me on what was needed. Since I DO offroad my 2004 Jeep TJ pretty hard, what they found didn't surprise me. Front brakes were still in good shape, but the rear drums were trashed.The parts ordered from NAPA were delivered pretty quickly and Steve knocked out the installation, but the drums were coming from AutoZone and when they were delivered, the boxes contained USED drums. Brandon (my service advisor) called AutoZone about the problem. It was getting pretty late in the day, so Brandon sent another one of his guys to pick get the NEW drums. About an hour before closing, Ian was back and Steve got the drums installed, everything buttoned up and test drive finished right at 7pm.I'll definitely use this shop for future work on the Jeep.

This place is garbage. Horrible customer service. Brought my car in for alignment at 3pm that i had appt for. Came back 1 and 15 min later and they hadn't even taken my car into the garage yet. Then the guy at the front wanted to argue with me and make excuses as to why my car hasn't been taken back yet. Wish I would have never wasted my time coming to this place.

Came in to discuss a fuel filter and had my front brakes checkef and was told by mechsnic that brakes were good but noise was from rust. Peace of mind was mind and made a friend in customer care named Lacey! Come ask for Lacey anf she has been here for 5 years and will help you.

Steering wheel clicking due to broken coupling. Was super happy when I got in my car and no longer heard the clicking noise. I drove all the way home in silence enjoying the fact my car was not clicking. However later on that night when I got ready to go somewhere I turned my stereo on and the amp will not power. nothing..no lights, no sound, no nothing...::. :(UPDATE: it was an easy fix. The power wire was just unplugged. I'm happy again. No clicking noice that I couldn't hear if it was there. Yay!!.

Get a part here still under warranty and part goes bad . Mechanic doesn't have time to look at my car but they want me to leave it overnight. I'm under warranty but still have to pay for service for diagnostic. Because the cooling fan may not be the problem but I can look at the part. It's not spinning. Now my only off time to fix said problem is after warranty is over so I would have to pay once again for diagnostic, car part again, even though I am still paying for the broken part that they installed. I'm beyond frustrated. Missing work to get car fixed and to have to pay twice for the same problem that I am covered for.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The mechanic Hunter and front desk rep Lacy need a couple full day classes on customer courtesy!!!! Horrible attitudes! You'd think they worked outside in the 110 temps and were only paid $1.00 per hour! No smiles, no follow up to your vehicle (even after waiting close to 3 hours for a oil change!), There were no' thank you -please come back. Daniel and dark haired lady have zero customer satisfaction skills.I won't recommend!!!!!Several customers sitting around with looks of frustration for how long the service took! Many voicing their opinions but not ONE person receiving a Firestone paycheck seemed to care.

Two hours and 15 minutes for an oil change is pathetic and to add to that they could not at anytime tell how much longer it would be. So I got to sit there and listen to them attempt to rip off every single person that walked through the door.

I went to get a slow leak checked in my tire that I bought there. I was told that it would be hour and a half before they could look at my tire. The lady that was suppose to be helping me did not offer any alternatives. when i asked if i could get on the list and then come back when it was time I was told no that they have to serve the people who are there. This lady words were clear but she seemed to get pleasure from not having any solutions other than to wait. I waited for two hours with no update. when I asked how long it would be she checked and told me it was going to be another one and half hours. This very poor service, bad management of prioritizing the customer needs. I have bought tires from Firestone for many years but never again.

The staff at Firestone kept me consistently updated when it came to my car. The excellent customer service started at the front desk with Lacey and ended with the specialist that worked on my car. If you looking for a company to work on your car I totally recommend this place. The one important thing is to call and make an appointment.

Horrible customer service. I took my car for alignment, and the technician told me that he had to change the battery. The current one which is less than two years old and has never had any problems.Since we did not agree to change the battery, they gave us the car with a completely dead battery.It seems that they wanted to force us to change the battery and since we did not accept, they gave us the car failing.Stay away from the this shop.

Made an appointment to drop my car off at 8am Saturday and pick it up Sunday morning. I was getting an oil change, tires rotated and balance, and drivererrain diagnostic. When checking in they asked if I wanted to pay, me thinking they would do a good job went and paid beforehand. I was told if anything else needs to get done they will give me a call. They didn't call all day Saturday so Sunday I go to pick up my car at 10am. And to my surprise NOT ONE THING WAS DONE! My car was at their store for over 24hours and they didn't even move it from the spot I parked it in. When asked why not I was told, I'm not sure I wasn't here yesterday. So today, Monday I call to speak to the manager to see what happened and why wasn't I atleast called? I was told "your car just slipped through the cracks" "we are short staffed and people are on vacation" "I put your paper in the wrong colored bag so they just kept pushing it back" . This is unacceptable anyway you look at it. I requested to have the information for the store manager's manager and was told they can't give that to me and was told to call the survey bumber on the bottom on the receipt. This is unacceptable. I DO Not Reccomend coming here.

I will be a customer for life. I have always used Discount Tire down the road, over 15yrs, but after being treated like I was an idiot, I drove to Firestone and was treated like royalty. They answered all my questions, gave me a more than fair price and completed the work in the allotted time. They had the tires I wanted in the size I wanted and beat the price of Discount Tire by a bit. I absolutely love the new tires and you made me glad I stopped by.
