I cannot say enough good stuff about downtown tire in Fort Worth. The owner the manager they go above and beyond helping me with my oil changes my tires even when I have little things that happen with my car I know that I can drive up there and they can help me if there s a light on In my car. They are trustworthy. They are detailed. They even have a little place where you can get your car. Worked on and grab lunch. Yummy gyros. I cannot say enough get all your car stuff done here you won t be disappointed.

Unfortunately (for me) I ve had two separate occasions this year that my car needed more than regular maintenance. This second time I brought it to Downtown Tire, and they had it fixed within three hours of me dropping it off, though I had braced myself for it taking at least a whole day. They are friendly, understanding, and quick. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Last time I came in a few months ago they were great. Replaced my stripped oil cap for free because they had an extra and charged me $85 for just the synthetic oil change. Today the man at the front immediately told me I should replace the engine filter for $45 without even looking at the car. That s a job I can do on my own for much cheaper. Then tried to charge me $97 for the synthetic oil change. I told him it was $85 last time and his excuse was that he was new. Unfortunately I now feel like this is another shop that is ready to take advantage of women.

My family and I have been coming to Downtown Tire for almost ten years. There is no one I trust more to take care of our vehicles. The entire team always goes above and beyond every time we come here. Would highly recommend!

I love coming here. While waiting, I noticed how clean it smell and well taken care of the inside was. These guys are always honest and quick. I really do appreciate this shop.

Second year I ve got an inspection here because of the convenient location. They re always quick and super friendly. Haven t needed anything else as I usually get everything done under a maintenance plan at the dealer but I forget to ask to do the inspection.

STAY AWAY!!! This third-world country joke of a shop needs to be shut down immediately. I regretfully had this place repair a flat tire as it was the closest place to downtown. They used a plug to repair my tire. I immediately asked what in the world they were doing and they got very defensive and stated this is how they repair tires. I drove my car very cautiously to the nearest Goodyear Tire store and they would not repair my tire correctly because the plug has made my tire UNSAFE TO DRIVE . I had to purchase a new tire for $350. The tire I had to replace was less than a year old. Stay away from this place unless you want to die in a car crash from unsafe practices.Service: Tires

I went to this tire shop a few years ago when I was in FTW do to work, I had a flat tire and got it fixed by this shop, well on my way home my TPMS light came back on didn t think much about it. When I got home (Irving) I told my husband that light had came back on, so he took it to shop close to home and it turned out that while changing tire they had broke the tire sensor and tighten it back up with a ring of plastic cable ties YES you read that correctly with a ring of cable ties! even the guy at the shop couldn t believe it, this is such a dishonest thing to do shame on you guys. reason I m just posting is because couldn t remember name but had to pass by here again for workService: Tires

Downtown tire is the only place I trust for my tire needs. They are quick and efficient. Twice I ve had to have different tires checked for lack of pressure and they were able to locate the leak and fix it for a reasonable price. The gentleman also put air in my other tire that was low.I also bought a new set of tires for my daughter s used car here a couple of years ago. They got them quickly and the price was good. I would highly recommend this place. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Excellent service and great people! We got a screw in our tire and called to see if we could get serviced. No appt necessary and they patched our tire in 2 mins! When I asked how much he said Don t worry about . Great neighbors to have in the downtown area and we will be using Downtown Tire for all our service needs in the future. Thanks again!

Great place to get your annual inspection done and get your car serviced. They take great care of your car, and the waiting area is very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Was only there to follow my son who had a flat. We couldn't get one of the lugnuts off to change it ourselves. So we found the closest place after getting air from AAA who didn't have the tools to get the lugnut off either. smhh!When we arrived:1) he had to search for the worker when we got there. Guess he was in the back sleep.2) the tire guy saw the nail in my son's tire but didn't take the tire off to plug it properly but he did something to it while it was still on the car3) my son made it to Denton safely (Thank God) but the tire went flat again.....just our experience (and the tire place got paid) not a good look...wonder how good he fixed the young lady's tire that was waiting after us

The new owner Nour has been great to me and my family. One of my vehicles was having many issues, some stemming from engine coolant leaking. After making a number of repairs (which Nour makes sure to show you everything he did including all the parts) the car sprung another coolant leak, which ultimately caused damage to the engine head gasket and valves. The part that failed and caused the leak was not a part that was previously worked on. Regardless, Nour honored the work warranty and had the car repaired, a very costly endeavor, on his dime. The car is running great. -A happy customer.

I traveled from West Texas to Ft. Worth for business. I noticed the front left tire had a slight shake. I called this guy and he hit me in as soon as I arrived. To drive the vehicle around and gave me an honest assessment. He didn t even charge me but in the West Texas spirit we take care of those who take care of us. I gave him a tip for his time. I would definitely use him again.

Affordable and quick car inspection done in 10 minutes! Not only that, but the man who took care of my inspection (I believe his name was Nor) was kind enough to give me an umbrella as I walked to the registration office on foot on a drizzling day. Above and beyond courtesy and service!

I went to them to change my tire. I wanted a used one they said they didn't have a used one. Then by some miracle they did. I paid 60 dollars to only have it go flat the next day. Terrible tire shop never going there again. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: TiresService: Tires

I rolled into here with an engine that was breaking down, and Nour was able to diagnose the problem, and get the repairs done the same day, despite a full schedule. I d like to say that the owner is a man who enjoys ripping off black female customers and the service that they do isn t guaranteed. This man charged me 3 times for a sensor that they placed on my car that stopped working after a week. He changed my breaks (3 times) all within a 5 month time frames when they were the one who added my breaks, tires and rotation. I had to have my catalytic converter changed 3 times all within a year because Mike was purchasing junk yard parts, place them on the vehicle and then the same issues you gain within that year. The new owner MIKE is a scam artist, steals from customers and definitely deceives black women especially.The following was supposedly repaired on my car:1. Breaks2. Front end work3. 2 battery s4. Two catalytic converters5. Breaks6. Engine flush7. Censors8. Front end trembleI have had to have all of this repaired again by the dealership because this man took my money and never fully repaired my car.To all women, DO NOT TRUST HIM AND FIND A RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY SHOP!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Poor work. Nour is a nice guy but this shop is slow, understaffed, and does not do good work. My truck was in the shop for two+ weeks. They finally fixed the issue but now my cruise control no longer works (because of wiring changes they made) and they refuse to reconcile the issue. Do not come here. Instead, go see Tracy at A Premier on White Settlement.

I recently purchased a used mini cooper. I was at a gas station when my gas overflowed onto the floor.I called the new manager Nour at Fort Worth Tires & Inspections. He took me in immediately.My car's gas tank had a crack which caused the fuel leak.The new manager Nour did a great job at explaining what he had to do to repair the damage.Other than that, he said the car was in great shape. Being that I had just purchased the car, Nour could have told me more things that I needed but he said it was all good. Instead of making things up because I wouldn't know the difference since I dont know much about my car.Honesty goes a long ways with me, especially being a female customer. I will be back!
