The manager Jayce goes above and beyond to resolve any issues that may arise during and after installations. It took some time on my behalf to get my tires back to them for powder coating but Jayce still took great care of me without hesitation. This will always be my go to location even if I move out of the area.

Came in to make a tire purchase. It was good. The associate taking care of me was able to schedule me the next morning. I paid with my discount tire credit card. The following morning I was reviewing their website & came across a promotion that they have going on which was 5% off your purchase of $599 which I qualified for. I explained to the associate if I would be able to be refunded that 5% because why not, that s what CC are for (deals & build credit). Anyways, the guy who checked me in said oh yes I ll have my manager take care of/ look over it and then Artie, jumped in & went on explaining how the promotion discount balance would be deducted from my monthly payments. Which sounded crazy as savings are taken off at checkout & never heard of this from any of my 10 CC (It was my fault I did not mention at the beginning, I know). He then said his co worker was fairly new he didn t know how it worked but clearly he didn t know. I had to ask about it 3 times making me feel like damn girl it s only 5% vs just telling me oh yeah we ll take care of it for you. I ll just stick to Euless/Grand Prairie location.. The manager did help & I appreciated that. Labor and tire service was good.

This team did an awesome job repairing my tire as a walk-in. Rocky, one of the service members up front, was very kind when he explained to me my options and was transparent about pricing and time limits. I had to have it repaired as an emergency and I only waited around two hours. I will definitely come back with any tire needs!

Went for air only for my truck tires today. Joe helped. I advised him needed to check as traveling to Vegas tomorrow. He also volunteered to check air for spare without me asking. Great service and courteous!

I would like to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Assistant Manager, Rocky James! He was a God-send to me a couple of weeks ago! I had a flat tire, had just dropped my Son-in-Law off at work and was looking for a Quick Trip to air my tire up, but, instead, I literally ended up getting no further than this Discount Tire. I went in explained my situation to Rocky, told him I only had about $40 on me, and he made a miracle happen; he said that he could help me!! I couldn't believe it! He told me it would probably be close to a two hour wait because they were very busy and I told him that was fine. The next thing I know, I'm being told that my car was almost ready?!! I think it took them around 30 minutes (give or take) and it was ready! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! If you have any vehicle issues, take it to this team at the Discount Tire @ 1000 East Loop 820 in Fort Worth, TX. Thank you again to Rocky and his team!!!

Are you a mom with a nail in your tread stranded with a baby and a toddler? Don t come here. Was told the wait would only be 1 - 1 1/2 hours ended up waiting almost 3 hours. People without appointments came and went long before me. No communication whatsoever. When my car was finally done, they hollered our name and gave us our keys without another word.

What can I say this place is absolutely awesome!! I've been going here for years and the service is always top notch and exceeds my expectations. They are diligent, honest, extremely friendly and can multitask and handle the large flow of customer issues on a daily basis. Today, I dealt with Nick who checked me in, Alejandro, who repaired the nail in my tire and Vincent who returned my car to me. I arrived early luckily, and I was the first one to be serviced today. I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. I feel extremely comfortable highly recommending this establishment. It's becoming more and more hard to receive transparent, honest and especially friendly treatment such as they provide to each and every customer who walks in the door. Kudos to this location and all of their employees.

This location was nothing less than excellent 2 minutes before closing I got a HUGE nail in my tire that I knew would have me with a flat by tomorrow morning. I took a small chance and called to see if they could fit me in super quick. Christopher (Chris) one of the managers was so so understanding and told me to come by! His customer service was great and he was able to fix my tire and also explain to me that could be wrong with how my tires are aligned. I was very pleased at how he walked me through the process and was kind enough to get me in even when the service went over into closing time. He assured me he didn t want me to have a flat and was so kind. I cannot thank him and the team enough for taking extra time to make sure I didn t have a horrible morning the next day and got home safe. Little things like this go a long way and keep me wanting to come back to discount tire.

Highly recommend making an appointment online just to save yourself a longer wait, but even without one many people were in and out in a reasonable time on a Saturday. Caleb and Rocky were awesome and made sure I knew what was going on with my car, all with a smile and sense of humor. I ve been to many discount tires in my time, but this is the only one I ll come back to. Thanks fellas!

I have been here 3-4 times. I've been buying tires in Austin from Discount Tire for years. I thought I would never change shops. Wrong! The guys here are on the ball. I got new tires for my car recently and had a quick, professional, and no-stress experience. Then, I had new wiper blades installed at a dealership and the left wiper blade broke during the install. I had no idea and almost got on the interstate in pouring rain! I pulled in here 5 minutes before closing and they took care of me. Installed new wiper blades and showed me the break in the brand new ones I had installed. I appreciate the customer service at this location. 5 stars!

I wish I could give the Discount Tire located at 1000 E Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas 76112 a zero. I was on my way to work however I came out to my tire looking like this. I waited for Discount Tire to open because I had a spare tire in my trunk yet I did not have the tools to change the tire. My daughter and I waited at this location for 5 hours only to be told they refused to change my tire because it was expired. Hell, a donut tire is better than riding on the rims of a tire cut up from the top to the bottom. They would not help me change the tire and I am pregnant, they did not care. I wanted to speak to the manager of that location and he passed by us, then hid himself in his office for almost an hour. My daughter and I got tired of waiting and left that location driving on the rims, however the city of Fort Worth employee saw us at a nearby park and helped us by loosing up the nuts and bolts on the tire. Discount Tire another thing is because I spent so much time at your location and your employees refused to help put a donut on, I got fired. The other locations would have never treated us this way, but not this location. This location do not deserve one star, they deserve a zero.

Took my car atleast 3 times and tech said it was faulty tps sensors after dealing with the issue for almost 2 months I took a look at it and found 1 screw and 1 nail in each tire pluged it by self not satisfied talk about customer service! So much for buying those certificates they pushed me into buying!

This location is near to me so I always come here. Like any discount tire, you can spend alot of time waiting, but these guys try to be as fast as possible. Always great service and prices.

Got a big old piece of metal in my tire barely made it to Discount Tire too close to the edge to fix my tires have been discontinued but Chris got on the phone found me one in San Antonio the same kind. Ordered it and gave me a new tire loaner until my new one came in. Chris & Colt are100% customer service manager! Can't beat Discount Tire anywhere!

My biggest issue with Discount Tire is that they just take forever, they're not the cheapest tire place around and everything like that either. They do seem to offer great warranties and such on the products they have, it's just frustrating that every time I've gotten the tire put on here it's taken two and a half hours.

Will forever be a customer of DT. We have all of our cars serviced here. I haven't had to pay for a tire the last 3 visits. But when it's time for new ones, I will definitely get them here. They are actually truthful about the condition of my wheels and will let you know when it's time to just rotate or get new ones.

Excellent customer service, bought online and then did a walk-in the next day- they had everything completed within an hour.Tires are great, they run a very efficient shop here with an excellent team.
