I usually dread anything car maintenance. However, after accidentally arriving 3 minutes before this location closed, I apologized and told them I would come back the next day. They surprised me when they said they were happy to help right then and there. I believe I worked with Blake, who was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He told me all of my options and answered any of my questions. To my surprise, they had all 4 tires in stock that my car needed, which usually have to be ordered and I have to wait to come in, as they are run-flats. Although the tires weren't cheap, they were as good of a deal as I could get anywhere else, so I was happy to pay. I was in and out within 45 minutes, and I can without a doubt say this is my most positive car maintenance experience yet. Thank you!

I ve never had issues with discount tire until recently. Because of miscommunication I thought I was going to be spending more money after buying 2 new tires and a rim couple weeks ago. However I m happy they still do what s best for customers and pleased on helping me. I appreciate your help guys and again I m sorry for what happened and hope u all don t get in trouble bc of this incident. But thank you again for taking care of me and resolving this.

We made an appointment and we were in and out in 20 mins max. Thank you Discount Tire for you're hard work on fixing on our chevy silverado. Thanks for fixing the hole in our tire. When we need new tires we will definitely come here. Free service. Great Job Guys!!! Keep up the hard work

I had an appointment scheduled this morning at 8:15 am. Woke up late, called discount tire to make sure it was okay to still come in today, they respond with absolutely we will still get you taken care of...an amazing response! About 30 seconds after that call my tire pressure light comes on and you know that's never a good sign. Pull into their parking lot 10 minutes later and tire is flat as a piece of paper. Obviously, it needs to be replaced. They told me that I would be about an hour or so for everything. 20 minutes later everything is completed. This is definitely the best location in town. Always professional and efficient in their work. Much appreciated!

I called 30 mins before they were too close and was told to come on, and I would be taken care of. These gentlemen worked almost an hour past closing time to mount a new tire for me, and rotate the tires. They were gracious and never made me feel like I was bother by utilizing their service. I will definitely be going to them for all of my tire needs.

I went to Discount tire yesterday after having a leak in my tire! I had gone through a bad experience someone else prior to me ending up here and that experience mess my situation up even worse but From the time I arrived from the time I left I experienced nothing short of an amazing experience with the guys at the Camp Bowie location! I was in tears and one guy name Jordan even hugged me and assured me everything was going to be ok! He evaluated my jeep and told me exactly what I needed and I appreciate him! He made sure I got a new tire and I also encountered Dakota one of the managers and he made sure I wasn t leaving there without new lug nuts which I truly needed! Job well done guys!! I will most definitely be returning here for all my tire care needs! I came in tears but left with a SMILE

Higher Priced, counter sales guy charged maximum price on special order tires, so do your price research before you visit. My console was stripped of all loose coins during the tire install, so make sure all your valuable are secure. It's average to below average value & service. I had to insist on getting the appointment time I had reserved 2 weeks prior because they overbook appointments slots. I'm not sure I would use them again.

Made appointment for the same day online. Matthew was helpful letting me know what I needed. Checked in at 2pm appointment at 2:15 was driving off lot at 2:30!! Awesome service !! Thank you !!

I bought new tires the guys told me I had a manufacturer warranty of 45000. I said my tires were different .they said you're covered. I just went back to a different discount tire on camp bowie. this discount tire said I'm not covered even though it clearly says 45000 mile warranty on my receipt. he said the tires are staggered and it doesn't count. if it doesn't count that should be on your receipt. bait and switch as usual I'm just going to buy them off Amazon and have someone install. it's always the same story they talk a good game when you're purchasing and then when you go back you get nothing. well I tried to do it the right way and give discount tire my money,never doing it again. got 5000 mi out of these Westlake tires yuk. supposedly had a 45000 mile warranty that was not honored by Discount.vote with your dollar

Highy recommended...no they did not make me pst this. I went in with a tire that was completely flat. I drove in with the temp tire installed and the flat tire in the trunk of the SUV. They inspected the tire, added air, and replaced the donut tire with the same tire. They found nothing wrong with the tire. When finished and I went to go pay, they said I owed them nothing. They were super nice about the whole thing! I will consider them for future tire needs for sure!!! thanks guys!

I had a huge blow out in the way to work this morning. I always use this Discount Tire if I m at all able to for years now! I called and talked to Alondra about 3 times while sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck. She was so patient with me and even helped me get a better deal. I ve never had anything but friendly, honest service here.

I didn't buy tires this trip, but had my air pressure checked. The young man was so nice. I had only recently bought my car and didn't know how to reset my panel light. He took the time to show me how. As a senior who isn't that tech savvy, I really appreciated him doing this, even with 3- cars behind me. That's service!

I needed to have my tire pressure checked on my 2022 Volvo XC 60. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and personable. I can always count on the staff at Discount Tire. The Camp Bowie location in west Ft. Worth has always come through for me. Thanks to the general manager and his team!

My appointment online didn t go through but I was still able to get in & out within an hour. Had a flat tire from a set I got at discount tire 4 years ago, turnsout it was still under warranty, only cost $11.77!!

Excellence in all areas. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Walmart Automotive dept., had we only gone to Discount Tire to begin with. Discount Tires will be our new place to go for tires and any other Automotive Care that we can receive from them.Thank you respectfully Scott K.

Giving our visit to this Discount Tire a 5-start review! We were promptly and kindly greeted when we arrived by Blake. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining our options of tires. It was very helpful to be walked through all of the available options and even more so to be able to compare against one another and consult Blake and his suggestions. Would recommend to a friend :)

Over priced for tires , told me he couldn't put air or my tire would explode, took it somewhere else and they put air just fine. Just wanted to make me buy their expensive a** tires. No thank you.

I arrived a few minutes before they opened and was the second customer attended by a friendly staff employee. Had a low tire, they quickly checked, repaired, and I was out in less than 20 minutes! Very happy customer.

Bought my tires and schedule the appointment online... Super easy! Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment either - huge plus! Got there at lunch time for my appointment, parking lot looked like a mad house but they were moving vehicles thru quickly. Dropped off my truck, added a service and left. Truck was finished FAST! They even put the spare back in it's spot (had a blow out so the spare was on the truck). Loved getting all the updates on my phone too! Customer service - five stars. Website - five stars. Text updates - five stars. Tires - five stars. Just make your appointment before or after lunch because they're busy busy at lunch time and if this review isn't enough I've already made another online appointment for my other vehicle.

This discount tire location has been the best experience I have ever had with any vehicle sercive location ever!!!!Wish I could give them 10 stars. They almost finished my 4 tire replacement before I could finish my review!Perry and Ozzie were amazing helpful, fast, and informative. Worked with me and my situation to find the right tire for me and my truck.Will only be using this location from now on.Absolutely stellar job gentlemen.

These guys are great (and funny). Jakob checked air pressure in all 4 of my tires and decided to take a closer look at the lowest one. He found the nail and had me head inside to get it patched up. They were pretty busy but were able to take care of me in an hour.The patch didn t cost me a thing. All the orange juice cost about $12 For real though, bring this crew something nourishing to eat and drink as they work in this heat. They deserve it.I only wish they d set up a tent or canopy + a fan and even a misting system for the air-check station. This may help with employee health and safety.

Had a couple options for getting new tires for my 12 tundra but decided to come to discount tire since it was the closest. I ordered my tires on their website and made an appointment for 09/15. I came in 10 minutes before, was greeted right away, even had multiple team members check on me to make sure I was taken care of. I decided to wait in store, throughout the entire process they kept me updated. The process didn t take long at all. One of their workers Zak told me I needed new lug nuts and even threw some new ones on there for free. I ll definitely be coming back to get new wheels in the future. 10/10
