I just bought a 2013 Toyota sienna and have been looking for over 6 months for a car like This. He has the best prices in town, really in all of the country. He s very competitive when it comes to prices. Over all the car checks out very well and is very clean. The customer service was great and very helpful. I will be back again!

Quick and easy. Gave me a great value for my trade in and even took care of a couple minor repairs on the car I purchased without charging me. Everyone was kind and professional and made sure process went smoothly.2/21/24 update. We have owned the car for less than a month and are now looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. We were assured that we were being sold a car in good condition- "I'd rather have a happy customer with a car in good working order" and now we are upside down in a loan with a car we can't afford to repair. We took it in for what we thought was a simple leak in the windshield wiper fluid tank to be informed that this car has severe problems. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

****UPDATE:I purchased a 2014 GL450 from this dealership, under the impression it was in excellent condition apart from a diagnosed fuel injector issue causing minor roughness, notably in reverse. They assured me that replacing the fuel injector would resolve the issue, and we agreed in writing that they would address the shaking problem.Upon returning to collect the vehicle as scheduled, I found the shaking persisted, and the check engine light illuminated shortly after starting the car. Subsequent attempts by the dealership to rectify the issue were unsuccessful, leading to delays and further complications.After multiple failed attempts, they proposed taking the vehicle to Park Place Mercedes for a proper diagnosis and repair, citing a backlog that could extend the wait time to over a month. Faced with the prospect of continued issues, I reluctantly agreed.However, even after this extended period, the problem persisted, prompting me to seek assistance from a local mechanic specializing in European vehicles. Despite their efforts to address the fuel injector issue, the problem persisted, eventually leading to the discovery of a compression loss, which the mechanic identified as the underlying issue.Subsequent consultation with Park Place Mercedes revealed that the root cause was a blown head gasket, a costly repair exceeding $15,000, far beyond what I can afford. Disappointingly, Park Place had no record of the dealership's previous attempts to address the issue, further exacerbating the situation.This series of events highlights not only the dealership's failure to effectively diagnose and repair the vehicle but also their lack of accountability in addressing the escalating problem, despite our written agreement. The proposed solution turned out to be inadequate, leaving me with a significant financial burden and an unusable vehicle. ***Initial Review Below***These guys were great. I bought a used GL 450 that was in great shape and decent mileage for a great price. They agreed to fix the one issue that we discovered and even put it in writing. They even filled up my gas tank upon closing of the deal.

The car I bought looked nice and the staff was nice, but within three months, it needed a whole new engine. Apparently, it had been having MAJOR issues before we bought it. The car has been a total nightmare. We ended up spending about $6,000 dollars on it between a new engine and other things that broke (fuel pump, o2 sensor) I took excellent care of it and I've barely been able to drive it. The dealership was absolutely no help.

I bought a car from here a few months ago and I ve had no problems. The staff was really friendly and the entire process was much, much easier than what I thought it would be. Their website does a great job at listing every detail on each car. Even though I didn t have my license yet to test drive it, they allowed me inspect the inside and turn it on. During the paperwork they explained each part I was going to sign. If I had to give a complaint it would be that the right rear view mirror is a little broken and wasn t listed in their website, but the mirror and the adjustments controls do work so it s more of a cosmetic issue at most. Overall I had a positive experience.

Omg!! Steven was amazing!! Fast & easy process, he was very patient with us and got us taken care of! Horrible sales practice. Was sent an email stating my minimum down payment would be $2k. Walked in and spoke with Steve who I was emailing at the time, and then was told a minimum of $4k on a $13k vehicle. Almost half down. Then was lied to about being told I have zero vehicle credit history when I have financed 2 vehicles in the past.Do not recommend. Also did not appreciate the look I received by him. Easily noticed I was being judged.

I had such an amazing time here, It was very fast and friendly, Moe was extremely patient and very sweet. Answered any questions I had and even gave out fresh cold complimentary water. On top of that there bathrooms are really clean and smell good!!

I recently purchased a vehicle at DFW Auto & Services. The buying process was easy and smooth. Their selection of cars is top notch. They have everything from cash cars up to the fancy imports including SUV's. The sales reps let you browse at your own pace and are there if you have any questions. The service department answered some maintenance questions I had and the finance department was great. They didn't try to pressure me in any way. They also allow you to hire a pre-buy inspector to look over the vehicle if you want a car checked out before you buy which is good to know. That's what I did. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this place.

UPDATE: I received a call from the owner who was not aware of the situation because he was out of the country. My money was refunded and I did receive an apology from the owner himself. I m still unsure if i d go back but i did appreciate the owner (Mo) doing his best to correct the situation.ORIGINAL: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! On 1/24 i went up to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and put $1700 down. the rest was paid with a check from Navy Federal as i was trying to finance the car. Less than 20 minutes after leaving the car broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed back to the dealership (another $300 i had to shell out). Initially the manager said they would do whatever necessary to fix the car or get me out of the sale. Two days later i received a call saying the engine was done. I spoke to the manger Mo who agreed to send me a check for my down payment along with the Navy Federal bank check. I called for an update today on 1/29 to make sure it was sent and a different manager (STEVE) very rudely told me it was my fault the car engine failed and that I must ve been driving the car in the wrong gear, causing it to fail. He is now refusing to send me my bank check and down payment, hung up on me mid conversation, and is now refusing my calls. I m now out a total $2000 of my own money (for the deposit, down payment, and tow truck) and still do not have a car. The car never even made it half way to my house and he s blaming me for it breaking down. A car engine doesn t just stop working which leads me to believe there was an issue with it that they failed to disclose to me. He was angry because I did not want to continue to do business with him and purchase another car on their lot. He had no problem offering me a different car but since I decided to go elsewhere he s now refusing me my money. VIN for car is WA1L2AFP7GA027549

I've been buying cars/SUVs, but this DFW Auto Dealers are too transparent, genuine in their dealings, with great sense of humor. Especially Steve, he made my transactions smooth, explained every details, gave the best advice and made my buying so fun that I forgot about time. My GMC was the best deal and in perfect condition .

I was looking for a car for over 2 weeks cause I had to get one REALLY soon. The day before I gave myself to buy one I ran across a car I wanted online which was here. I went in seen the car checked it out test drove it (ALL WITH NO HASSLE). Came back the next day with the car I wanted. Great environment and found out that some of the staff was from my home state. Definitely won't be my last purchase.

BUYERS BEWARE! If you buy a car from here make sure you have a mechanic look it over first! I made a $20k mistake by taking the salesmans word for it! I called about a vehicle I was interested in buying and was told more than once that the vehicle road amazing and had NO ISSUES! So I was stupid enough to buy said vehicle. I also asked how much it would cost to ship it from TX to GA where I'm at and he told me $1,200. It took 3 WEEKS to get to me. The driver told me he only got paid $899 so they pocketed the extra money and laughed there way to the bank with it. When I got the vehicle it ran extremely rough and within 10 miles the check engine light came on for the Catalytic converters. Also looking under the hood it had MAJOR leaks and mechanical malfunctions that were obviously known, but not mentioned or discussed with me! After spending $2,000 to get the leaks addressed the car lasted another 100 miles before it had another major issue. I then spent another $5,000! To get it running again and I haven't even had it for a month! When I tried contacting the sales me he just ignores me! Make sure you get the car fax and if it says it was sold at auction RUN! Run far far away from it and save yourself the headache! Great way of doing business! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

"Owner/Manager is out of the country" "We don't keep records of services to our vehicle" "Ill put you through to our other manager, would you life to talk to her?"We were ready to buy the vehicle. Lost it over $300 and trust, this seems shady to say the VERY least. Go else where! We will be!
