I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Crown Collision Center, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked through their doors, I encountered an unprofessional and entitled staff, who seemed more interested in exerting their superiority complex than providing quality service.Firstly, let's talk about Gill Hernandez, one of the employees at this establishment. I found his demeanor to be completely obnoxious and intolerable. He seemed to have an inflated ego, treating me as if my concern about my damaged vehicle was beneath him. Hernandez's dismissive attitude made it apparent that customer service is the least of his priorities. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which were sorely lacking during my interaction with him.Another staff member I had the displeasure of encountering was Larry Wade. His condescending tone and lack of basic manners left a lasting negative impression. Wade seemed to relish in asserting his authority and demeaning customers who sought assistance. It was as if he believed that customers were a mere inconvenience, rather than the lifeblood of their business. This type of entitled behavior is simply unacceptable and only highlights the toxic work culture fostered at this shop.Not only were these individuals rude, but their workmanship also left much to be desired. Instead of providing efficient and reliable repairs, they seemed more inclined to cut corners and rush through the job. As a result, the repair work on my vehicle was subpar, and I had to return multiple times to fix their mistakes. The lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to rectify their errors further exemplified their unprofessional behavior.Overall, my experience at Crown Collision Center was nothing short of a disaster. The staff, particularly Gill Hernandez and Larry Wade, were rude, entitled, and unhelpful. Their dismissive and condescending attitude towards customers is both appalling and unacceptable. I sincerely advise anyone considering doing business with this shop to think twice. Save yourself the aggravation, frustration, and potential additional expenses by seeking services elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had to take my vehicle back three times after they repaired the bumper and the insurance covered all their costs. Nice guys but they definitely do not inspect their work before sending the vehicle out.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I went here despite some concerning reviews thinking the convenience of location was worth it (10 minute walk for me). I hugely regret this. I had a week long work trip so I dropped it off on a Friday and the front desk guy said it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday the next week. I told him I get back on Friday and he said no problem. The next Friday I called and all he would tell me is it would be ready Monday. Since we are moving soon I had made arrangements to sell my other car during my trip so when that car sold on Saturday morning I had to rent a car for the weekend. That's $200 in unexpected Uber and car rental charges. On Monday I called about a half hour after they opened to see I'd if I needed to extend my rental. The front desk guy quickly got mad at me and raised his voice for asking if it was ready or going to be ready that day. He said he didn't mean it would be ready first thing Monday and the techs weren't in so he didn't know when it would be ready. I said there was no need to get excited about it I'm just trying to figure out what to do with my rental car. I Could hardly believe how rude he was over a simple question. I returned my rental thinking it would be done later that day. I called Tuesday and Wednesday and each day it was going to be done the next. Finally got it Thursday, 6 days later than promised. Absolutely awful experience. NEVER GO HERE. Look at my other reviews. I'm not a complainer.

Terrible customer service. They aren't the shop to go to if you are an individual needing work done. They don't care to listen to you or find out what you need before being condescending and rude. I asked for an estimate on repairing some light damage and they straight up refused to give me one, I'm sure it's because they'd rather spend their time on big contracts than caring about people in the community coming to them to support a local business instead of a large corporation. My mistake.

The old man there lies to my face and lies to many other people. I asked about getting a free estimate which states it in the photo and said we don t do free estimates. He s a lier and cheater. Don t trust this business. Scam artist.

Had my car towed there. It was there 4 months never got a follow up call. I called numerous of times and Larry spoke to me every time very disrespectful, degrading very rude in speaking to a women trying to get car updates. Don't go there. They should fire Larry only if they heard all the smart conversations that came out of that rude employee mouth. Car eventually had to be sent to Lexus don't go there with new car for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I went in to ask about a couple of jobs I needed done and got cut off after the first one because it wasn't big enough or important enough for the desk guy. He never let me get to the body work I needed done. I found whoever y'all got on the front desk condescending and rude. Way to send customers to the competition. I made my first and last visit to your Boat Club Road location.

This place is a joke. Larry who runs the first desk, had me come in to do an insurance adjustment and after NINE days I called to ask why it was never sent in and he said "I don't know what your talking about" I literally went in, he had my paperwork and took pictures on HIS phone and some how it was my fault that he didn't know what he did with the pictures so now I'm back at square one. Would NOT recommend going here for anything insurance related.

Larry and Gil were very helpful from the beginning of our 1st conversation to the day I picked up my vehicle. I cannot tell you how easy they made the process. My first wreck and hopefully my last, but if I need to have any of my vehicles repaired in the future-Crown Collision will be the 1st company I call. They didn't address the mechanical issues. They cleared the codes and said the codes cleared ! I was on my way home and check engine light came on, had it read at O'Reilly's and it was the same code from the accident ! They charged 300.00 dollars and only cleared the codes and didn't fix the mechanical issues. Also, they told me they didn't do anything to my radiator ! I just had a water pump installed and the correct coolant put in my car ! They had to pull my front end to repair the cosmetic damages and drained out the expensive coolant. They replaced the coolant with WATER !!!!!!!!please believe me, I wouldn't risk going to crown collision to repair your vehicle ! You will be greatly disappointed !!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Quality of work was questionable at best and their communications are downright horrible! Leave messages and never get a call back - for me or the insurance company. They had my vehicle four months with all the back and forth, mainly waiting to hear updates and feedback. Worst body shop experience EVER!

I had my my daughters Altima repaired and the experience was great. The staff is friendly, fast and efficient at what they do.We had very little downtime and the repairs were done perfectly. I recommend this business to anyone needing auto body repairs.

They seemed to be genuinely nice at the beginning and worked well with me. They answered all my questions. I asked about warranty, right off the bat, and they expressed that they backed up all of their work with a lifetime warranty.The pricing was a little high for the repair that was needed on my vehicle but the location was convenient and I needed my vehicle back quickly.I didn't get my vehicle back as soon as I hoped but they seemed like they did a pretty good job.Less than a week later, one of the areas repaired fell apart as I was driving. I immediately called them and went in. They took the part and told me to come back when I had time to drop off my vehicle for a couple hours.I dropped it off another day, thinking it would be an easy fix because it was a minor part, but received a call back hours later saying they would not be able to fix it because it appeared to have been damaged by "something that it caught on" and "there's nothing they could do". Less than a week after it was repaired, it fell apart!!I guess the wind that I was driving through on the highway ripped of the repair & now I have to pay for the part.If you want work done without a honest warranty then this is the place for you; otherwise, I'd go elsewhere. It's not worth returning for repairs that the company does not feel accountable for.

Absolutely TRASH! Very rude customer service. Called to find a date to bring my car in and told that they would do the repairs right then and there with no quote time on how long it would take. Tried to explain that wouldn t work for me and was cut off multiple times. Very stand-offish and abrasive. Wouldn t use you guys if you were the last place in the state.

I wish I had read the reviews before taking my car to those people. They did a terrible job on my Cadillac. I took it back and they said it was good enough! Roger did the work on my Suburban a few years ago and not only did an excellent job of repairing the damage to the back end and fixed up my air dam on the front, no extra charge and without being asked to. The final cost was exactly what the estimate had quoted. They made sure my rental car was returned for me so I didn't have to hassle with that Recently, I got rear-ended by a boat (don't ask) so I'm getting a new estimate this week for that damage and plan to have CC do the work this time as well.

These people are rude. There is one younger guy that answered the phone and he was super nice, but everyone else is plain rude. They are unwilling to help and have told me multiple times that my car wasn't there. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard any news on my car...

Terrible service. They screwed up my wife's new Honda Pilot after fixing the front bumper and associated parts. Then didn't apologize after bringing it back to have it fixed correctly. And yes, I was polite about it.

Worst body shop in the DFW area. Work is poorly done with large amount of over spray. Besides the poor quality of the work they took a week longer than promised and had me pay for my own rental. Save your self some time and money and keep looking for another shop.

This place is trash, don t waste your time. Had a scheduled assignment date and went to drop off and was turned away. GIL is very unprofessional and incompetent. Now I m delayed even further out than I was before. Seriously, with the other reviews I ve seen on this place, I should have known better. Take this for what it s worth, hope this saves you some TIME and EFFORT.
