Consumers beware. This establishment is a joke. I picked up my vehicle today. And as you can see they washed it ha ha ha. Also, in one of the pictures you can see. The bumper has a good size gap that shouldn't be there.And you can see how they left Swirl marks on the vehicle. I tried to explain to the lady about him. She tried to tell me they didn't touch it. Also the alignment was off pulling to the left. I will have to take it somewhere else to have the work finished. I called back talk to the manager. As for a corporate number he gave me the same number up the establishment. I try looking up the website. Could not find a corporate number also very concerning. The way I received my vehicle. I would have had a better job going to Macco . Now that's bad.

My car had been hit by a flying deer (no joke) and did $5900 in damages. They estimated to have my car for 3 weeks to do the work. Much to my happy surprise, they had my car done in 2 weeks time and the car looked fabulous. PLUS, I want to mention that they texted me updates on my car every day. Great job, I'd would definitely recommend Crash Champions!

After a semi truck ran a red light and hit my wife's car we contacted our insurance company USAA who referred us to Service King in Lake Worth. The team there helped us throughout the process and updated us often on the progress. Once I came to Inspect it and pick it up I noticed a few areas that could use a little more attention. The team rushed to fix these issues as they knew we had a planned vacation and needed the vehicle for our trip. The GM even called me to apologize for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the repairs. They have won me as a customer for life because of the commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done guys! The car looks better than before.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I got into an accident with my husband car but the process of getting it repaired couldn t have been better! They were very professional and informative I received updates throughout the entire process they quoted me 2-3 weeks for the repairs and it was done on time. Definitely have gained a life time customer

Got rear-ended by a semi-truck, insurance brought me here.This was my first time dealing with any of this and they were so amazingly helpful. After my friend had pointed out that the trunk was slightly misaligned, I brought it back and they fixed it and instructed me on how to align it if I still felt like it wasn't up to par (super easy twisty knobs I never knew existed!)Will be heading here for any and all body work in the future!

I took my car here a few weeks ago, and got it back in about a week. However, there is a spot just inside the wheel well where the paint is stripping off. I have called 3 times, of which one call was returned. Unfortunately, I wasn't available to answer so I called back again. I am still waiting on a return call. I told them the first time I spoke with them that if I can get a guarantee that the paint won't continue to peel out onto the fender, then I won't ask to have it repainted. I've tried to be reasonable about it, but apparently that is the wrong approach to take. It's looking like I will have to get my insurance company involved again...

Service King put the "A" in awesome! Exemplary customer service. Incredible attention to detail. Highest standards I've ever seen. If an ordered part was not up to standard it went right back where it came from, and they let me know it immediately. Car got T-boned. When I put it back in the garage there was no way you could tell anything had happened. I swear it drives better than the day I drove it home from the dealership.

Just dropped off my truck to be repaired. Best comment is that they actually fit me into an appointment that wasn't 2 months out like everyone else. Front desk was real friendly and I didn't feel worried at all. I don't know anything about crash champions but that's who owns it now. So far so good.

This review was for Service King not Crash Champions. Since they changed ownership customer service would warrant zero stars. Will not be back. Ever. This was the 3rd time Service King has repaired my truck because other people want to drive aggressively and act like others are an inconvenience. Not at Service King. They remember me which is unusual for a large business. Everyone there is extremely polite, cordial, and go out of their way to make sure everything is absolutely right. They even stayed after closing time because they understand that I work extremely long hours as a 1st responder. Everyone, individuals and businesses, could take lessons from them on how to treat people right and fair and with respect.

The manager Chris came out introduced himself , I let him know my concerns about a previous paint job not matching and he assured me they would do everything possible to make sure it matched (its bright yellow) they had it ready in record time and my mustang looks brand new again. I'll never take it anywhere else. I was updated daily. Communication was excellent! All the employees were super nice and knowledgeableServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I m already worried and I haven t even brought my car there yet. Progressive told me Service King would be calling me and telling me what time to come in on July 20th. I wasn t getting any calls so I went ahead and checked with them but now they don t have anything available until August 9th. I let them know I work on Wednesdays and made an appointment for the 10th. But then when I double checked the confirmation was for the 9th. Now I m just trying to get another confirmation that the appointment actually is on the 10th but even though they say they re sending it I m not getting it.Last Friday I drove two hours round-trip to get my license updated so I could rent a car on the 20th. My original DPS appointment was on August 10th. So that was unnecessary.I don t have much choice in the matter since somebody hit me and they are at fault. I think Service King knows I don t have a choice.

Should have left it as Service King cause the new company crash champions Sucks!!!! They said they did an alignment they Lied and they refused to fix it, ask the manager to look into the electrical issues He REFUSED!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE....they don't even deserve a one

Service King Lake Worth was amazing! The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Very personable and a great experience each time I connected with them. They also made sure that I was in the know about timelines on my car and the body work was done relatively quickly. The passseng door wasn't closing because of a plastic piece that wasn't installed right.Paint on the passenger door had dust in the paint. Yes I know crazy.In the wheel well and door jam area it was not even painted , and you could the see the metal.After having my vehicle for over a month, they still couldn't get it right.Employees are vague.They don't really care.You are just one of there many many customers.I have never experienced a body shop not making every thing perfect.I am blown away.So I had to take it back, of course a major inconvenience.They have it one full day, and call to tell me it's ready.Another red flag.They are going to fix all those problems in one day.Never again Service king.Customers beware.The customers that reviewed this place obviously didn't look their car over thoroughly.I could barely get Progressive to care,because they are in cahoots together.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to Service King on Lakeworth to fix the damage of my car. They really did an awesome job. Left my car with deep scratches hit by the dump truck and few days later came back and picked it up with a big smile on my face. My car literally looked like it just got out of the show room. The interior was squeaky clean while the exterior was beautiful. I was a happy and satisfied client, indeed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King @ this location was awesome! Derek was very professional and friendly. Was always kept informed on the process of car and was ready when they said it would be ready. The work done on my vehicle was excellent. If your looking for good work done on your vehicle and great customer service I honestly recommend this place. In todays day it is very hard to find a business with excellent work and customer service both in one. GOOD JOB SERVICE KING- and Derek great job!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We just got our car back from Service King, they repaired it after I got t boned a few months ago. They did an excellent job. It looks brand new. They had a few snags getting replacement parts, but not their fault, some parts are hard to find these days. Their Customer Service is great, keeping us updated and easy to get in contact with. First time here and it was a good one. The staff was transparent and kept me updated along the way of my repairs and car looks good. I was even able to speak to general manager, and Mr. Whorton is a man of his word and made sure I was taken care of completely. Called in and was told I can get free estimate and am allowed to drop off my car, but when I walked in I was told they can t do anything. He said the next availability is 2 months just to get the car in the shop. Nice ppl. The only thing was I had to drive back out there after picking my car up because they didn't put my Malibu Emblems back on my car. I also noticed a mark on the car that I didn't do that looked to have been tried to be fixed with glue but at this point I would say I should have looked the car over instead of taking their word that things were done correctly and no other marks were on the car when I picked it up.

Worse place to take a car for repairs. My car got broken parts not related to the accident. "Technicians and Management " do not have a clue what they are doing!!!

Horrible customer service, I've literally waited for 2 weeks for this appointment for absolutely nothing. Thanks for your help. Take your business elsewhere, theyake you wait weeks to say they can't help you

I was backed into by a careless driver leaving my car looking quite awful, getting my insurance to call me back was a hassle but as soon as I decided on taking my car to service king, everything became much easier! They have amazing customer service skills and were so helpful. Texted me every other day with the status of my repairs and finishes before schedule, I would recommend them to anyone needing to have repairs done.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
