I recently had a discussion with service desk about a repair, but my warranty had already expired. I was given great advice by service department along with their help and BRP, I was able to get this problem resolved.Excellent service, highly recommend Cowtown Power Sports!!!

Great experience buying my Spider RT, and I adjusted quickly to the 3 wheel feel. This extends my 65 years of riding and lets me take a special friend riding with me. Thanks to Gilbert and Kricket for making the whole process Fun!

Cannot say enough great things about Gilbert and the operation at Cowtown Power Sports. Recently moved out to Eagle Mountain Lake and was interested in owning a boat or pwc for the lake. Gilbert made explained the differences between each model and we came with some research of our own. Ended up buying a 2022 SeaDoo GTR 230 and 2023 Spark Trixx as well as a double ski trailer. His crew gave us the white glove service including installing the spare tire mount, ski covers, adjusting the position of the mounts on the trailer they absolutely rock.Shout out to Kricket in the finance dept., she was fun to work with even though I did not need financing. She did explain the extended warranty and was very honest about how it works and the value it provides. Unfortunately we don t need any more skis in the near future, but this will 100% be my place for Sea-Doo accessories and other off-roading equipment. I trust these guys and they have earned a 5.

You all at Cowtown were extremely nice and accommodating . Ms Kricket was a delight to talk with and sbuno very knowledgeable concerning the procedures in purchasing our Can-Am Spider. And the help in back (think his name is John) was so helpful in explaining everything to us about the function of the spider. Wish we lived closer so we could do more business with you. But the 10 hour drive was well worth it.

Great experience again!Third purchase and multiple service visits. Purchase was quick and fair in and out in 20 min.Service with Chris and team is always a pleasure. Straight forward approach with an automated text program to keep me up date on repairs price and time frames.Great dealer

Cowtown make it simple to get your Seadoos fixed up and back out to the lake.Would highly recommend them. I drive past other dealers and drive 85 miles each way to have cowtown service my needs.Bob

We visited six Can-Am dealers over 3 months looking at Spyder RT bikes and learning about them. Once we visited Cowtown Power Sports, we knew we were at the right place. Gilbert was the most knowledgeable and professional associate by far on the Can-Am line and spent a ton of time explaining all the differences and options. The Customer Service from the entire Cowtown Power Sports Team was incredible from Gilbert on the sale, Kricket for processing and paperwork, and Billy on the technician side. It was a pleasure doing business with Cowtown Power Sports.

Chris over at Cowtown Power Sports was top notch. Can t say enough good things about him and the experience I had. Chris was very prompt with repair pictures along with the quoted price. After approval was given to perform the work Chris kept me informed with weekly updates. I highly recommend Cowtown Power Sports for any service needs and will be telling all my friends and family about this place. I appreciate the excellent customer service Chris!

I purchased a Polaris Ranger at the Fort Worth Rodeo in 2020. Unfortunately it sat unused in my garage waiting on the completion of our family retreat which was just completed. During this two year period there were three recalls on my vehicle. I engaged Cowtown Power Sports to address the recalls and install some accessories that had never been installed. I met Chris in Cowtowns Service department. My experience with Chris and Cowtown Power Sports could not have been better. I found him to be highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Cowtown, Chris and the service team. They kept me informed via email through the process. They established a timeline and cost expectation going in and met both. The most genuinely fair and kind power sports seller you ll ever find. They are thorough, patient, truly fair priced and most of all KIND. They helped resolve our unique can-am situation over the course of months and were helpful, informative, insightful and thorough every step of the way. We never felt like a burden with our plethora of questions and concerns. 10/10 recommend this place! The customer service is top notch and the service is awesome. Our service representative s felt far more like family (while maintaining professionalism of course) than anything else.

Cowtown PS did PM service on my Can-Am. Best service experience I have had on anything in a long time. Chris walked me through it up front. You make an appointment.. they do the work quickly and you are kept up to date by the app at all times. These guys have this right.

I took my Polaris Trail Blazer 330 to Cowtown about a week ago I failed to make a service appointment. Chris was able to schedule an appointment for me on that same day, though. This quad had been sitting for three years without being ridden. Chris was very candid about the potentially very expensive repairs that might be necessary and gave me a rough estimate. He agreed to keep in touch via text regarding the status of the repairs and if/when additional repairs would exceed his initial estimate. So, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a text from Chris in about 24 hrs that this quad was ready to go AND was within the estimate that he provided. They did notice one additional repair that I ve delayed. I plan to return with future service needs.For customer service open communication, quick turn around, accurate estimates, ease of doing business I highly recommend the service department at Cowtown Power Sports.

After a year of researching and preparing to purchase a Can Am, I went to a couple of dealerships before walking into Cowtown yesterday. I was so blessed to find THE place where I was willing to spend my money. The moment we walked in, we were able to just walk around and check bikes out, we were acknowledged but not hounded the moment we came in, like at other dealerships. I found the bike I wanted, Chris came up asking if we needed assistance and it went from there. I actually had two models to choose from, and Chris was right there answering all our questions. I can t say enough how much we appreciate him and his customer care. Stellar, just like all the reviews say...believe them!I decided and Debbie in the finance department was the second jewel we had the pleasure of working with. It was quick, efficient, professional, and so painless, that I m still in a surreal state of having my RT in my garage!Hopefully, pretty soon, my hubs will get his bike, and I doubt we ll be going anywhere else. They sincerely care about their customers,, not greed, and these days, that is a precious commodity. Thank you Cowtown!!

Great experience with Kricket at Cowtown Powersports! Called from over 2 1/2 hours away and she gave me all the information I needed to get everything done on my end in a fast and timely manner. Vehicle I bought a used 2013 Polaris Ranger and the UTV was in as good of shape as described. And had been fully serviced top to bottom, price was below market value and I felt as if I was treated very well and fairly! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I contacted several service shops to discuss the maintenance needs of my Polaris Ranger. I chose Cowtown because Chris gave me the most thorough explanations of what I needed and how much it would cost. I appreciated the text updates I received, and was pleased with the prompt turnaround on the unit. I highly recommend.

Cowtown Powersports is amazing! I m very thankful for their help over the past couple years. Chris, is also very helpful. He always makes sure I have everything I need and never takes advantage of me not knowing things. Today as I picked up my jet ski, he even made sure all my tires were aired up properly on my car. You cannot ask for better customer service!
