I have been coming to city view for about 2 years now. My last 3 washes have me feeling as if they are stealing money from customers. First red flag, I show up at 5:45. They close at 6. The whole crew had an attitude once I chose the $30 interior wash. You could see the attitude change on everyone s face. They all started on my truck so they could go ahead and leave. A heavy set Hispanic came out and threw his hands up speaking Spanish which had me to believe he told them to stop working because it already was 6 and time to go. They all stopped what they were doing and started walking towards the building. As I get in my truck, I noticed my 3rd row was not touched.2nd red flag, I waited an hour for my truck to be finished. I did not hear my truck or number called as I was sitting down and nodded off. I look up, my truck is gone. I ask about it and nobody understands English now. I walked around until I found my truck parked in the very back. No keys. I go inside ask for my keys, the employee at the register could not find them as they usually hang them up on in wall for situations like mine. Eventually, the employee found my keys thrown on a desk but nothing was said to the employee at the register about them. Which made it hard for her to locate them for me. I get in my truck, guess what the third row was untouched once again. I backed my truck up and vacuumed my 3rd row myself.Last red flag, I show up, got my ticket and asked the guy to please clean my 3rd because the last 2 times, they were not touched. I left to go sit and eat. I did not pay right away this time. I noticed I kept getting watched by the employees. Did not think anything of it. This wash went by fast this time. They call my truck. I walk up. The guy stated she wants me to view your ticket before we give you your truck. I told him I have to go pay it first. I wanted to see my truck before I paid this time. I look in my truck. The inside was NOT CLEAN AT ALL! They were so worried about me not paying that they did not complete the job that I asked to purchase. My 2nd row sit was left down I m guessing for proof they went to the back row this time. But I have dirt and shoes marks all over my floor and on my back seats which let me know, once again, they rushed my truck and did not complete the job. If I m a paying customer, I expect the job to be done in a timely manner, without an attitude, leaving me satisfied at the end of my wash. I AM NOW AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and DOUBT THAT I GIVE THESE FOLKS MY MONEY AGAIN.

Cityview Carwash & Oil Change you just lost a loyal customer I paid $48 for a wash and when I walked out to retrieve me vehicle, after waiting over 30 mins for them to finish (even tho there were only 3 customers there), my vehicle was half washed!!! THEN when I pointed out the spots that were still dirty I was told by the heavier set Hispanic gentleman, oh, you need to get a wax and that s $70 I advised him that I ve never had to get a wax before to get my vehicle clean but he just shrugged his shoulders All while the employees stood around outside gambling with each other throwing coins in the parking lot I expect this from a $4 car wash place but not when I m paying almost $50 for a wash!Best believe I m running this one up to corporate! Unbelievable

Do you want your car super clean and running beautiful with their oil changing center this is my favorite place to get my car washed and my oil changed Maria Luis Rosa and so many of the other people who work at this location are kind and absolutely wonderful I wouldn t trust anybody else with washing my car this is the place that makes my car shine this place is the best car wash, and I am particular about my vehicle

I brought my Vette in for a hand wash and wax today. Delfino took such good care and was careful and thorough. He even made sure the hoses didn t touch the car while he was working on it. The inside is as sparkling as the outside! It looks as good as the day I got it! I keep coming back here because of the superb work and care they take with my car. The wait time has never been an issue. I will continue to come here.

I have to say, I ve been to many car washes and this one has some of the best employees! Pablo helped me out today to find the perfect package for my car and he made things so much easier. It s always scary to go to a new car wash not knowing what to expect. Pablo helped me out so much it was such an easy process! Highly recommend and make sure you ask for Pablo! And if you re seeing this, THANK YOU!

I paid for the second most expensive detailing package ($38). This is what I got I ll never go back and I m not sure how they even have 4 stars on here.

Went to cityview car wash and they weren t busy. Took 30 minutes for my car to go through the wash. Have been here for an hour and half. When this was family owned it was great. Not now. Will never ever go to this car wash again. I will go to Brite Zone instead. All the people that dry off cars are going from one car to another at the same time instead of them working on one car at a time. They will be going out of business if they keep this up.

Cityview is the only place I go to get my car mini-detailed when I visit friends. I m from Austin and haven t found a place back home that beats the level of service. Delfino did an amazing job on my vehicle. If you want that brand new car feeling, come to Cityview!!

I used to go out of my way to come to this car wash and I think I may have just gone for the last time.In the past 6 months their service has gone downhill.Mid day I took my car for a basic wash and interior clean and it took 1hr 15mins it usually takes 30mins. I walked over to the car twice to see if it was done. The first time the workers were just sat chatting to one another and not cleaning interior. The second I had to tell them to re clean the whole front of the exterior as they had left it to try in the sun and it was streaky.All of the cars were doubled up in the bays because they were so far behind.Sad to say I won t be returning after 3 years of going here.

Spent $65 and the inside was not wiped down, crumbs and dirt were left exactly how it was when I dropped off. The sunroof looked terrible didn t wipe off the soap. There were soap spots all over the car. I had to wipe down the entire car when I got home. It also took a little over 2 hours.

Pablo was very well spoken and gave me clear directions when I pulled into the car wash. He was very polite and professional and I want to acknowledge that today. The car wash turned out perfect too so I do appreciate the service and will be back

I brought my new Tesla by today. Paid $75 for a hand carwash because I didn t want my paint ruined and these low life jokers used dirty, cheap rags on my car. Now my 3 month old car is full of swirl scratches. My husband and I purposefully avoid machine car washes for this very reason. I even told the guys this when I upgraded from a machine wash to a hand car wash. If you have a nice, new, pricey car DO NOT bring it to this place. They CLEARLY don t care how they send you out and seemingly do not use microfiber cloths that won t scratch your car. They also did NOT clean the inside properly. I m so upset! This $75 mistake is gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix! NEVER AGAIN!Service: Auto detailing

I don t expect my car to be perfect on a busy day or for the little pay, but I do expect people to try. The first time my car was done it wasn t vacuumed properly. I spoke to Rosie about my carpet and she corrected the problem immediately. Thank you Rosie. Your awesome! I will be returning because of you!

When I came here I was blown away. This is definitely not your average car wash . It is filled with things that will blow you away and keep you coming back for more.When we first entered it was a bit confusing, because we were expecting the typical drive in car wash, but instead we were met with a place similar to the airport car entrance . We arrived and a man named Josh(?) came and helped us out. He introduced us to the prices and told us about the services. We ended up picking the basic. Which was 25$.After choosing you are given a receipt and told to wait inside. They then take your car and put it through the car wash. Inside was a very peculiar store. It definitely wasn t what I was expecting . They sell greeting cards and ice cream and they also have a shoe shine stand??????? They even have a signed Dallas Cowboys Picture??? The waiting area is so nice tho. Those were the comfiest chairs I ve ever sat in. They have an inside and outside.The employees take good care of your car. They cleaned tf outta that thing . It was so shiny I almost went blind. They are so helpful and answer any questions you need.To keep it short, I just wanna say that this car wash is amazing. It has everything you need and so much MORE. It is definitely worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend

Awful customer service and cleaning!! ZERO stars. It was a waste of $30 + tip. This business doesn't value customer service nor providing a job well done. The crew was too busy talking amongst themselves to be quick and detailed with their cleaning. Part of the details inside the package I purchased was supposed to be a full inside wipe down. Even after I asked them to wipe down areas that were still dirty on the outside, the inside of my car wasn't touched much. I had to drive down the street to the self wash to finish wiping down the inside as it should be. I will never be back to this car wash and want others to know what a terrible job they did, especially for the price!

I didn t expect a full detailed service but for $30, I at least expected a wipe down. My car looks untouched aside from the carpets. I have photos of when the guy gave it right back to me. I would have stayed to get it redone but I was already there from 11:31 am (receipt time) to 12:28 pm.that s ridiculous. Not to mention, everyone else sitting outside with me was complaining about other people leaving before them that came after them. Although, we all checked receipt times and I had been there the longest. I m very dissatisfied with my car wash and will attach photos if can.

I had my car washed here today and when it was ready I noticed that the seat cushion for the side bolster on the driver's side seat back had been torn from the seat frame. This was not damaged when I arrived at there. I pointed out to the detailer and after several people looked at it, the manager refused to do anything about it. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility, no offer to fix the damage. Because of the response to this issue, I find this business to be disreputable and will not return. It is bad enough that they are not careful with your car, but refusing to do what is right by a customer makes this a business to avoid.Your camera footage did not prove or disprove anything. You could take responsibility for your employees' actions that damage my car.

UPDATE: (8/25/2022) I love it when a business turns things around. After over 2 years, I decided to give Cityview Car Wash another try. Am I glad I did. Not did the entire job take less than 30 minutes (about 22), but they did an outstanding job. I had lots of old bug splatters on the front and they got them all off. I'm very satisfied with their service. While I was waiting, I also noticed that they still have a gentleman providing shoeshine service. I think that's great and will be bringing my shoes up there. Go on up and visit Charles. He'll make your shoes look like new. Lastly, I noticed a police car getting his car washed and asked if they provide that service for free to them. They said they do. As a big supporter of our police force, I love that.As you tell, I'm definitely recommending you give them a try if you haven't recently. Also, thanks to the management for turning things around, especially in this difficult time to find good workers.UPDATE: We took my wife's car to Cityview Car Wash Saturday (2/1/2020) and we only had to wait 55 minutes. Now if you have an hour to kill, that's fine. We didn't. My wife pointed out the sign on their door which read, "You have just experienced Fort Worth's best and fastest full-service wash," with a roll of the eyes. When we finally got our car, we noticed that they had improperly folded down the rear seats and left them down and moved the front seats up. I can understand why they might move them for vacuuming, but they should be returned to the same positions. We had to take more time to readjust the seats.The washing line stopped 3 or 4 times while we were there. It's clear that the bottleneck in their process is the drying and final cleaning stage. They need to add at least 1 or 2 people per car so they can keep up with the pace of the wash. That should be the limiting factor.I'd recommend going to University Car Wash if you'd prefer a great car wash in much less time...and a free latte. At least until Cityview speeds up their process without reducing quality. I hope this is helpful.They did a good job but were a little slow compared with other full service car washes. I'll try them again to see if it's normal time for them. They did have friendly staff. Faster and better is always best. People want to be on their way quickly.

Last time I ever go to this car wash. Spent an hour waiting to get a simple $18 wash and finally got fed up and left. They never got around to doing the windows or interior wipe. What a joke. Manager should be ashamed of such lousy service. Never again

The crew here does a great job. The back of my truck had a lot of dog hair but with their attention to detail, they had it looking new. Would highly recommend.

Got my oil changed and car wash and both facilities were super nice and VERY professional! Enrique helped me make sure my car is running perfect and Rocio at the car wash made sure my car was SUPER clean! Thank you and highly recommend!!!

Paid $71.00 for a mini/mini detail. Not pleased at all. Windows we re streak filled, console cup holders were not even touched, vacuum was average at best and rear bumper looks untouched. Btw, paid an extra $6.00 for bug removal on the front grille/fin I would be ashamed if my employees put out this type of work, would not recommend this business to anyone.Service: Auto detailing

I brought my Lexus RX 350 in to get a mini detail $62. The greeter Ariana said are you sure you want a mini detail? She went on to say it could take 2-2/1 hour wait. I said detail area is empty. She said believe me. Are you sure you don t want the platinum for $38 instead? I drove 49 miles to get the mini. Never have I been down sold on anything. I won t ever go back here.

Took my truck there paid for the best wash they had"mini detail" still had brake dust all over my rims dirt in the pass seat and bugs on grill oh and i waited a hr and a half I WILL NOT BE BACK!

On Saturday December 2,2023 around 4:00pm. I spent $68.00. Dirty frames all around. Smeared windows and all the chrome around the headlights was dirty. I observed my car sitting for 30 minutes and no was working on my car. I finally had to go and ask if my car was ready, that took an additional 20 minutes. What a horrible experience.

I always go here because they are close to my apartments. They are very affordable! You can even get a free car wash if you get an oil change with them.Make sure to keep your receipt because they always want to check it after they are done just to make sure you paid.

I was very pleased with the price of my detail and the amount of effort that went into it. You can tell the staff cares here. They did an excellent job ceramic coating my new Civic as well as detailing the interior. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. You definitely get the bang for your buck here.
