The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive. However, despite calling to see if my vehicle could be serviced for an oil change before I booked the appointment, calling to confirm after entering in my vehicle information & scheduling said appointment, then confirmed again the day of...I dropped off my vehicle for it's oil change only to get a call an hour later stating.......they couldn't service my vehicle because they didn't have the right key to get my filter off. Again, very kind but accurate information would've been appreciated.

***EDITED***Because I left such a positive review before, I feel I have to give a truthful update. I actually stopped coming here soon after that post. At the end of the day, they are a chain company and they are here to make money. I kept having a noise by my tire after they did a lot of work for regular maintenance that they suggested, costing hundreds of dollars within a few months. I kept coming back to get the noise fixed but they could never get it, but would always have expensive other things wrong with my car that needed to be done. After going back and forth for a month and still hearing a noise, I took it to the actual car dealership and they said a part looked like it had been purposely bent which was rubbing on the tire area. They had to get it back into place and everything else that was an issue never showed up on their inspection as a problem. A year later and I have not had anymore car problems and I didn t have any before seeing this business initially. I m not saying they did anything to my car, but I have only had to deal with oil changes since I left. If you find yourself constantly having issues or recommendations for costly repairs, I highly recommend getting a second opinion. The staff is actually really friendly, but they are also salespeople at the end of the day.Original post:I recently moved to the area and came to this car shop several times for numerous issues and I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff being so caring, and their helpfulness when it comes to customers (and the reason I keep coming back). The first time I came was for an oil change and they got me right in. They had many cars but they were getting everyone in/out in a timely manner. The next time, I found a nail in my tire and was in a rush and they managed to fit me in, fix it and get me out in no time. My most recent visit, I had several things getting checked due to high mileage and older car issues. The staff was extremely helpful but Jarod Burch and Elvedin Babin really took the time to talk to me on several occasions throughout the day to keep me informed of my options and updates on my vehicle. They did not pressure me to get unnecessary work done and even explained what was important and what was not pressing, but also said how much longer until certain issues needed to be addressed. I really appreciated that. They also have a very diverse staff and genuinely respectful to all (LBGTQ+ friendly as well).The area inside and out are always clean. They have a play area for kids. There is an area with a selection of hot/cold drinks (sanitary and clean area). They also decorate for the holidays and special occasions. The waiting area is very comfortable and inviting.I don t know about the climate of the shop, but I have always experienced a very welcoming and positive environment. If they ever had bad days, they don t show it. With the lack of people wanting to work and give decent customer service, I deeply appreciate their hard work. I really hope their bosses/managers/GMs/CEO will read this and make sure to take care of their people. Employees and good customer service are hard to come by and can make or break a business and they have the best of the best here. No matter what they make, a raise, holiday bonus and more PTO is definitely earned and well deserved! I can t say enough good things about this location! Thank you!

I came here from Houston to visit my girl for valentines weekend and I needed to get my O2 Sensor replaced, I already had the part. Everyone I called like Firestone and others quoted my $300+ dollars and claimed they don t use customer parts, Caliber got me in and out for $100, I highly recommend doing service with them!

It was easy to set up an appointment and every person that I worked with (4 of them) was helpful, courteous and efficient. I only had an oil change, but when they found other items that needed servicing, they provided me with pictures showing the need. The waiting area was very comfortable, clean and offered nice amenities. I appreciated having a coupon from the website.

Went in for State Inspection at 8/8:30 am. Staff was friendly, wait time was decent, I didn't have enough time to finish my coffee but I did read a couple chapters in my book. They have a variety of complimentary drinks while you are waiting and comfortable seating to include a counter area with outlets/USB ports if you've got to charge your phone, laptop, etc. Would recommend and would go back myself.

Nice front desk service writers. Cheerful, knowledgeable. Fast service. Changed a oil cooler bypass gasket on my '09 Silverado in about ten minutes stopping my oil leak. Highly recommended.

This is the second time i have tried this location and got bad service. The first time i brought my truck in for oil change. I went inside to check prices and they pulled truck in. I decided their prices were too high so i decided to go somewhere else. Unknown to me they had already started work. They drained the oil. Put drain plug back and left fill cap off. They drained oil and did not refill. When i got to next location they told me it was empty with no cap. Of course caliper denied even though they were the only one under the hood. Second time several years later decided to try for state inspection. Was told 20 to 30 minutes. It has now been an hour and car is still outside untouched. Guy at counter is grumpy and has bad cust service. I dont recommend this location. I certainly will not give another chance.

Customer oriented and friendly. I am a return customer and happy with the service.I appreciate the Caliber shuttle, a big plus when you unable to find someone to take you to pick up your vehicle. All is good , wouldnt go anywhere else!

Honest, fast, affordable, great recommendation without being pushy. Love these guys! Will be back!I took my Mercedes Benz with the check engine light on, they recommended I take it to another place for the issue they suspect, when I took it to the other place they recommjend me, it was exactly what Caliber guys say it was. These guys know what they're doing.

Great place, friendly staff 5/5 would recommend to a friend. Ford miss diagnosed my vehicle I followed their recommendation, and problem remained . I took it here where their master tech was able to find the real problem and fix it.

After an AC repair several weeks ago, I returned my car for an AC issue. I was given an appointment quickly. The determination and final repair went within a reasonable time. They kept me updated during the repair. However, best of all, I did not receive an additional charge. My first payment covered the repair. Boy, it is hard to find a car repair company that does not try to find a way to charge you for any work performed. I was blessed with no charge.Service: A/C installation & repair

DO NOT USE THESE LYING CON ARTISTS!!!This was a very expensive lesson; few hundred over price quote. Caliber Auto in Alliance falsifies repair invoice for charging you for work and items not used. Then over charges you for parts that were used. They quote you a price for part and then price gouge when final bill is owned. They will lie to you and con saying on invoice they will use a part then call you to back track to say they just used something similar. It says they put a seal on it, then call hours later saying " they forgot the seal and put lube on it" I was charged for diagnostic fee plus labor, on top of labor for repair. I will definitely never return to this place of business or anything affiliated with Caliber. I will also be contacting BBB.

We had to take our car there for a mechanical fix that was being covered by insurance. They were extremely communicative and helpful during the whole process and ensured our vehicle was back to perfect condition in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this location for mechanical repairs.

I originally gave this place 5 stars for how quick, clean and reliable this place was. I just had a car problem where my oil light came on when I turned and broke. I thought maybe something was wrong electrically like the sensor. Turns out I had very little to no oil and what oil I did have was incredibly dark. The mechanics said I need to change my oil more often so that doesn't happen. I have gotten 2 oil changes THIS YEAR at this place and I've put maybe 1,500 to 2,000 miles or so on each oil change. They said "there's no way I got an oil change this year." So either Caliber brought my car in to take it out, or they left it in the spot I parked and just charged me for it. I watched them change the filter and it was nasty. I'd say get your state inspection done here because it's good and quick, but I can't in good faith recommend going here anymore.Service: Oil change

After years of performing my State Inspection they said my tinted windows weren't approved. They have probably inspected my auto for the past 10 years with no problem.They continually don't reset the Need maintenance button.Sometimes they don't fill the windshield wipers with fluid. Seems like they service they were great at in the beginning has gone downhill. Looking for new place to service my vehicle.

Customer service actually exists! They will make recommendations for maintenance or repairs, but they aren't pushy. Very friendly. Prices are in line with other reputable repair shops.

This place is great! Free Starbucks or water, tablets with games for the kids (or you know the adults too), a multi phone charger, a playground for the littles, three TVs and free WiFi. The employees were nice and very professional. Would highly recommend.

I came here for the first time earlier in the year to get an oil change and inspection. They have great customer service and finish the service very timely! I scheduled an appointment for 8 am today for another oil change and they were done in less than 30 minutes! Took my wife's challenger for a coolant leak ,which I was aware the water pump was the cause, but what I wasn't aware of was other leaks which were explained in detail and eradicated...they kept me up to date on everything...excellent service...

They failed my cars inspection stating that I need new rear brakes and wanted to charge me $500. Went to another place for a second opinion and passed the inspection. What a rip off this place is.

I really wished that we had a better experience here as they are very close. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt as no one is perfect. In general, the staff here is very nice. But I'm sad to say that we will not be returning to this location. My husband brought my car in for an oil change. I know very little about cars and always hope that I can bring my vehicle in for service and trust that everything is being done properly.This, however, was not the case. When performing essential engine maintenance on a vehicle that is transporting my family, I would expect that corners should not be cut in order to finish the service faster. My husband did a quick check before leaving to ensure that they filled the fluids in my engine (some of which are essential for engine lubrication), put air in the tires, etc (which they say is included in the oil change). None of this was performed. He had to go back in twice before he left to get them perform these tasks.While driving home, he notices that they only filled 3 of the 4 tires and they were way overfilled. He ended up taking some air out of the 3 tires and then filling the 4th tire to the proper tire pressure so that I didn't have uneven wear on the tires.I really hope that the service improves. It makes me question whether or not the oil change itself was even performed correctly. It is very disheartening to realize that if you don't check up on the work, it probably doesn't get done. While I appreciate quick service, I'm more than happy to wait longer in order for the job to be done correctly.
