Response to their reply: I went in to have my car towed to another facility to have it fixed. He told me my car was repaired, which is why I took it out of town. HE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS FIXED BUT JUST ADMITTED HE LET ME TAKE IT KNOWING THAT THE LEAK WASN T FIXED.Long story as short as I can make it. Dropped my car off on a Friday. Called three times To find out what was going on with it. Was told all three times somebody would call me in a little bit because it was hooked up to their computer. No phone calls back. BTW His wife is the one answering the phone. He stated, What can I do? when told no one phoned me back.Go to pick it up Saturday to have it towed somewhere else for the repair and I m told it s fixed. They did not get my approval for the repair and were not going to let me take my car. I paid them and told them if it didn t break down in the next week, I wouldn t refute the charges. He assured me their work was guaranteed.Stupid decision to drive my car from Fort Worth to College Station. I make it to Thornton, Texas before the exact same problem occurred.There s a leak in the Suspension line. Apparently he put fluid in but didn t fix the leak. $1600 repair work needed. Not sure if continuing to drive it exacerbated the problem or not.Terrible customer service And didn t repair my vehicle.

Please stay away ! Brought my car in for them to replace thermostat that they were suppose to replace at first repair but never did ! Now I have my car back and it s running hot battery light off and on , issues I didn t have before I brought it in ! I really believe they did something to my car ! Also hose clamp was taken a loose on radiator hose; I believe this was done purposely! I will be getting a lawyer on this shop to file a lawsuit! They also blocked my number from calling! Will bring my car to dealer to find out what was done ! Stay away scammers and liars !Service: General repairs & maintenance

They charged $100 for plugging in the computer, NAPA does it for free. The check engine light turned off as soon as the guy got in the car. It s a scam. They took advantage since we were all girls.

Bad experience ; he take me almost $2000 and he never fix my car properly he want me to come back every week to fix the same problem and take my money I prefer go somewhere else stay away from here if you don t want problem

EDITED TO SAY --- 3 YEARS later they respond and claim, I "didn't have the money." Here's the rest of the story: When I finally got my car back after 6 weeks (yes, 6 WEEKS!) the amount was Paid in Full. I just paid the total bill so I could get my car back - I then took it back to my mechanic who had to tighten the steering column, screw in the dash (screws were left in the floorboard), reinstall speakers, and try to fix the AC. I then paid another mechanic to try to fix the AC, but it was broken beyond repair. (It worked prior to being brought in). Money was never the issue - incompetence was (in addition to lying about the status of the repair every time I called, emailed, or texted... I have copies).One more reason to avoid these people like the plague - look how they respond to negative reviews.STAY AWAY!! My car has been at their shop for 36 days - I'm still waiting for a 6.5 hour labor job to be finished. They don't call or return calls. it is beyond frustrating. Sadly they were recommended by my mechanic, but had I known how bad their service would be, I could have found a bad mechanic on my own. If I could give 0 stars I would. Edited to add 6 more days (36 days and still no car.)

Roy n Nora very nice family owned business. Roy is very knowledgeable mechanic both foreign and domestic cars, they helped me and was able to work within my budget awesome service I recommend to everyone.

Super friendly staff repaired my Jaguar in under 2 days and gave me a complementry tune up! Would recommend them to any and every body with needs maitence for their vehicles.

Roy fixed what rick and rays auto plaza could not fix for half the price the mans a genius in auto repair,not only that but roy and norma made me feel like family I recommend C & A auto repair with 5 stars,,thx again roy and norma!!!

Very unhappy with the level of customer service being received. No return phone calls, never received an estimate to repair, and causing individuals to be stranded for weeks at a time. This is not the way to do business at all.
