I had a vehicle through Byrider for 32 days and it was a recall on my vehicle. I paid my car note 24 hours before my car completely broke down! I managed to get the following vehicle to service & not only did the staff NOT show any empathy towards me but they made me feel like a number and literally just wanted me to leave . I expressed my frustration & let them know I am in need of a loaner vehicle . The request was ignored & the management informed me as a courtesy she will Uber me to my next destination she was clearly doing me a favor. When I got to my destination with out a vehicle the manager contacted me 30 min before closing letting me know a recall had been made on my make and model of vehicle. I have to contact the maker & ask for loaner & it s my responsibility because the car is in my name meanwhile I don t have a title. Byrider has made it my responsibility to replace a car that I was guaranteed was reliable. Staff ignored me & showed no concern that I was literally stranded with out a vehicle. I wouldn t reference this place to my worse enemy I m so stressed out & this has effected my lively hood. They didn t care please run from this place. Maybe they will pay attention to how they treat customers after receiving enough bad reviews. They are nice when it comes to taking your money but when it s time to give white glove service this place is trash. It also could be due to the fact I am a female so my next visit I will have a male companion tag along whos in the car industry it s very easy for car dealers to walk over female customers. Please don t buy a car from here

There are not enough stars to explain how hard Chris Lester worked on getting me the car I came to buy. He s definitely the man, to talk to. This man was not going to let me down, and I am greatly appreciated for Mr. Lester s assistance. Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable and very optimistic opposed to many of the car salesmen I have talked to, in the past. I definitely recommend Mr. Chris Lester to help you purchase your vehicle. Thanks again sir.

Kendrick was awesome sauce!!! Thanks to the folks who work there! It's really nice!You have to think, a low rate car lot that hardly has any bad reviews. Yea, it smells like fishy to me.Update: I should have known something when they ask you to do a review right then... once you leave and a month or so into driving off the lot, the rigged car does what they tried hide. It breaks down. This needs to be fixed, and that needs to be fixed. These are major parts. Dangerous things. I'm driving my car and it stops. Actually stops as I'm driving. Takes several attempts to restart, and you can't go over 20 miles an hour, or the RPM NEEDLE shoots up, then then stops working, and the car stops. My sensor light used to come on before they did the much needed tune-up, yes a tuneup 8 months after getting it. Then the engine light comes on, and it breaks down even more. Something tells me they rigged it. I'm glad I took pics under the hood. Shameful, but that's their business. Rig it, sell it, and keep them coming back to fix it. Then, if you return it or they Repossess it, because now the car just sitting and only barely 3 weeks behind, and now an already rigged car goes on your report. Amazing! As soon as I get the pics and video downloaded from my old cell to this one, I'll add them.

I had a great experience with Byrider they are very thorough and make sure you are good to go. I worked with Dell and he got me set up. They have a great team and they are very courteous. To be Honest I walked away when I first got there. I came back and glad I did. To be honest it's a used car lot so do you're homework check the car before you even leave off the lot. I have some bushing problems I caught before leaving the lot and they will fix it for me if I bring the car in before the 30 day's is up after purchase. The car is a little expensive but I can't complain other wise they gave me a chance with bad credit and a repo they are up front and tell you what's what over all I like the place and the staff they helped me with my questions and got me into the car I wanted. Would I tell another person to go here? Absolutely I would. Thanks Byrider.

Ok so I came in to byrider today thanks to a friend and she didn't stir me wrong. I came in and found me a jeep that I love. Del helped me,he gave me all the info I needed, did me a test drive,that got my approval quick and now I've signed and I'm out the door. I would definitely recommend them. And while u at it say I sent u so I can get a referral fee lol. Don't miss out on a quick and easy opportunity.

Everything seemed great when I purchased the vehicle. Management and salesman were pleasant to deal with. Fast forward 9 months later.My last visit to the dealership and same manager and Salesman were very rude and unwilling to help.So far I have had to have them install new alternator.The batteries date code over 3 years old. So I will be buying another battery. Just took vehicle to get oil change and they told me brake fluid is extremely dirty and needs to be changed. Definitely way before the average interval. When performing oil change technician noticed a lot of corrosion and contaminants. He explained this is due to the vehicle not being properly serviced in the past. So I had to have an engine flush done. Ironically they claim to service and recondition their vehicle before they sell. I m learning this is a lie! I have a feeling this vehicle will continue to have ongoing problems as time goes on! Very Disappointing but not much one can when under contract.If you are looking for a quality vehicle look elsewhere. These guys obviously sell lemon cars and pass them off as a quality vehicles! These guys are just another bait and switch dealership!UPDATE!!It s been about a year since my last review. Still having issues with the vehicle. There is now a catalytic converter issue. The vehicle also started leaking oil. Apparently the oil cooler has gone bad. I cannot drive the vehicle at this time nor can I work. The vehicle warranty purchased is now expired. So I m basically on my own with these repairs. This is just incredibly disheartening. Especially for an overpriced vehicle that is now not worth what is owed. I still owe roughly 10 grand on a vehicle that s worth now $3000 to $4000. If I m lucky.

byrider is thee best car dealer I can speak of for myself. I am a first time car buyer ive looked all over Dallas tx went to all these car dealer who say 1st buyer we got u bad or no credit we got you and ive been to 8 car dealerships from the worse to the best and it was always something that kept me from being approved the last dealership i went to 1 of the salesperson secretly told me about byrider in fort worth tx went the next day and had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL all i had to do is bring in all the paper work that byrider needed and now im a real 1st time car buyer and in my new car THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH BYRIDER AND 1 OF THE BEST SALESPERSON TIM FLOW

Everyone was friendly. They were knowledgeable about services/financing. Honest and up front about everything. We ve purchased vehicles from them twice before. I was not impressed by their selection this time around. That s the only reason for four stars. Thanks Byrider! Keep up the fantastic work!

This was my first experience financing a vehicle from them. I am a veteran. I am highly upset. The vehicle keeps breaking down every month and it hasn t been a year that I had the vehicle. They never fully check everything they just fix the bare minimum. My warranty is almost out and I m afraid I might be stuck with this lemon. They won t exchange the vehicle. I m being scammed!Update: I drove the car to and from work. I know I didn t put all those miles on there. Your car broke down with in the second month. It has broken down a total of 7 times and every time the vehicle is in your care for 3 to 4 days. Y all are tampering and driving the vehicle while it is there. The service team said they drive it for miles. I ve bought 3 used cars before yours, you can go check my credit. I paid for all of them. I was in the military when I bought those used vehicles and they lasted 5 to 10 years. Mileage has nothing to do with the fact that your car messed up with in 2 months of me having the vehicle. Stop lying you did not contact me 14 times. I called yall yesterday yall would not tell me what yall are doing to the vehicle. I called again today and yall are not trying to fix the issue yall caused to the vehicle. Had the service team checked it the 5th time I had it towed to yall it would not have blown the engine. Now yall talking about a catalytic converter so yall won t have to put another engine in it. Talking about it s not under warranty. Gtfoh. I am not dumb. I seen so many more stories about yall now that i know how dirty yall are. Fix yall vehicles before manipulating people to signing those scamming contracts.

I half to say I would recommend Byrider to anyone that ask me. they have treated me with respect and was very patient with when i had a problem and they went out of the way to help me. I am now part of the Byrider family. Thanks to all at the camp Bowie lot for what they have done for me.

Kendrick from Byrider told me that I need a co sign bc I don t make enough. I have good credit and work a full time job that brings in 900 every two weeks. I was told they do $500 down but I guess it s just to get you in the door. I do not recommendOhk but it s a monthly payment correct? It s not hard to make a monthly payment at all especially coming from a person who works 24/7. This is false advertising and I will be taking further action with this

Worst Customer Service!!Sales staff is amazing and Tim flow is amazing! But the service dept is a joke. My motor siezed after 5k miles and they replaced it only to come back to my speedometer not working, check engine light on and a crack and large scratch in my back bumper. Called and Tim flow said he'd have the service dept manager call me...5 days later no call and if you call service they never return your calls or answer the phone and if they happen too he's a very rude individual. Seems they are only nice when your there to buy a car but could care less after you drive off with it. Very dissatisfied, was hoping to get my next car here but I'll be shopping elsewhere

Good service bad selectionThat was my original review.A week later under the passenger dash is leaking water so bad the trunk area is wet, both door handles on the passenger side FELL OFF, the ac went out and the drivers side headlight went out and when we replaced the bulb it still didn t work. This dealership use to be quality. Avoid at all costs now. Will update tomorrow when i take this pos back to them.

I bought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 2 yrs ago. I have had to replace the starter and the alternator, both were covered under my warranty. Byryder took very good care of me and fixed my vehicle both times.

Robert and Mike gives the best customer service every single time I go in. This location got my vehicle fixed very quickly which was extremely necessary because I'm the provider for my household. So if I couldn't go in to work the next day I could have lost my job. These guys don't know how important it is to do what they do but they're saving lives in no small way. People have bad comments but I'd take it with a grain of salt because I've been coming here for 5-6 years and never had a bad experience. Best shop I've gone to and will continue to go to
