Had a front end alignment issue on my RAM 5500 truck with a tall truck camper on top. They are the ONLY outfit in DFW area to have a bay to fit my 13 6 profile.They did a great job!! They also allowed us to stay in an adjoining open space overnight to make our 0800 appointment easy to keep. They also have a comfortable waiting room. Thank you Buck s again for the great job.

Went in today for front end problem on my freightliner cascadia. Had 0800 appointment meet with Damon was blown away by knowledgeable staff and workmanship most importantly honest won me as a customer for sure for sure .

Miguel and his team are phenomenal! This is the place to come when your big truck suspension takes its last breath. Had a bad day crushing the leaf springs on my work truck and all the other big truck suspension shops were weeks out to get me in. Bucks Wheel and Equipment had the parts, staff, and talent to get my truck back on the road ASAP. I know where I am coming from now on!

Everyone is different of course, but I will tell my story. They made an alignment, but the truck began to pull to the right even more. I came to them again, they said that they could not do it because my beam was curved and there were a lot of problems. I went to another shop and they did it for me without any problems!

I am here getting truck looked at today, Miguel has always treated me very well. I have been using Bucks for over 38 years, I have always received quick and quality work from them!!!

This has been one the most pleasant visit to a mechanic shop for my 18 wheeler. These people are very hospitality and friendly. Great drivers lounge with coffee, water,and Sodas. And a clean restroom. I would definitely recommend Buck's Wheel & Alignment to anyone. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

Very reasonable repair prices. Dealership wanted over $6k but Bucks took care of me for a little over $300 in labor and about 6 or 700 in parts

They used to be good, but now they just don't care. I took my truck in there to have two brand new panels, painted and installed. I can remove and replace both panels in under an hour. They painted the brand new panels before installing them and charged 20 hours, and billed $1800 for the job. And they didn't even complete the whole project (I asked them to touch up a scrape on my mirror, which he didn't do)or use the bumper dam bracket I showed him when I left it. Then on top of all that they cracked the panel in one place and tore it in another, I don't know how you do the without being exceptionally careless. I was shocked when they told me $1800. They said there is nothing they can do about the bill, but they'd have someone call me. It never happened. It's not the same place as when the father was running the place. They told me the damage they did to the panels was due to being aftermarket parts, which is bogus. A quality shop would never let this out of their body shop!

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for 10am, told me once I got there they won't be able to fix truck for 3.5 hours wanted me to wait. Avoid this place terrible company.!!

Nice place to get wheel alignment and suspension checked for car,pick ups,buses ,semi- tractor trailer. If they don't have the parts, they will get it. Nice driver waiting room and rest rooms. Personal attention by the Manager, loved the way these guys do business, rare in US.

The lied when they said that this was the best place in DFW. This is the best place in Tx. I was told that I needed a front alignment, but they checked it and said that I didn't need it NO COST.. Honestly they could have charged me and I wouldn't have known.... Honest Ppl and great service, the also have the best restroom..Lol

Only place in Dallas l/Fort Worth area that could align my truck!!! 3500 dually flatbead with rockstar rims. Went thru 30+ alignment places and stumbled across them. Great service and really nice staff!!!!

Don t go there i gave them two chances and i was really disappointed arthur screwed me $2500 on a job that I bought all the parts and Miguel is really lazy they don t call if you don t call them and when you do after a week they say oh we can t work on it until next week please don t give them any business im gonna tell all Norco driver at the company not to go there very bad for business

One of your trucks plates starting with KBM maybe, took picture but can t zoom in on plate. Trying to push people out of their lane, and tailgating every one. Driving from the Burleson area on 35 going North.
