This is the first time dealing with this company or type of service. I can honestly say that brick snd mortar repair shops better be worried!Andre came out to replace my front brake pads. After he did his evaluation he determined that I only needed pads. NOT pads and rotors as another place (I won't name), said I needed.Andre is VERY respectful and is extremely professional. He had to go to a local Carquest to get the necessary ceramic brake pads. Even though he had to go get the parts, he was completely finished in under an hour!This company and Andre's professional service has made me a firm believer.I WILL be calling them again and highly recommend you do as well.Thank you, Brakes To You, and THANK YOU, Andre!Stan G.Alpharetta, GA

Kevin came to my house, diagnosed the problem and was finished in less than 40 minutes. He was very friendly and was fantastic with communication before he arrived. As a matter of fact the office responded to me immediately when I requested an online quote, not a bot, a real person. This was after 6:00 pm and they had me set up with an appointment at my house for 9:30 the next morning. 5 Stars isn t enough for this company.Service: Brakes

My service tech Billy was fantastic! Showed up on time, delivered what was promised and did a great job.Price was not bad either! But it was really Billy, he was very personable and kind, didn't treat us like old idiots! I sure did like that. Great rep for your company, I'd give that man a big raise, because good help is hard to find. I have owned my own company, if I'd would have had Billy, I would have done anything to keep him. Talk about hitting the easy button! I have to start off by thanking Paige, she was so friendly and professional! She set up my appointment for the very next day! Then comes Billy The friendliness and professionalism that I experienced from Paige were not a fluke! Billy came out and did the repair in no time. These guys made this whole process almost effortless on my part. I didn t even know about this place, but boy am I glad I found it. Can t thank them enough! Outstanding!

I was receiving services from this company. The company's failure to communicate with the customer was clearly this company's fault. Not accepting responsibility is another sign of an oversight on your part.The mechanic was fast and courteous. But communications were poor. I was not informed that there would be additional charges after the work was completed that I was not prepared to pay. Thus puts me and my family in a tougher financial position.

The communication from this team is astounding and honestly the best prices I found! I did quotes for at least 9 different places since I just moved to the area. They had really good availability and were super nice after I had to cancel when I got called in to work! I had my back brake pads and rotors replaced. Took maybe an hour. Andrew was my tech today and he was so friendly and let me know when he would be here, and answered all questions I had and included the prices for stuff. He also looked at all the pads & rotors explained everything before doing any work at all! Absolutely will call them again for any future work I need.Service: Brakes

This is the second time I ve used their service and have been thoroughly pleased both times. The first time I had all 4 rotors and pads replaced, this time I requested a pad change and tire rotation. The tech always does an inspection upon arrival and much to my surprise my brakes looked great and I just needed the tire rotation! Saved me money and gave me peace of mind!!!Services: Tires, Brakes

I had them out for a front brake job in January 2023 was told by technician that my rotors were ok so he just replaced pads. One month later I had bad steering wheel shaking while braking so I called them back out and he replaced my rotors due to them being warped. I asked him if he was going to replace my pads also and he said there was no need to since they were only a month old. Fast forward another 4 months and I have bad steering wheel shaking again. I called in as they have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty and was told I had driven 13,000 miles since the original pad replacement in January. After explaining again that the reason pads and rotors were not done at the same time was because the technician said the rotors were good. Since the rotors were changed out and the same brake pads were put back on I had only driven a little over 9,000 miles well within the 12,000 mile warranty. They refused to honor the warranty because the pads and rotors were not done together even though it was their technician who chose to do that. They only offered me $50 off another brake job after already paying them over $500 for a job that only lasted 6 months. I just had them done elsewhere and was told the pads and rotors they used are not good quality and they stooped using them long ago. I was also told that they should have never put the same pads back on after replacing warped rotors. The convenience of them coming to you is not worth having to get the job done again the right way. Hope this helps others before they end up spending twice what they should have on a brake job.

The Good: They were very responsive, arrived exactly when they said they would, the tech was excellent, did great work and was very professional. Absolutely would have been a 5 star review if that is where this had stopped. The customer service in response to my complaint was also very good, but it should not have happened in the first place.The Bad: The charge seemed higher than what I was quoted AND they do not provide an itemized receipt. I had to ask for one. It was provided quickly and the customer service rep was really good. However, when it was sent there was no recognition that I had indeed been overcharged - the $50 deposit required before the service was listed as a charge and not a credit towards my bill. This should have been obvious when they looked at it. I had to point it out. The refund, of course, takes 3-5 days even though my payment was instant. I cannot help but wonder how many people they have done this to who didn't question it. We were so so happy to find this service and impressed with the work, but this left a bad feeling which made us unsure as to whether we would use them again.Service: Brakes

Very fast and well done. I had my breaks replaced with them recently and everything was smooth. Costed much less than what I would pay at a dealership and the best part is obviously they do it in your parking. Brakes To You gave me an estimate for pads and rotors, and scheduled the next-day appointment over text messages (convenient). Their mechanic, Billy, arrived exactly on time in a clearly-marked company van, and performed only the necessary changes in about an hour (fast). There was no hard upsell, the car stopped well afterwards, and I felt the price was much better than I would have gotten at the local repair shops (good value). 6 months after I had them install brake pads, I started hearing a squealing noise. Thought maybe I needed something fixed so I call to schedule an appointment. They came out and inspected everything. Turns out I just had a little rust and needed something oiled. They removed the rust and oiled it and all was good. They did not charge me a dime.
