The folks at Big Wheels truly impressed me! The work ethic and personal care for me were top notch. They went to bat for me with the insurance company as well as the struggle to procure the correct parts. I admit the process was not without set backs, however, J.B.was there every step of the way, not once did he fail to answer my phone call, or call me back. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the sincere desire to make sure I was satisfied with the end product is forefront in the entire building. Thanks Big Wheels, and J.B.in particular for dealing with me when I was frustrated, professional at all times!

I ve been to a lot of automotive shops and they have nothing on Big Wheels Body Shop! Excellent service and the receptionist is very friendly. My work vehicle (box truck) was ready the same day, fast service. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone!!Sodexo/Alcon

Had serious damage on the roof of my box truck. And the team here worked diligently to get the job done. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done well. And was always giving me updates on the project while they had it in the shop. I would use Big Wheels body shop for all my alignment and body work needs.

This business is absolutely amazing. My husbands 26ft box truck was in an accident and we are not from Dallas but we re recommended to come here. As soon as we brought it here Jordan took it on without any wait. The ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful during this stressful time of getting every situated for the intake of the truck. Jordan stayed in contact with us and kept up updated with the progress on the truck. Not only did Jordan work endlessly with the insurance company and making sure everything got taken care of, but he put in hours of work replacing everything and made sure it was all put back top notch. Jordan outdid our exceptions on the truck and it is absolutely beautiful. I would highly highly recommend coming here for any kind of work on your truck as they are a very trustful honest company and I would definitely recommend Jordan!

Recently we had our 2019 peterbilt repaired with over $34,000 in damage from hail. Just want to let everyone know what a wonderful job these people do. They matched the paint perfectly. I just want to say thank you . I was traveling to Crowley pulling a gooseneck trailer . I lost a bearing on my trailer and almost lost a tire when it started smoking real bad . I'm not from this area so didn't know what I was gonna do . A mechanic I pulled up to recommended Big Wheels Body Shop . As busy as they were they took the time to help me out. They found the parts I needed and got my trailer back to where it should be . Again thank you guys .

I have known will and his family for nearly 20 years. Through the years and working for several professional companies, Will has always went above and beyond the scope of professionalism. Most recently, His son, Jordan, has followed in these same footsteps with providing top notch customer service, and the quality of works speaks for itself. Not only did Jordan take on 2 complete paint jobs for me, he matched competitors pricing without question, moved a few things around and worked in my customers units to make us into rock stars. Jordan communicated with me regarding updates at least twice a week and more impressing, he delivered the first unit back to me personally and looked for me to come and sign off on his work. I was unavailable at the time, so he called and left me a message to call him back to let him know I was satisfied with the work. I did just that and he ensured me the next unit was already being prepped to paint and on schedule to be back on time as usual. I have always been satisfied with Will, and now knowing that his son Jordan, has picked up the torch and continues to carry it through this tough world we call business, is a great feeling of satisfaction. The blood, sweat, and tears I personally know that Will and his family have put into his business makes me proud to work with them to this day after nearly 20 years. Big Wheels is simply awesome! My husband needed to have a new accelerator/gas pedal put on his box truck. We told the owner we have parts already but was having trouble putting the part on. We have taken our truck here times to get fixed and the owner worked us in and got us fixed. He made some rearrangements from his already busy schedule to get our truck and done in less than 3 hours! Now that is what I call service. This is EXACTLY why we continue to bring our business to Big Wheels. If anybody needs work done on their work truck, definitely go see the team at Big Wheels!!!! The company is top notch and good people!They did a great job with repairs to the body and paint work. This vehicle had major damage and came out like it was never in an accident.My company appreciates the constant updates on the work progress and we could plan for pickup accordingly.. Lastly, they answer the phone or call you back which is nonexistent nowadays. Overall made it an easy process from start to finish. Shop may be busy but the owner loves to work with O/O to get them back out on the road. He will adjust the shop assets in order to quickly get to you and back out turning wheels. In addition all of the shop mechanics take great pride in their quality of work.

Shop did an amazing job repairing some hood damage to our rig. From first reaching out to them to the time we picked up our rig they were very professional and considerate. All the staff was very friendly and took pride in their work. We will definitely be using them going forward for any of body repair or paint needs. The service at Big Wheels is second to none! We came here for a second estimate and Will and his staff took excellent care of us. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work and paint. The customer service was great; they recommended additional maintenance along with my requested alignment, quoted the work, and got me in and out. It was pricey though, but I still recommend them because they seem to have integrity with how they do business. Integrity brings quality, and those together cost a little more.

My motorhome was damaged when an automatic gate at my storage facility closed on it. I got a couple of estimates but was impressed by Big Wheels from the get-go! Will and his team are great. The repairs were completed and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend Big Wheels Body Shop. Go by and check out their facility, meet their staff, and see the work they are doing. It s a great company!

I love these guys! Josh, Ruth and Will are a perfect example of how a business should he run. They never make you feel like you are a bother and will keep you informed. I am so please with the work they have done to my truck and my business with you all will continue.This is one of the best place I ever been in.The people are very nice and caring. This place is an A+ I recommend this to all the driver.I got my Aliagnment done here is because they have the top of the line Aliagnment Machine.What I like about this is when the technician was finish he explain on how much he had to adjust and how much it was off and what side was worst. This place will steal things off your truck and swear that it wasn t on there when you got there and the work they did well a/c went out as soon as I tried to go back to work do to not charging it after they replaced the hoses they would ve seen it was leaking doser valve missing they said it wasn t never on the truck but check engine and codes said different they claim that the code was delayed (freighterliner said it wouldn t have do to that part) the truck was ready to pick up Tuesday morning I wasn t able to pick it up until Thursday at 12:56pm code first occurred (for doser valve) at 12:23pm Thursday before I got there but anyway for the one star is that they did a great job on paintServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
