Was at front of line making an exchange for a bad part that I bought yesterday. Cashier started serving me but other customers came in. All 10 customers were served before my request was picked up

Jose was very awesome at helping me install my car battery. Daniel was a big help too. I appreciate how nice they were and how courteous they were at the install. I would recommend them to help you out if you need the service or any thing car related.

Derick went above and beyond. Great customer services and professional. I was stopped due to my right turn signal light not working. Turns out it s working, the light socket was just loose. He saved me spending money. I liked that he was honest.

My husband and I went here to see if the alternator was bad. He said it was the battery and not the alternator. I took it to another AutoZone the next day to be told that the alternator was bad.

Honestly don t know how the ratings are high on this location when nobody seems to want to work. Second time coming to this location and the same experience each time so it s clear it s a location issue and not an isolated on. Calling corporate I doubt would have any effect like most things nowadays. Businesses are really showing that they think they should be entitled to your money while treating you like a subhuman. Nevertheless, it s clearly a location that feels as though their co-worker s conversation is more important than the customer entering because I respectfully stood there for almost ten minutes and no one even bothered to greet me or anything. I ended up leaving and will likely not return to this location. Honestly, it may even be a little racist location as all of the employees were Hispanic and couldn t care less to pause their sidebar conversations with each other to see what it was that any of us needed. I left and went to another location.

I want to Thank Jose Vigil an Emploee. He went above and beyond. The truck left us stranded at the light at the 7-11 i walked to the store and bought the battery. But i knew i couldnt carry it back and Jose drove me to the truck. Once there we noticed we got the wrong battery and Jose drove us back to the store replaced it. Drove us back out to the truck and even helped install it. He wentabove and beyond i am so thankful to him. Autozone give him a promotion!!!

Had a problem with my pick up order not popping up in there system but I went to the store and they had no problem filling it up and I was in and out in less then 30 mins very good customer service

THEY DONT DO THEIR JOBS THEY DONT HELP CUSTOMERS JUST READ WHAT WAS ON THE COMPUTER DIDNT SHOW AN IMAGE OF WHATS SUPPOSED TO BE GOTTEN JUST THE NAME WHEN ITS OVER 5 DIFFERENT BRANDS I GAVE THEM THE EXACT MAKE MODEL AND ENGINW SIZE.THEY HAVE POOR WORK ETHIC AND THE RESIDENTS NEED NEW WORKERS JOSE IS THE MAN WHO JUST LOOKED IT UP ON THE COMPUTER AND TOLD ME JUST GET ANY OIL THAT HAS 5W-30 HE NEVER SHOWED AN IMAGE.

had some issues with my windshield wipers and Phillip was so helpful! I had originally brought them back for an exchange but he helped me figure out the issue I was having and how to fix it! He totally didn't have to and could have just done the exchange but he went above and beyond to help me solve my problem and for that thank you!!!

E Lancaster location is FINE, I suppose.Web ordering through my app?...Credit Card was charged, before product was shipped. THAT'S ILLEGAL. Received email stating "Your Parts are on the Road to You". Pressing the "Tracking" button revealed that ONLY "Carrier had been Selected" by Autozone. Parts were ACTUALLY "Awaiting Carrier".Autozone must've lied, simply in order to claim "a sale".~This practice should be reported to the Attorney Generals Office ~~ALSO~Part specs too vague & elusive.App needs Major improvement.Parts priced too high, and NOT reflective of part quality.No Web/App Customer Service to speak of.

This autozone has maybe 1-2 good workers within the last 2 years! Call in and you can hear the horse play and unnecessary chatter before they say hello. The girl doesn t even recognize the part I m asking for and just puts the phone on hold and never answers back. When calling back the same girl rep working day shift on 10-18-22 very rude and unprofessional and childish.

Always a easy and fast visit. The staff I feel could be more enthusiastic when it comes to customers entering and at least act like they want to assist in helping customers however when any business is short staffed or having irresponsible employees, it can be a toll for the employees left to do way more work than they should have.

I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and I went to 3 different Oreilys no one even wanted to step out to help me with my car. My air kept blowing hot then cold the dealership wanted to charge me 100 just to check it plus parts and labor. I gave it a last chance at this auto zone Alfredo did no hesitate to help me. I commend him on his kindness and going the extra mile. Not only I m i not burning up, but my soon to be baby will be nice and cool. Thank you Alfredo and your great service you are God sent.

We called the store to confirm an exchange for a hitch for a 2018 dodge truck. The wrong size was purchased. Mariah confirmed an exchange can be completed without a receipt. When we entered the store to make the exchange one of the staff person accused my husband of taking the hitch off the shelf. When asked to review camera footage of suspected accusation, the staff person stated he didn t have time for all that! Why would you make an accusation without confirmation & why would you let him leave with a stolen item of you suspected it was stolen. I spoke to Jose over the phone who gave me the name of the manager Domingo Rosales. I gave my contact number information for follow up & have yet to receive a follow up call. Terrible experience from terrible staff. Never again!!!!!

Good customer service, and didn't take long at all. It was quick to find what I wanted, and to get in and out of store. However, they were low in stock on phone holder accessories for the car. Overall, a good experience.
