I got help by everybody in the store and I found what I needed that was for my car. I highly recommend coming by this AutoZone location. They re very friendly and professional and they even helped install my wiper blades. They definitely deserve the recognition and go above and beyond customer service. I will be back soon for more parts. Thank you all associates at this location.

I love coming to this place because of the great service. The sales clerk wasn't able to do the recharge of my AC for me but he gave excellent instructions on how to do it. I was able to do it and now I have cold AC. I was so happy with all the help that he gave that I bought him a water and walked away but I really want them to know thank you so much for your help.

After a long frustrating day Ray off of Las Vegas trail was able to help me out and solve the problem on my truck in order to run. Was nice and easy to talk to and also saved me a lot ofTime and money. I really appreciate his service and how he cares for his customers definitely going back.

Ray Rosende is the best. He saved my husband and I about $150 on a brake caliper. We took in old one so we could order a new one. He looked at it and took to back and had a tool to fix the current one. Awesome guy to think about the customer 1st instead of the money. Definitely repeat customer from us. Thanks again Ray!

Wow Ray and Jesse went over and beyond to help me out. My vechile stalled next door. Ray checked out all options. Unfortunately could not get vechile started. Fortunately the Kia dealership is next door. Both of them helped me push my vechile to the service department. Thank you both for the excellent customer service. You have a life time customer now. Stormy has outstanding customer service skills. She was very kind and helpful to the needs of my situation regarding the part I was looking for. Though I couldn t get the part through auto zone she told me it was a dealership part which saved me so much time of looking for it elsewhere.

simple to complex regardless of the issue how it is handled is what gets my attention as a consumer. This time it was a simple issue but puzzling to me and i wish i got the gentlemen's name who helped me because he did provide 5 star knowledge and assistance and I am very pleased to have visited this location today. visit 4pm 3/22/22 returned 12/1/22 and once again they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. these dudes at this location have saved me hundreds of dollars by them taking time and trouble shooting an issue I could have never resolved. I will always go here first for my car supplies.

I went into this store aggravated because my keyless switch wouldn't unlock my doors to my truck and Michael saved the day. I thought I was going to be disappointed because I was told I may have to go to the dealership to fix the problem but Michael came and helped me out. He fixed my problem now I must say he's awesome and great customer service and he made me feel better with a joke. Thanks Michael YOU'RE THE BEST

Terrible customer service from rusty!! The store manager Ryan was great but we ordered a part for my husbands 4 runner a signal light and since he paid in cash they have not recollection of the transaction! And he even used his loyalty/rewards program number! And my husband can t find the receipt, Ryan the manager did try everything! But rusty was literally trying to start a fight with my husband and just being a smart a! Terrible customer service!! All we need is the part for my husbands 4 runner that was already paid for that I m sure is sitting back there in inventory for him!!! We tried calling corporate but since it s the weekend they are closed. So frustrating

The manager Micheal straight rude no form of customer service. Avoid doing any business with this place unless it's absolutely necessary. Horrible will sale anything along with a Iie. Straight Worst AUTOZONE in Fort Worth!!!!!

Best experience I ve ever had at any autozone and I ve traveled the country many times by car and van! Shante was welcoming, friendly and took the time to look up and find the exact parts that we needed. Liz then was extremely helpful as well, coming out and helping to install the parts we just bought and made sure everything was good to go before we hit the road again!Thank you!~Kristy and Mandy

They lose their information all the time the only reason I go to these places is because corporations have control of things that we need they price up cheap parts other than that I respect all the workers that are there working hard

I came to only get oil and hit the road Stormy checked out my car and seen I needed coolant....she prevented me from getting stranded going 7 hours away long story short she has awesome customer service plus she gave great advice...greatful that I met her!!!

This Auto zone is so equipped with so much coolness and know how ,I bought all my Xmas gifts here one year. I moved from this location and still drive 23 miles just to take car of my business when it involves my car or tools. Yes it is 5 stars.....

If they dont have what i want they can always get it fairly quickly and i appreciate that the people they hire are actually educated enough or experienced anough in automotives they can help advise you in what to do to get your ride back on the street again.

Stopped to get battery tested guy was fast and friendly. Don't shop here a lot but they've always had what i need. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a part for my car i asked for help putting it in. Staff member was rude had an attitude about it. Told me it was an easy part. Come to find out need tool. Not very helpful.
